If you are a contractor, I would recommend driving past the Franklin Home Depot and go to the Brentwood store. The employees at the Brentwood store are more knowledgeable and you will get better service.

Talked to one guy about a window warranty claim. He said uhhh Im getting off in 30 minutes so I cant start on it but the next guy will be in 30 minutes from now. 30 minutes later this dude is split and other guy never showed up. I need up having to go to a different store where that employee had the claim done in 15 minutes ........
