Called to get information on a Framing Package. I am doing a 1375 square feet build out addition on my home. They wouldnt even consider talking to me because I am not a General Contractor. 84 Lumber did my quote with no problem. My $18,000 Framing Package will be delivered today from 84 Lumber.

This is the second time that I am trying to work with this place. The first time order delivery got delayed by a few days and when they finally got here they didnt give us any heads up that they are coming despite my request to be notified in advance so we can be home for the delivery. We had to rush home just to meet them and tell them where we wanted them to lay the material down. When I first called, the lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable and gave me detailed prices on all the materials I needed right away. Today I called again to try to get prices with the full intention on making a purchase. However, the lady at the front desk has NO CLUE about any prices whatsoever and transferred me to a different extension for that purpose. Well guess what, they dont have the men power to answer the phone! I had to leave a message on an answering machine- which sounded muffled and unprofessional so someone can get back to me whenever they are free to give me material prices. I find it absolutely ridiculous. I am still waiting on that call back. In addition to that their website lists no prices whatsoever. I just dont get it. Even Lowes and home depot list their lumber prices. Looking for another alternative. Prices should be readily available when one calls. Its not like I was asking about installation, or delivery or anything else.

To be a so called christian company the way they treat their employees is sad. No job security.

During my last remodel we use them extensively for structural components and exterior decorative panels. The folks at husky are always helpful super knowledgeable and much much less expensive than the big Box home improvement stores.

Very disappointed in Huskeys. I am in the process of finishing my basement when I was advised to go to Huskeys as they specialize in trim and crown molding. After I drove the 40 min to their Lewisburg Ave location I was informed this was their showroom and I can look at some small samples they had, but I had to drive another 10 min to their Beasley location to speak to a sales rep. When I got to the Beasley Rd. location, a warehouse in the industrial area of Franklin, I was surprised to learn that no Sales reps are on property. They informed me that a rep Anthony was too busy to handle my job since he was working on Drees jobs (home builders) so maybe Taylor would call me about the job. They informed me Taylor, was the son of the owner. A couple hours later to my surprise I did get a phone call. However, it wasnt Taylor, It was the warehouse guy who asked me if I had basement floor plans. I told him no. Thats when he told me he talked to the owner and the owner said they couldnt touch my job without floor plans. In conclusion I feel as if my simple basement finish wasnt a big enough job for them to care. If you are a builder whom builds hundred of homes a year, maybe your experience will be different. However, if youre individual home owner you may want to stay away.

Has been a really bad experience with this place paid for some lumber and they sent us to two different locations to pick it up at and still couldnt pick it up because they didnt order and pay for it. After we paid up front for it. Them was supposed to have it shipped today and then they got the wrong lumber shipped to them and now its going to take at least another day to get it if we get it tomorrow.

Nothing went right. During our selection and ordering process the rep was rude and did not listen to us or write things down. It took weeks of bickering with her to get our order right over the phone and then lo and behold, on install day the doors are all wrong. Not just a little wrong...they forgot the windows that go into the unit and the doors open the wrong way. Our install crew was sent home and the doors were sent back to be rebuilt. Two weeks later doors arrived correct but covered in excess glue on the glass, frame, and trim ... you name it, it had glue on it. It took hours to work off enough excess glue that it wouldnt be noticeable from a distance. Would never order from them again. Two stars is because the price was reasonable.

Bought 2 expensive sliders from Marshall at huskey..One window arrived as expected..Decent quality..I was happy...The other not so much..First, it got delivered very late (6 weeks after they said it would come)and literally broken/trashed...Had to wait another 6 weeks for the second window to arrive..This one was not broken but in horrible condition..Not what i paid for...Badly wrapped for shipping,sticker residue that wont come off after hrs of elbow grease buffing.The screen had 2 holes in it.Which huskey said they would replace but never did..The paint that was applied to the window just wipes right off as if was just spray painted on by a complete non professional..There are spot where they completely missed.There are spots of over spray..Horrible,..Thats what bugs me the most is the paint job...So many flaws in the paint i have to look at every single day of my life..I am building a very expensive high end house and this window is by far the worst looking part of my masterpiece...Also the window didnt come with an install kit or screw hole plugs which i was supposed to get but never did after contacting the manager...Very cheap quality products i paid high end prices for..Marshal is a nice guy but a horrible salesman who does not know what he is selling at all..I would return this piece of junk but it would take these snails way to long to replace and who knows what level of quality i would receive..Bad bad bad review from a very unhappy customer;They did refund me 100 bucks after months of complaining but thats really not enough since the window cost 550 and is pure junk...Never ever will i recommend huskey builders...FOR ANYTHING>>Not even a 2x4
