When the job was completed they left everything clean in each room.David worked with us throughout the process from choosing the right flooring to the completion of the job. The company was higher priced than two other quotes we received but the quality of the products and attention to detail throughout the process was impressive. The installation team was very clean and professional…they even used real wood trim and painted it to match our floor at no extra charge.

I scheduled a quote on a Saturday and the floor was installed the next Saturday.The installers quickly and professionally installed my flooring. Furniture was carefully moved and replaced. We wanted to have the carpet taken up and a new floor surface in the master bedroom. From the initial call through the completed work was less than two weeks, and we are very happy with the cost, the service, and the result.Since we werent entirely sure whether we wanted a different type of carpet, an engineered wood floor, or tile, it was really helpful to have a range of hundreds of different samples brought to us. We also had the challenge of selecting something that went with the color of the room, the furniture, and the two different flooring surfaces (tile in the bathroom and engineered wood in the hallway). Dave was able to quickly identify tile and hard flooring samples that would work. We were able to align on one pretty quickly and easily with his help.Then, we got a pleasant surprise on the estimate and on how quickly he could have installers scheduled (within a week).When the installers took up the carpet, we discovered a settlement crack in the slab. Dave offered to fill the crack and the installers took care of completing that work before installing the floor. The flooring installation went smoothly and they were finished a few hours later--including installing primed wood quarter round moldings.The floor and the moldings look great. This is a company with whom you will likely have a remarkably positive experience. I will happily recommend them to anyone needing floor work.

Professional all the way. I have had a number of floors put in and redone over the years. They outdid anything I ever had done before. They went out of their way to be sure we were totally satisfied. Those few instances where a change was needed. It was taken care of without question. Maybe to say it best, I feel I made a new friend. Great job.

Really professional crew, they finished two floors of carpet and wood in under two days. They cleaned up after themselves, hauled away the old flooring, and did great finishing work on the transitions. Highly recommend.

FCI was excellent. I would highly recommend them and plan to work with them again for future needs. Rich was wonderful; he even came out a second time when the original carpet that we had chosen was not in stock to allow us to review the samples again (even though I told him that it wasnt necessary)! The installation was seamless - he even arranged to have a pool table moved. The flooring looks great!! Wonderful!!!!!

The crew were on time, professional and polite. They had to remove manufactured hardwood (glued down) which was quite a tough job. They worked fast and hard to get the job done. My new floors look fantastic!!

More than happy. I had a porcelian floor put into my kitchen. It turned out gorgeous.After the crew was finished, I was overwhelmed of the quality of the work itself. Honestly I never write write reviews BUT I have to say David was very professional and kind. Not once did I feel like he was a “sales” person. He made me feel like he was really helping me find a solution and you rarely see that with a lot of companies. Rich with Floor Coverings was very professional. He showed up for our estimate appointment on time and with all his materials to give a quote. We had the carpet replaced in 3 bedrooms the hallway and stairs. They came in on install day and got to work! They moved all the furniture and put it back! They came at 10:30 am and they were finished before I was home from work at 6pm! Wow! They did a great job!!! I didn’t realize how happy new carpet could make me! Bonus...they were very sweet to my dog!

FCI did an excellent job matching older/existing hardwoods when we had carpet/tile pulled from surrounding areas and replaced with new hardwood. We had a tight timeline and Sean did a great job working within our parameters.
