Mike was a pleasure to work with. He found us what we needed and made it easy to drive away in a nice pre-owned truck even though my credit isnt all that great.

The place is great they work with you to get you in a car fast and easy.

Too soon to post an accurate review. I need more time to analyze. However so far they have worked with me to the best of what they are allowed to do. Management has changed over so much that its not an accurate assessment to say whether or not its a good buy. The staff has been kind to me and have been courteous. This is an improvement over the workers who had previously worked there.

I got a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse from there in December of 2015, not even an hour after driving it off there lot, it broke down and sat in the shop for two days, when I got it back the place that worked on it said it had no oil or trans fluid in it at all. Then I went to the gas station to put gas in it and there was a hole the size of a fist in the fill neck and tank so I couldnt put gas in it at all. Fast forward 2 months and the engine blew then fast forward 2 more months and the trans blew after it got fixed it when out again and the engine blew again too. They do not sell you a quality vehicle like they say they do, everyone in there is rude as can be and they ask way to much for there vehicles. I paid almost 9000 for this car and currently still have it and the trans just went out again so, they can have there car back and can KISS MY ASS

They will use whatever card is in file without your consent. They will repo your vehicle after you pay online the night before. Have only had the vehicle 2 months and the converter is clogged. They are supposed to open at 9 but really dont until they feel like it. Very unprofessional

I was able to get a vehicle here for me and my family is ran great if any issue at all then Ill come back to Superior Auto they would take a look at it and make the necessary repairs within a certain amount of miles of my vehicle. If im over my miles limit. They help me go through their repair shops.

Biggest mistake ever made . Starting having problems 2weeks after I got it . Then used my card without consent ... It has been at there mechanic shop for a week and wont make it right but they still want me to make payments on a lemon . Contacted Better Business Bureau.

One star is to much. Since the list Travis this place had gone down fast. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will flat out lie to your face. I had a ford focus that i was buying I upgraded to a Chevy HHR. I just made a two week payment on Friday I upgraded on Monday and was told I would be ahead a week on payments since I now will pay weekly. They lied i just lost the two week payment. Money in their pockets.They will cheat you if they can. Run Run Run away from this place

I enjoy that they prefer to interact with customers. That paint other places use on their window is hard to get off anyway. I like that they helped me find the size of vehicle i needed and at a price i could afford. Just like almost all other buy here pay heres the car is sold as is but they do have a mechanic they take them to so they can make repairs before they are sold. Our fan for our heat went out in the first week we owned it and we called them and they replaced the fan for us even tho they didnt have to. The emplyees are really nice and they support local venders which is really cool. I have never been treated rudely or made feel i couldnt have a car cause im to poor. I recommend them to all my friends and family in need of a car. Our van had under 100,000 miles and we are only paying 9000 dollars for it and it is a monthly payment we can afford. We couldnt get approved anywhere else and they did everything they could to help us get a car before the birth of our youngest son. Thank.you superior auto.

If you like money in any way shape or form, never take anything to this place. They took our company for 20,000

Had my jeep for over a year, sent them 3 customers referrals and never a day late or a penny short. New management stated I wasnt due til 2-7-2019, I was called on 1-24-19 and was told I owed 52.00. Store manager admits he made a mistake yet booted my car at work 4 days later. They are a complete RIP off, I have had 2,200.00 worth of repairs I had to pay for. SUPERIOR AUTO IS NOTHING MORE THAN A POOR EXCUSE FOR A KNOCKOFF VERSION OF JD BYRIDER. DO NOT BUY FROM!!

They want you money but never want to make things rt when they know they sold you a lemon .

They will use your card without your consent. They will also sell you a Lemon. Do NOT come here it will be waste of your time and money.
