I absolutely loved their service! Theyre so sweet and connect with you on a personal level. We knew that quince dress shopping would be a long process, so we came a year before the Quince. They were so helpful and went through every possible thing to make sure that everything was as perfect as possible! 100% recommend!

I have purchased a few dresses here, the ladies have been patient and helpful while trying on dresses. Once we came close to their closing time and they did not even rush us or the other people in the store. Everyone has been friendly, they have beautiful dresses and I have referred a few different people here who were also satisfied. We were referred here by another young lady who purchased multiple dresses here as well. We will come back

I have had the pleasure of doing business here and so have many of my family members and friends. If this place would’ve existed when I was 15 I would’ve no doubt ran here to get my quinceanera dress. Fortunately I did get to experience getting my makeup and hair done here for my wedding and absolutely loved the service and look. I explained what look I was going for and the ladies gave me exactly what I wanted. My younger cousins have purchased their quinceanera and prom dresses her and they all love the service and dresses they get from here. I have been to many dress stores in the okc such as pomp, serendipity but this place tops them all! Great customer service, massive selection, great communication! I recommend this place to anyone!

Highly DO NOT recommend this place. I just want to start off with saying my cousin is having her quinceañera October 08, 2021. My mom and aunt placed the order for the dress April 2021. My date today is September 7,2021 and we still did not receive anything and just to say we believe the dress will need alterations. We asked for money back about a week ago and I believe we spoke with the owner and she told us to give her some days to see what she could work out so we did well day came and she came up with the factory where the dress is being “made” wasn’t answering her at all. She also tried to buy herself time with us not canceling the order saying she would give my cousin her photo shoot session makeup and hair done. So we asked for the money back and she did as so. The most annoying thing about this all is the owner telling us the quicker we pay the dress the quicker it will get here and then later saying she never said that while having 3 people who heard her exact words. Also to say she gave us about 3 dates one in July, August, and September of which “supposably” the dress was going to get here. It’s the fact that the owner can’t keep her word and actually speak the truth and actually tells the dress is actually not going to get here for the quinceañera photo shoot and party. Also all the times I stepped foot at that place I received a rude and horrible experience from the owner by telling lies and not speaking facts! Lastly, I hate that all things for the quinceañera are already made and many things we got reserved that day and paid for we WONT get a refund back! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

My experience at this cute shop was great! I went in to try on wedding dresses with my mom. They don’t have the largest selection since wedding dresses are something new they are carrying but I still was able to try some on. The owner was very kind and provided my mom and I with an enjoyable experience!

Absolutely wonderful service, a very rude woman came in while we were purchasing because the store doesnt hold dresses. The customer was hateful and the owner was very professional and polite, and expressed her distress that the dress was no longer available. We had stellar customer service, fees and policies were explained upfront so there were no surprises. Very beautiful and diverse dress selections from Quince, to prom, to wedding. Lizette and Japhet were kind, welcoming and offered assistance without pressure to purchase. Definitely recommend!!

When we arrived we were not pleased. The workers were very rude and judgmental toward my cousin who was trying to buy a prom dress. The dress selection was also very limited, but we narrowed it down to two dresses. We asked the owner if she would hold the dress and that were would be gone for an hour or two. She said she could hold the dress but not for hours and hours. We arrived back at the store after our hour and a half lunch and she sold it to another person. My cousin was very upset and the owner didn’t show remorse. The store also had bugs in the changing room and the floors were very dirty. It was a very unpleasant experience and I do not recommend.

I called the store and was told they had what I needed in two sizes. The person who answered the phone had me hold on so she could ask. When I arrived the employees said they didnt carry what I wanted. It was infuriating to drive 20 miles when they didnt have the item. This is not the business for me.

I needed a dress less than 1 week from a formal event. They had a gorgeous UNIQUE and classy dress that fit me perfectly. Even set up a tailor for next day to take some of the length off. So helpful!!! Gem of a place!
