Rebecca was amazing at helping me with all my needs during my 2 visits to the store today! ❤ She was very informative about devices when I added a line to our plan and helped with an upgrade. She set us up with the accessories we needed and even installed them. She was very patient with me when I had to remember the passwords to our accounts. Two thumbs up and I look forward to doing future business with her when we upgrade our other devices soon.

Tony at the Franklin, IN store was great from start to finish. He listened to what I wanted, gave me estimates throughout of what I was going to spend so there were no surprises. He recommended accessories but there wasn’t any pressure throughout. He went through maintenance and care for the phone and battery life. It couldn’t have been a better experience and I often dreaded going into phone stores before Tony. Thank you! Ask for Tony.

Joe at the Franklin Verizon was amazing. We got there pretty close to closing time and he put us into two new phones that sent him over an hour after close and he didn’t complain one time or look unhappy with us keeping him late. Was a great experience. If you need a new phone talk to joe!

Daniel helped me and it was absolutely outstanding service. I went to Verizon store right before 5 (closing), went to Best Buy (ran me off bcuz they were closing, and then came here to Verizon in Franklin. I read reviews about Daniel and he lived up to every one of them. He was extremely knowledgeable, skilled at multi tasking, and had outstanding customer service skills. I will definitely return for this type of service. He was the only one in the store and he handled customers very efficiently. He took care of my needs and I purchased two phones based solely on the relationship service he provided. I work in customer service managing a large retail location. Daniel is the real deal. 5 stars. Give that man a raise. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service! Stopped by with my dad to take care of his account which included canceling a line that belonged to my mom, transfer contacts and photos, and purchase a new phone to replace the one he had cracked. Tracy, the District Manager, was extremely patient and professional as he took time to explain all the options and the billing. He even set up my dad’s email account, took care of transferring the cherished photos from my mom’s old phone to my dad’s new phone and printed out passwords for both his Verizon account and email account. Tracy, I appreciate the time and care you showed my dad. Thank you!

Hold on to your pants boys and girls. My boy Daniel, Champion of the People! This superstar of a phone salesman got me set up with the best (and only) phone I have ever bought (the era of borrowed hand me downs is finally over!!). Through every minor hiccup we came across, he toughed it out like a boss; and to top it all, he managed to deal with my over the top nature for nearly two hours. He must have nerves of steel and the stuff stars are made out of (atoms and such). Though our time together was short (in the grand scheme of life) I feel a bond between the two of us that is not likely to falter. I would consider him a brother (perhaps a yearly family reunion is in order, HMU). Any more of a flawless performance from him would have knocked me out of my REM cycle because I would have been dreaming! He literally deserves some form of a medal or at least a park bench with a celebratory placard. If for no other reason than to note the outstanding service and effort he put in to the several phone calls he made to get me where I needed to go. It was such a good job that I have literally written more in this review than I have in the past five years since college (and to top it, I used correct spelling and punctuation).My boy Daniel, or Dan as I have come to call him with the progression of our newly kindled friendship, he truly needs some form of a raise or promotion (or at least a Krispy Kreme bakers dozen of donuts). To conclude, I would say he did a more than decent job helping me out and it is much appreciated. P.S. When I was in the store, we heard some unexplainable noises and can only logically assume they are made by ghosts. Gotta sage that space before it evolves to a haunting. Over all rating: 10/10. Thats my story and Im sticking to it.

She took her time with us helped my wife with her phone got it all straightened out took time with me gave me wonderful advice about my phone and my iPad. We went in to get a new phone and change our plan. We separated our account and made a sub account that was supposed to be on a shared data plan, along with an account with a couple phones on unlimited plans. They asked if we wanted device protection on the new phone and we declined. They said we could save $5 per line for the unlimited phones if we enrolled in auto pay, so we did.Fast forward a year. We don’t typically get paper bills and my husband pays the phone bill. We happened to get a bill in the mail one day, so I checked it. The sub account was not sharing data. They were all on unlimited data plans. So we were paying $45/month for four phones, and then $75/month for two phones. Why would we have separated our account if we wanted all of the phones on unlimited?? We were not getting an auto pay discount on any of the lines, because in order to get that discount you must use a bank account to do auto pay. We would have done that if they had told us, but they said using a credit card was fine. We were also being charged for device protection, which was another $13/month. We have been fighting with Verizon for the past two months trying to remedy this situation. I will NEVER go to an authorized dealer again... I will only go the the actual Verizon stores from now on, even though I will have to drive a lot farther to get there. I should also mention that was the second time that store put device protection plans on one of our devices after we declined... but we caught it the first time.

I went in to this store and had a few questions about my phone and apparently Tony was on his way out the door and told me to go to the website for the answers.Tony had a Im better/smarter than you attitude but didnt have time to answer my questions apparently. He told me that a rep would be with me in a few minutes. When I received help I brought up how (non) helpful Tony was and she Agreed with me. I said if you dont want to talk to people you probably shouldnt be in the customer service industry! Once again she Agreed and said he might want to find another job...WoW!!!Thanks for the help Tony! Spent $30+ on a tempered glass screen protector that came with a warranty. I had issues with it chipping around all of the edges and peeling. Went back to the store and was told that to get the warranty I had to register the product online. A store employee put the screen protector on and asked if I wanted the box it came in. I said no, and no one ever mentioned having to register. I was told when I bought it I could just bring it in if there were issues. This is false advertising and should be illegal.
