We purchased our new floors from Carpet Den (Thomas Collie) and they were installed by a wonderful install team! Our flooring transitions were not shipped with our order and thus couldnt be installed at that time (no biggie). Since then, its been a nightmare trying to coordinate with Carpet Den to install our transitions. Johnny at CDI informed me today that, as the customer, I should contact the install crew about our missing transitions as he had no information about them. For $8k in new floors Carpet Den should take ownership of coordinating / installing any missing floor components instead of requiring the customer to do the leg work. CDIs products are amazing and thats what attracts new customers like us, but great customer service is what retains customers and its here that they fall short. Will update again after our install is complete.UPDATE: The transitions were installed after our salesperson Thomas contacted us and the finished product (shown here) is very good. Updated from 2 to 4 stars after prompt response to our issue. Hickory flooring throughout our first floor. Would recommend.

Aaron K. at Carpet Den Interiors in Franklin, TN was our main contact during the purchase and installation of carpeting, and he excelled in every aspect of our experience. Not knowing if they would service us in rural Tennessee, Aaron was more than happy to come out providing a free estimate and measurement for carpeting two rooms. He confidently answered all our questions regarding installation. We agreed to a showroom meeting the next week to pick out carpet samples and go over cost estimates. Aaron was very helpful with narrowing down the carpet and padding choices to meet our current lifestyle. Carpet Den supplies an extremely helpful booklet explaining installation procedures and expectations that are not often covered. It was during installation that Aaron really excelled while solving a couple issues regarding tack strips and a leak that was discovered under the old carpet. After we made repairs to a section of subfloor, Aaron sent an installer back out at no additional cost to finish the carpet installation. We will definitely use Carpet Den Interiors for our next carpet project, and highly recommend them for all your flooring needs.

This is a delayed review as I have a newborn. I want to start by saying the floor install and sales process was 5 stars. The trim install was 1 star. The floors look great. The trim install was a headache miscommunication occur by both parties but that is not impacting this review, the finish product is. I would have performed the install myself but because as stated above I did not. I am not a professional so I expected to be as good or better then my work as I have trimmed base and case in this whole house. #1 I used 1x6 trim the installer missed more studs then he hit so I came back through with a nail gun. #2 the holes on the base were filled with caulk not putty so it shrunk and the nail holes were very visible. (I am repairing today with MH putty so this is fresh on my mind). #3 the installer struck the board with the base of the hammer so I am having to putty that as well. The painting was decent but doesnt matter as I have to repair the board faces.he came back multiple times but at a certain point its not worth the effort of having them come out to complete the work your self.5 starts for flooring installer. 1 star for baseboard install subcontractor.

Sold us a floor that should never be in a kitchen. Constant repairs. Gave them two stars anyway because our sales guy was nice and they always showed up when we called them about issues.

The front desk check in person is super helpful, maybe even the most helpful person in the whole store.

This is our 2nd time using Carpet Den in a year on 2 different houses. Traci was on site to measure and give us ideas, we cannot recommend enough. Very professional and prompt.

I wanted to replace carpet In bedroom and closet with engineered hardwood floor They had matching product that was in rest of house. Ashley my knowledgeable friendly sales person had it ordered and installed in 8 days. The installers were experienced, very nice and professional and the floors look great Excellent clean up job too. My previous review was negative as I was disappointed with the original work done on 8/4/19. Then Carpet Den did contact me to see what they could do to make sure I was happy with their service. Brad from Carpet Den came by today 09/05/19, and relaid the LVT flooring in the master bathroom that I was unhappy with. I had also had new carpet put in a few rooms, and on the stairs. Brad fixed the stairs where the tack strips were poking up. He also pulled up the carpet in areas that the floor squeaked and fixed the floors from squeaking. Then he relaid the carpet. Brad did an excellent job! I would highly recommend him and I am now a very satisfied customer with Carpet Den! I am happy to leave a positive review when a business follows through to do good work for their customers. Happy and appreciative in Franklin, TN

Flooring comes down to quality product, quality installation, reasonable price and a knowledgeable sales person to guide you. We had an EXCELLENT experience with Carpet Den as we prepared to replace flooring installed by another company just a few years prior. That company wouldnt even return calls to discuss the faulty product. This was a fantastic process from the start and our sales person took the time to understand what we needed and wanted. We went through so many different options as my wife and I debated about color, texture, etc. The new floors are in and we are very pleased. The installation team was exceptional and consistently treated our home as if it was theirs. They cleaned up each day and kept us appraised on next steps because it was a big job. The price was competitive and we will use them exclusively in the future.

Very helpful, good prices and great warranties. Installers did a great job and the carpet looks great. Replaced carpet that we installed a year earlier from Home Depot. It was trash after a year and they wouldn’t warranty it. Will definitely use Carpet Den to replace the rest of our carpet.

Ashley with Carpet Den is extremely helpful and I cant recommend working with her enough. She even went to school for Interior Design and understands how to create the right look for her clients to meet their budget. If you are looking to freshen up your space, ask for Ashley!

The carpet we purchased is great! It looks and feels amazing in our new home! The communication on the price wasn’t the best, we were led to believe that since it was a new construction and there wasn’t old carpet to remove it would be cheaper than the showroom price. We were never given a final price until the contractor paid for it. The installation is why I’m not rating higher. The installers did not vacuum the upstairs subfloor before installing. It’s a new construction home so now there is lots of dust trapped under our new pad and carpet. After we noticed that they weren’t vacuuming my husband asked them to vacuum the lower rooms. They pulled out a broom and swept them. After spending over $11000 I just expected installation to be done with better care.

The reason I love Carpet Den Interiors is simply because of David Lewis! I am a designer and have many clients in need of flooring, both residential and commercial. David is the most knowledgable person I have ever known when it comes to flooring! He grew up in the business and knows every detail and always makes it his goal to provide the best product at the best price for my clients. I was blown away by the fabulous job that the Carpet Den crew did! Our carpets were in terrible shape and I could not wait to get them replaced! I got several other estimates and Carpet Den was willing to work with my budget and come up with multiple options in my price range! The carpets look even better on the floors than they did in the samples! Still cant get over how great our house looks now! Traci was amazing! She came to my house and brought samples and helped me match up and pick out EVERYTHING! I will recommend them to everyone I know! Beyond impressed!

Flawless. Store had plenty of samples to choose from, and let us take samples home to view them with our lighting. Got a prompt response when we asked for someone to measure and give us an estimate. We were able to agree on an installation date. The workers called before arriving each day, and were always on time. They were very careful with our furnishings, and they worked hard to keep the construction dust and debris to a minimum. The job was completed earlier than promised, and the result is fantastic. No problems whatsoever, and the installed product is magnificent.

DO NOT USE if you are looking for quality carpet and service. We went looking for high quality carpet to replace our current carpet before we listed our house. We had a representative come out and she recommended a carpet that was half as much. Seemed great but the carpet has snagged in several spots within the first week. Even worse, they sent a tech out to look at it. After rescheduling he cut it and it raveled. Then they proceeded to tell me not to vacuum it. No answer except to patch it and it would look ten times worse. When we reached out we were told we were “over reacting”. When we tried to call the manager several times he didn’t return the calls. We’ve had to replace the carpet with another vendor and ultimately spend more than if we would have stuck to what we wanted vs what they recommended. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

My entire experience was a great one!! Traci was absolutely amazing! She was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The installation was less than a week after my quote and the install team was punctual, nice, and worked cleanly and quickly. I highly recommend them!

Their installation team is the bomb and very good at what they do! I felt well taken care of and will for sure be back on the next redo!

This is the absolute WORST company to ever do business with. Save your time and money, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Our tile was only supposed to be a one week job, and a month later our tile is still not completed. They are terrible communicators they basically do not care about their customers at all. First, they didn’t order enough tile to complete the job. Things were installed incorrectly and had to be ripped out. Now we’re currently dealing with getting someone out to our house to actually complete the job. We’ve been dealing with a sales rep by the name of Christopher who was supposedly the best. He’s completely terrible and does not respond in a timely manner or at all. The people that Christopher contracted our job out to continuously say our driveway is too steep and they are unable to make it up, which is complete nonsense. We’ve even offered to PULL THE PATHETIC WORKER TO THE TOP, and even to haul him and his tools to the top to complete the job and he refuses. This is absolutely absurd. Between Christopher and the workers we get nothing but lies. We are now demanding to speak with the owner of the company.. no luck there either. We can’t seem to obtain the owners information oddly enough. It looks like our next step will be to contact our lawyers, this is a pathetic excuse for a company. Absolute worst experience I’ve had since we started building. This company needs to hire new staff or shut their doors completely.

Carper Den is professional, quick, and reasonably priced! They were able to match our existing hardwood perfectly to install in other areas of our house. Their installers were on time, got right to work, and were very detailed oriented. We are extremely happy with our final product and would reccomend them to everybody.

Happy with service. A little high and dont keep much in stock. If you need carpet soon, you might not be able to get it

The carpet and tile were great. The installation and service was terrible. They had to come back and redo the carpet. My closets were laid crooked (they literally laid my walk-in closet carpet diagonally and it has lines in the carpet so you could tell it was crooked) and my upstairs had a seam that stuck up all the way across the room. They came back and redid the carpet and it looks good now. The tile is a worse story. The grout started cracking after about 3 months but it was just a little at that time. Eight months later it was cracking so bad I had tiles about to pop up. They came out and redid it after allot of back and forth. Less than 3 months later, its worse than it was before they redid it and they wont respond. I have some grout lines that are completely gone already (all the grout has broken out of it). I have used them in the past but wont refer them to anyone else or use them again.

If I could give a zero star review, I would. We contacted Chris about doing some carpet repair in our home in early October. He gave us some info about our carpet that week, then stopped responding to us. We then contacted the main office and they put us in contact with Johnny on October 25. Johnny came to our home to check out our carpet and give us an estimate for the repair work. He told us it would take him 2 weeks to get the carpet and have the repairs done. We’ve tried to contact him a minimum of 2 times per week since then. We let the main office know he won’t call us back at the beginning of December. We still can’t get him to call us back. This is an absolute garbage way to run your business. If you don’t want to do the work we want to pay you for, then just tell us so. Stop being so lazy.

The process went very smoothly and the installers were awesome. I was also surprised that the prices were right in line with the other bids I got. Glad I went with them!

A great selection of all floor coverings types and manufactures..not just carpet. A quiet showroom, but the sales staff can be a bit pushyI cannot comment on price yet, but 8f you are in Franklin and lookingfor floor coverings you need to at least give this one a chance

Very disappointed with their service level and follow through on commitments. We ordered our shutters back in June and we had to wait over 4 months for them to complete the job. They were installed poorly and even upside down in some cases. They ordered the wrong sizes and made us wait 4 months to get shutters. I would not recommend working with them. They are not urgent nor flexible.

We built a home in 2015 and Carpet Den was the installer. Our hardwoods started peeling and flaking and I reached out to Carpet Den for help filing a claim with Mohawk. They gave me the run around and false information regarding inspector fees. I never once have felt they were my advocate in helping me get my floor replaced. They finally filled a claim and Mohawk denied it. I called and left 3 messages as well as an email with the manager and no one has called me back. I would recommend going elsewhere for your flooring needs. And I would recommend not purchasing engineered hardwood in espresso from Mohowk. It’s a poor quality floor and their Warrenty is worthless.

The blonde lady helping us never emailed or called back and acted like we hurt her whenever we told her that the installation guys put the carpet in wrong (they didnt staple it down and left the nice pad out of parts-which we paid extra for!-) NEVER go here! Go to a different flooring place

The service in purchasing my carpet was good. It wasnt until the delivery and installation of the carpet that EVERYTHING WENT DOWNHILL! I was so disgusted by the delivery and installation that I would NEVER recommend shopping here. The installation guys were very rude...but to top it all off...they were smoking in between laying my carpet and walking outside to take breaks to smoke. They purposefully sat in their truck twice during the installation so they could take a cigarette break. Then when they rolled out my carpet on the road to cut it...the guy was walking on my carpet with a cigarette in his mouth. Now surely when one spends a lot of money to buy brand new carpet, the last thing they want is someone contaminating it with cigarette smoke.
