DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. They do not stand behind their product or warranty. My brand new 2021 car has been in the shop going on 30 days now....every time they give it back its more messed up. Now they say Sorry, we cant help you. DO NOT BUY FROM INFINITY! They only care about making the sale. I came into Infinity later in the evening and although my sales person was nice enough, I was talked into a vehicle I did not want. I was upfront about what I wanted yet despite that I walked out with a vehicle with only one of my requirements. In addition, they initially brought the price down on the vehicle to fit my budget but when I said I wanted leather they said they were going to deduct the leather fee from the cost of the car and add it in as an additive so it evens out. They simply kept the same discounted rate they initially gave me and added the leather so really, I paid for the leather. Even after I questioned it they convinced me it was accurate. I didnt really notice until I got my statement from the bank on what I owed. My bad for not paying close enough attention at closing. It was late, I was tired and I had a hungry child with at the time. I was distracted. The day after purchase I realized what a mistake I had made and called the dealership to see if I could retract the sale. They said there was nothing they could do. So... Im stuck with this vehicle that is not functional for my family and a large monthly note to go along with it. Youre better off going to carmax where they are truly looking out for what YOU want. Not just making the sale. I will never recommend Infinity or purchase another car from there again.
The service center offers top-notch timely service. The staff is great about explaining everything upfront and meeting your wishes when it comes to service. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency, honesty and ease in completion of recent services.
The service at Infiniti has always been wonderful. The staff is great and very accommodating and I never need to return as the work is always done right the 1st time.I do wish they would provide discounts. I owned Infinitis for over 25 yrs and have been a customer at the TN dealership for 18 yrs. I asked if there were any discounts to available as I no longer receive them via mail. Last 3 repairs have cost me thousands of dollars. I never received a response re: info about a discount and was charged the full price.
EDIT- A very nice person called back and was so helpful! She answered all my questions, and was great to deal with! I wish I didnt have to go through all that to get to someone so helpful and nice, but I am glad to get help.I have been trying to talk to someone about servicing my Infiniti, but I have not been able to talk to anyone in the service department. I reached what seemed like a call center for appointments. The agent didnt know any information about service. He did offer to transfer me to service, but disconnected the call. I called back, the next agent apologized, transferred, and disconnected. I called back again. This agent kept trying to force me to make an appointment. I told her I did not want to make an appointment until I talked to someone about what was going on with my vehicle. She said I could leave a message. I explained that I already left a message two days ago, but no one returned my call. She put me on hold for a couple minutes, came back, gave me an extension number, and transferred me. I got the automated system again. I put in the extension number, and had to leave another message. Its been three days, and I have gotten nowhere.
I had been searching for an SUV but really dislike the entire car buying process. However, I went into the Infinity dealer and had one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. I worked with Mark Kennedy who was outstanding. He was honest, provided me with options and the overall experience was very not time consuming at all. I would highly recommend Infinity of Cool Springs for your next vehicle!

I’ve always had and continue to have a pleasant experience. The staff are courteous and always keep you updated on your service details. The automated system works smoothly and quickly to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. It’s nice also to have the service process on screen in the waiting area that lets you know what stage of service your car is in. I went to INFINITI to check out a couple vehicles I saw online and just see the numbers if I liked the Q50. Mark was the perfect salesman! He listened to everything I was looking for and took everything I had to say into consideration. He wasn’t pushy and overbearing like so many car salesmen I’ve dealt with in the past. Overall my experience was great, and when it’s time for a new car, I WILL be asking for Mark!!
Beware!!!! I brought my car in because I was told by another repair place that the dealership was the only place that could fix it. After an initial exam, I received a quote for almost $14,000 and the majority of it was saying my 3 year old QX80 needed a new transmission. When I called the service guy to ask questions and get clarity on the quote, I was told they made a mistake and my quote changed to half of what the initial quote was. I magically didn’t need a new transmission but needed work on other things. Red flags raised all across the board and I ended up taking it to a new dealership. They discovered there was an error code and when they reset it, everything was fine. My car didn’t need a new transmission and I’m so thankful another dealership saved me thousands of dollars.

Well I purchased a 2017 Cadillac Escalade from Infinity of Cool Springs. While the overall experience with the staff was good, a month later my temporary tags are expired. I called the day they expired and got a lengthy spill, no apology though, and was told they would email me another temporary tag, which never arrived. So two days sitting in the driveway with expired tags. Ive emailed twice and left a voicemail today and at my business days end, no reply. While we needed to go out of town tonight guess what....? we cant. When I was shopping for a vehicle you can bet I had noooooo trouble getting a reply or call, or text saying what can we do to help you.

First time at the dealership for a routine service on my Infiniti lease vehicle through Nissan. The Service Advisor was able to get my vehicle serviced even though I had arrived later than my scheduled appointment. I had been trying to get an appointment with a local Nissan dealership for 3 weeks, however was never returned a phone call. Hit something in the road which bent the cowling under front right bumper knocking the parking sensor loose. Dealership did a great job beating out the cowling and replaced the sensor but cost was excessive.

I had an appointment on Saturday at 1:45 and as I was driving from Columbia I called and explained I might be 10 minutes late. The service was for a recall and I was leaving the car for service. They said not a problem we and come on in. Service man Ryan met me ASAP and very kind and professional, took my info and it was done in a few hours. The service department is a joke. I bought my car back in October (yes, 7 months ago), and scheduled a day to bring it back to get it detailed a week later. During the detailing/inspection, they gave me a courtesy vehicle with a flat tire and kept mine through the weekend - I had to air it up 5 times. When I went to pick mine up, they had only done half of what I asked them to do and the inside had not been cleaned at all. I am still finding trash on the inside of the vehicle that is not mine. Not to mention, there has been a leak on the driver side door and the driver side rear-view mirror is loose.
We had a great experience at Infiniti of Cool Springs. The team there were very helpful and professional. Especially our salesperson Yong Kim. It was time to update my 11 year old vehicle as we were got start taking more road trips and wanted a spacious and comfortable SUV. We test drove many brands and while some had more sporty handling, we thought the ride quality and comfort of the QX60 was the best of all.

I recently took my 2018 infiniti q60 to infiniti of cool springs and there customer survive went above and beyond what I was expecting, jackson saxon was my service writer and he was awesome, took care of the issue I was having and had me in and, he also showed me leak i had in my exhaust and suggested I fixed before it effected my turbos, I waited a few days to make an appointment and they had me in the next Monday and resolved the issue flawlessly even under the price they quoted which was awesome, come to find out my turbos were older might a issue down the line which mr Saxon replaced both my turbos all under warranty, I cannot imagine taking my infiniti anywhere else in the foreseeable future.

I would score this as zero stars but this is not permitted. I recently purchased my Q50 at the end of my 39 month lease. It couldnt possibly have been a worse experience. Even though my leasing contract stated that could buy my car for the residual value, I was forced to pay about $2500 in unnecessary fees and charges. I had to pay the market value selling price which was much higher than my payoff, due to car shortages due to COVID. How is that my responsibility? Mind you, I had already paid these same fees when I initially purchased the car 39 months ago. Jacob Brown was my sales associate and he truly seemed to try to make this right, but the sales manager, TABATHA FOWLER flat out refused to be reasonable and fair. She overruled Jacobs suggestion for lowering the fees. Tabatha Fowler was unprofessional, unethical, bitter, rude, greedy, and very unreasonable. I have filed a complaint with corporate Infiniti. I was forced to pay an $800 fee for them to complete the paperwork for the title change. I was forced to pay a $300 inspection fee of the car that I have been driving for 39 months and was purchasing. Even though I signed a document stating I was buying the car as is, I still had to pay the $300 inspection. The service department then tried to sell me new tires, brakes, fluids, etc. There were also other fees (pure profit for the dealership. I will never purchase another car from Infiniti of Nashville, and I strongly discourage anyone else from doing business there. Drive to Memphis, Birmingham, Atlanta, etc. to buy your Infiniti. I rate Tabatha Fowler as the worst sales manager I have ever dealt with during my lifetime. Infiniti would do well to terminate her.

I definitely was not treated like a valued customer. I left feeling taken advantage of, put into danger and disrespected. If you don’t look at certain way or aren’t considered wealthy, you will not get fair treatment. While discussing my issue, the sales rep literally walked away while I was speaking. Ive never felt so humiliated and discriminated against in my whole life. I knew I should have gone to CarMax.
Required quick oil/filter tire, cabin filter change. got in quickly. Was notified that brakes and alignment was needed which was good however the price for brakes was CRAZY high. Otherwise a 4 star rating

We bought QZ56 Infiniti Truck just about a month ago NO sales person bothered to come out we had to go in and find a sales person because they were just sitting at their desk or walking around. One salesman were moving cars and came right by us never asked if we needed help and then he came back a second time parking another vehicle never acknowledging us. BAD SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Our tags will expire on Aug 9th my husband and I both made numerous of calls all last week inquiring about our tags nobody from he TITLE DEPT bothered to return our calls, left message for so called SUPERVISOR JENNIFER who never returned our calls. Called today explained to the receptionist and she took my number because I said I need to talk to VP, CEO, CFO SOMEBODY that might be PROFESSIONAL enough to call me back. So its 4.37pm CST and still no return call when I call at 12:30 today. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone they just sale cars but dont KNOW anything about customer service.
Absolutely terrible service for the money that Ive spent with with this company. Would I do business with infiniti of cool springs again, NO! The tech broke my dome light console and, tried to place it back as if nothing happened. If I wouldnt have noticed it right after being serviced they wouldnt have own up to it. Lucky they had left the light on. They didnt have that part in stock so they originally tried to find me a used part. That didnt work so they supposedly ordered me one but its on backorder. Ive been riding around for over a month now with a hole in my ceiling. I dont get and calls from them and I have to constantly call to get updates on the status of my order. Let me tell you that Infiniti hasnt reached out to me once on how they can make my service better next time. Would I recommend this place to someone else no. If youre not spending money with them as a customer you dont matter.

I liked everyone I interacted with, hence the 2 stars. But, do NOT get service done here. I was quoted $1800. After the sticker shock, I found a service shop. Total was $390 for parts and service. Now, I am kicking myself at having to pay the over $200 diagnostic fee when my new shop only charges $40. Last time I go there.
EXCEPTIONAL SALESMAN! If you plan on purchasing a car ask for a salesman by the name of Jacob . I randomly stopped by, without warning, to take a look at a 2012 Honda Accord that was advertised on the website. Jacob immediately took it upon himself to greet me and bring me to his office while he went to locate the car — within five minutes he had a beautiful, and exceptionally clean Honda sitting out front waiting on me to test drive. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the car and very informative when it came to any questions I had in regard to the car. His extreme professionalism and exceptional customer service made this the smoothest car buying process I have ever experienced. I have always heard all infinitis charge alot for service. I went because it was something I couldnt fix myself or non of our local mechanic could fix. They sent me a service recommendations priced at $6200. Really..the car is probably only worth about $4000. There prices to do the work were very very inflated if you have a local mechanic these things could be done for several hundred dollars. Infiniti I hope you sleep well at night. Because I know I couldnt.
Went there this evening to test drive a car. Right before leaving for the test drive the sales guy asks for the keys to my car to get the VIN number (which you can see through the windshield) and the mileage off of it. When I get back from my test drive, my car was parked in a different spot. Not sure how getting mileage turned into driving my car.The sales guy was helpful so that’s why I gave the extra star.
