I asked the Nissan guy for a specific model car at a specific price. He hooked us up for a test drive, but didnt know the price. I told him to look that up at the office while we were driving. We return and Im trapped for 20 minutes to wait for the manager to get a price. Apparently, only managers get to see the price list. Eventually, he shows up and the car is 40% over the budget I explicitly set.We walked out. Worst old-school let me get the manager, the price is a secret, bait and switch and trap the customer of the whole day car shopping.Definitely a bad experience for us.

I was visiting Hyundai. They were offering a deal if you test drove any car you received a $40 gift card. I went in and met the salesman Jack. He was very nice at first. Told him I wanted to drive the 2020 Sonata. He wrote my number down on a Post-It note got my info. I told him I was there for the deal they were offering but I was also genuinely interested in how the car performed. I told him I wasnt looking to buy either and his mood went from happy to dont talk to me. I still test drove the car but during the drive, Jack was quiet never really said anything about the car unless I asked. When I did ask it seemed like he didnt know much about the car. I asked him questions I already knew the answer to just to see how well he knew his product. We finish the drive. We say bye. I go back to look at the car and I see the Post-It note with my number crumbled up in the passenger seat.

If you need it they have it great area to shop for a vehicle. Know

There are plenty of Auto dealers in this area. You are able to see Nissan Cool springs dealer, Hyundai and Infiniti dealers. I may miss some other/more dealers. My apology if I am not mentioning about all the dealers.Regardless of that you are able to find almost all type and brand of the cars in this area.Most of the dealers have all the brand pre owned cars.Hyundai has some deals even for the test drive. You are able to claim 50 USD gift card just for test drive. Please check with Hyundai web site for more details or contact the Hyundai dealer.Other than that Infinite has wide range of vehicles. You have several options to choose from used inventory, pre-owned certified inventory and the new inventory.Just, one step inside you are able to see the Nissan of Cool Springs who has a wide range of Nissan vehicles staring from Vera Note till Murano.Almost every dealer has different kinds of promotions from time to time.You can visit their sites for details or call them to know more about it.Overall, this is a place you can find your next dream car.Have nice shopping and experience.
