Apparently had an outstanding balance that wasnt showing up anywhere on any apps or even their website, made no effort to contact me about this, then reported it to a collections agency, who then spam called me with no info for who was calling or anything else. So now my credit is potentially screwed cause these people care more about the bottom line then doing proper business.
Had an appointment scheduled at 4. Showed up and was told I would need to wait to see someone and it would be 15-20min. Whats the point of an appointment if I am going to have to wait that long. I understand some overlap, but 20min? I called and cancel my service on the drive back to my house. Would rather have done it in person, but the phone call ended up being much quicker.
First of all Id like to say how nice and futuristic the store looks its very very cool. When I went there I went to turn in one of the flex boxes and pick up another cable box. They set me up with a personal customer experience expert to help me out.Left with everything I needed felt really good about how everything went.If you have something that you need to deal with Xfinity in person this is the place to go
Rick was excellent!! Helped my husband and I set up our 2 new phone lines with Xfinity today. Very professional and thorough. Switched from AT&T due to outage as we needed service for our jobs this weekend and are extremely impressed with the coverage so far! Can’t beat $45 a line for unlimited talk, text and data and a free iPhone SE. Much better coverage and price than we were experiencing prior.
Upgraded my router with Xfinity. Box came and simply didn’t include a power supply. Spent several rounds trying to get it addressed via phone and chat. Gave up. Stopped into this store and in under thirty seconds I walked out with a simple solution of a power supply for the router. Kudos to store For empowering team to create quick reasonable solutions for their customers.

There is always a measure of truth in negative reviews. Be aware if you decide to cancel your phone service with Xfinity, they will access fees to your account and call them past due balances. I changed providers and they charged me 90.00, then a month later added 45.00 for my service. Even though I no longer was with Xfinity. After speaking to chat they informed me it is a past due balance. A past due balance of 45.00 which the exact amount of my monthly bill. These people are a nightmare if you decide to leave. Im an honest person. Just giving everyone a heads up.
The wait time was about an 45 mins to an hour. But once assistance was given, they were most helpful. They helped lower my bill and a few other technical needs.

When you walk in you want to instantly walk back out theres no sense of urgency at all the people working there walk as slow as they possibly can, you can definitely tell you are not important. I received equipment that I didnt order and somehow an account was set up in my name. I returned the equipment, but will find another location to speak with a representative. If you have a real issue, Dont Go To This Location. You can tell the staff, could care less.

Worst ISP ive ever come across. Theyll not provide you full speed of the service you bought unless you rent their modem. Any other modem youll get the worst service forcing you to get the modem from them. I took a 1Gig speed service and I only get 15Mbps at max. Response for that issue is, Rent our Modem. Seriously?!
I was able to get what I needed done when I visited the store. The problem I have is the wait time. Yes, things are a bit different now because of the pandemic with social distancing but the wait time I had wasnt called for. I had an appointment and still had to wait 30 mins to be seen. I personally feel if i didnt say any I would have waited longer. This isnt the first time this has happened to me. There was time when I sat in the lobby to be seen and waited 35-45 minutes and I wasnt seen so I left.

Ive had a triple play contract for years. And my bill just kept climbing, so I stopped in and got a better deal with faster Internet and $60.00 less. If your not happy its worth the stop. I waited less than 5 minutes before I was waited on and out the door in 20 minutes. Definitely worth my time!

Terrible online customer support; couldn’t understand the technician; kept being put on hold; over an hour and the tech still sent the wrong equipment.... which we had to pay shipping to receive!!! Finally decided to go to the brick and mortar store. Wish we had done that to begin with the first time around! Excellent, fast, friendly service! Plus, I could understand what they were saying. Icing on the cake was they were able to lower my mom’s bill! No more service tech calls! Will always go to the store!
Horrible phone line no human contact
They were supposed to be open till 7pm so I went after work to return two tv boxes. I showed up at 430pm & a lady parked beside me said that they had just closed the store. So I drove into heavy traffic 10 miles out of my way & theyre closed 2 hours & 30 minutes early. Also they have no store number to call & check if theyre open, tried that earlier before I drove up there, all you get is the 1800 number. Yet another example of the horridness of Comcast/Xfinity. Its a shame that theyre the only internet service provider around large chunks of this area or Id drop their internet too.
Service is embarrassing. They could have earned a zero star if possible. Fourth time coming and still cannot speak with anyone. These employees are no better than the phone service. Lazy....
Staff in store seem to attempt to be helpful; however, feel like Comcast in general is out to get me and that if I ever need to talk to Comcast for any reason my bill is going to increase! Cant wait until Google Fiber releases later this year in my area. If nothing else more competition will drive prices down.
My experience at the store was quick and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Derrick, my sales rep, went above and beyond to make sure I got the service I needed and helped accommodate my need to get a prompt installation. He even personally followed up afterward to make sure that I had a good experience. I have long been disappointed in dealing with cable providers like AT&T and others but if Comcasts service is as good as the customer service at this location specifically, I will be a long time loyal customer. I highly recommend this location and especially recommend working with Derrick if possible. Great job guys! Keep it up!
It was absolutely impossible to reach a live person by phone to cancel my account or get any information regarding alternate plans. How do they even sign up new customers when you cannot speak to someone? Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I guess I will just get my credit card to deny the charges.

Called Xfinity the other day to have service transferred to a new address. Found out they dont service the area we are moving to. We had our service set up to be cancelled on January 25th because that is the end of the billing cycle. We have our own modem, but they sent us one anyway. The lady on the 800 number told us to return it as soon as possible. Took it in today. They took the box and also simultaneously CANCELLED our service early. Have been on the phone with customer service for over an hour and its not fixed. UGHHHHH

Anyone who knows me knows Im not a fan of Comcast. But I had an ok experience at this new store. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The online reservation system made me confident that Id get right in, and I did. I was looking for a better deal on my service and I came out with $50 less reach month. The agent got one selection wrong on my new service though and I had to go back to get that fixed.
Beware of xfinity/Comcast. Before you purchase or upgrade, please read this.I have been a loyal Comcast customer ever since Comcast has been in business. (Although I have had to endure the worst customer service from any company I have done business with). Well, I received a letter about 2 weeks ago in the mail from Comcast that states I am now going to have to pay an extra $29.85 per month for my digital converters. What? I just signed a new 3 year contract in February. We agreed verbally to the price back in February and they even sent me a written confirmation of the new contract pricing. All was good...at least I thought it was. When I called Comcast billing about why the extra charge, they said it was a billing mistake and I will have to begin paying the new price. I argued that 2 different people gave me this pricing and I have this in writing and they need to honor their own contract. After 40 minutes on the phone I got nowhere! What he finally came up with was that they gave me the converters for free for one month under a promotion. Well no one told me that because I have had the same digital converters for the last 2 years as part of my package. I told them to go back and listen to the recordings. There was no additional equipment charges or promotions discussed. The agent basically told me I can either pay it or leave Comcast (They would be gracious enough to waive the early termination fee.) WOW! What a bait and switch tactic. Agree to the terms then after a month, raise your price by almost 20% by claiming you made a billing mistake. I asked to speak to a manager. Well they stated that a manager was not available at this time. They will call back within one hour. 2 weeks

All the negativity you hear about Comcast is pretty true. I did have a decent experience when they were my provider, but when they could not service me at my new address they misled me.I was told in the beginning of the process, if they could not service my new address, they would waive my termination fee. I jumped through hoops trying to transfer my service and do it the right way. But in the end, they couldnt service my new address and still charged me $200 for terminating the contract. To the Customer Service representative who told me the charge could be waived, shame on you. Comcast, tell your employees to be honest and up front and maybe the reviews will get better. I wouldnt trust them. Find a different provider.
If it was possible to give 0 stars I would do that,THE WORST company to deal with EVER. Always have to sit on hold for excessive amounts of time, like over 5-10 minutes. The reps most times don’t speak good English and are difficult to understand. The background noise when you do get a rep, who speaks very little English is awful and makes it hard to hear anything they say. Then the technician comes out to set up service and doesn’t bring the right equipment...shocker! WORST COMPANY EVER.
The folks at the Xfinity store were very nice. The guy who helped us get set up with Xfinity Mobile offered to turn on cartoons for our kids while he got us set up. Very knowledgeable staff.

They provide promotional offer just to lure users and then spike the charges next year without notice or user confirmation. My wife came into this store yesterday to ask questions about Internet Technical Support. We have had this service for less than two weeks, and it is absolutely awful! The customer service here is actually worse than the Internet speeds promised at 150 MBs/sec, which they never achieve! If you have any other choices in terms of providers to go with, DO NOT GO WITH COMCAST! They want to charge me $70.00 to have a technician come out and fix their product, which is not functioning properly. I find it extremely hard to believe that a company wants me to pay more of my hard-earned money out-of-pocket to fix a service I am already paying for. That is utterly ridiculous! Your product sucks, and if it is not working as promised, YOU, COMCAST, need to fix it, not the consumer! To further waste my time, the supervisor handed my wife a splitter to fix the malfunction of two fully functional laptops. Now I am no rocket scientist, however how would a splitter quicken Internet speed when there is only one device plugged into the cable outlet, not two separate wires! That is just plain stupid logic, again wasting my time! This company has clearly lost focus of the customer experience. They focused on profits in large numbers and nothing more!
Beautiful new facility with the same wretched customer service. Consistently the worst customer service experience I have ever been subjected to in my entire life. You can be sure that if there is ever an error on your account it will be up to you, the customer, to prove it after spending countless hours on the phone repeating the issue to multiple Comcast staff.

WORST customer service Ive ever dealt with. A representative actually LIED to me about my internet price moving forward after my initial 12 months. Days later to see my new bill had not changed, I called and spoke with another representative. I was informed the offer I was given, didnt exist. I couldnt have more disdain for this company. Comcast trap you with auto payment and paperless billing. my bill jumped from $52 to $98 this month for exactly the same services. Do not need TV services but had to get it as a package, TV reception was not HD, I bought $10 antenna and having HD reception for free. April 2019 they offer internet only service on line 150 bp for $39.99. I asked the Comcast agent to switch me to this service which is available on line, his response was he do not see in his system and can not switch so they can charge twice the price.

They sell business services at this store but dont service them. If you need to replace a business modem you cant. You have to wait days for a service tech to come to your business. Being down in a business is not an option. Staff us way under trained as well. They use the cell phone store model of checking in and waiting to be called. The differance is they only exchange residential parts here and offer no tech support.
Quick service and great employees yet I bought a xfinity mobile phone and upgraded a phone purchased fromt them a month ago ( terrible LG ).- cant even sell the old one because Xfinity wont activate anything but a new phone. Appointments are given the same priority as walk-ins. Not sure if we came in during shift change time but many customer service reps were walking around and going into the back with no sense of urgency. Not sure what sequence they were calling customers on but it seemed that many people who came after us were checked in and called on first. One man who was sitting in the waiting area when we came in had just been called when we left.

Spent over eight hours between in store visits, phone, and online chat attempting to address a concern I had with setting up new service. The issue was never addressed nor was I ever called back as promised by in store staff. It came to the point that when I went into cancel that I would not leave until I had documentation that the installation process was cancelled. I would urge other consumers to get documentation to avoid headaches moving forward, otherwise you will be stuck with incompetence and unaccountability.
Have a current account and have never been delinquent for almost 2 years, have good credit, and was denied to add a third line to my account. Just had to get in que to buy a phone case all while employees were just walking around.

Now when you get a modem you must reset the password for your self. Broadcast or not broadcast the name? Some say yes some say no. Wi-fi? Or Hotspot? Are they the same? Um yes no maybe so.Ok if I forget the password or there is a strange cable that wraps around my house and disappears in the wall (and without me knowing goes to a secret place with another hidden modem is and mimics my modem and they turn the power off and copy the name and I fix the password that’s linked to a keychain on another remote computer because someone who used to work for you decides to use the company back door password but got fired quit or is disgruntled, and uses it to hack mine), how do you handle that? Because Optimum in NY says it’s my responsibility to safeguard my house from their own product.So do I have to protect myself from your service and equipment and how do I do that? If you can help I really have no money because I am just me and well I am bound by binding constracts that I cannot break so the chains that I’m bound by are perfectly legal because I signed them and I know you are fair and would never provide a service that would hurt me or put me at risk.I want you to suceeed because I like internet service and some TV, but I also like to pay for it as I promised and I am having trouble doing so trying to ward off the hacking. WOW the level of ineptitude of Comcast is stunning. I traded in a X1 voice command box, for a standard box. Simple right, New Box will not activate, so on the phone with support in india, where the employee s dont have a solid grasp of the English language, after 2 hours Im told to exchange my box, which I have done four times, always the same error S0a00 means not activated. They offer no solution other then exchanging the box for the 5th time. The wires are perfect as my box from the bedroom works fine in all rooms. Now they want me to pay for a tech to come out and check the wires, lol! Never once did they say sorry for the problems we are causing due to our lack of basic understanding of our own systems.

Terrible company. They couldnt get my internet to work. I cancelled in the 30 day period, and according to their policy I should have gotten a full refund. They sent me a letter that said I hadnt returned all the equipment and I owed them $80 for voice equipment. I have no idea what that is, but all they sent was a modem, some wires, and a splitter, and I returned all of it. In my opinion, just a ruse to get out of honoring their policy.

Free at last!!!! I left Comcast. $250 monthly Internet after climbing through there data limits every month. Crazy bad customer service in some distant oriental country. Chat service no better. And stateside retention specialists get an attitude if you arent charmed into staying with them. They have achieved their Worlds Worst Customer Service year after year.
