I purchased two new LG phones with 5G service. They were on sale and the employee helped us to pick out cases and get all the accessories that we needed protect our devices. I did not have a case that I like in the store so the employees advise me that she could bring one from the other location. She brought me several to choose from and I got a great deal

The lady who helped me was super knowledgeable, friendly, and went above & beyond to get me set up on my new phone. I only wish I could remember her name. Great customer service!!!

Beronica is seriously the best person ever. She was such a sport when she had to stay late for a bunch of customers! She was super nice and super quick. Not only is the service great, but so are all the phones. They are great prices, and Im very satisfied!

Great place. Stopped by about a week ago. Called at 10 mins to close on a Friday, and the girl said she would wait for us. She was very friendly with great customer service.

The store was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly, but they had very few phones to choose from - maybe 8 or so on display They had about half as many as the Cricket store I usually go to. This wouldnt be so bad except by itself, but there arent any other Cricket stores for miles, so I thought it would be fully stocked. I was looking for one that was newly released, but it wasnt here. I went back to my usual store, and they had it.

Called to ask about prepaid wireless plans and phones. I was told each plan comes with limited internet usage, and the amount of usage depends on the plan. I understand text, talk and data limitations according to which plan you choose, but have never heard of any cell phone plan that limits internet usage. I asked her, in a couple of different ways, to explain that to me, but she was unable to. She just started repeating the different plans they have.I then asked which phones were available with the &30/month plan because my decision is partly influenced by the phones available. Her answer was, come in the store and see for yourself or go online and look.This isn’t what I consider good customer service.

THE MOST AMAZING PEOPLE EVER!!! We went in to in just to take a look and ended up switching over from verizon. I was paying $250 for 3 lines only 5 gb. NOW IM ONLY PAYING $90 FOR 3 LINES WITH UNLIMITED YES UNLIMITED TALK TEXT AND INTERNET!!!! BE SURE TO CHECK THEM OUT!!! GREAT PROMOTIONS!!

Woah..I am so glad I stopped in and Beronica was working. I went to another cricket store earlier in the day and the service person was extremely rude so I just on a whim and stopped at this location. Beronica was extremely helpful and got me setup with my new phone! (Which I love)

I cant give him more stars until I meet him, my first experience when I switched to cricket I didnt like that they dont ask you about extra accessories, but that they put them on themselves and charge you without asking, in another company, they ask you if you want add, so see if I like your service .eye when changing
