I bought a Wax Pass after having a wonderful experience with Molly. She left three months into me having the pass. No one let me know she was gone and I was placed with a new specialist the day of my appointment. I did not care for Justine (she left wax everywhere after my Brazilian) so I scheduled the next appointment with Brittany (she came recommended from a friend). That appointment day came and guess who wasnt there.... I was just put with Amanda that day again with no notice up front. Amanda then lifted my skin and left me with a lovely case of hives. The owner then gave me no apology nor did she even attempt to rectify my bad experience. All she could say was Maybe I was wearing the wrong underwear. Corporate refuses to respond to my complaints so I have yet to get my money back for my pass. I would NEVER do business here again.

I had never gotten a Brazilian before and I had a great experience at the Franklin, TN location. Everything was extremely clean, and my technician was super personable. The front desk worker was very nice and helpful as well. I could not be more pleased!

The esthetician, Jasmine, is amazing! She is very professional, thorough, and skilled at her job. She is an excellent conversationalist and quickly put me at ease. She is 100% the reason I scheduled a appointment for next month. I’m so happy to have found an esthetician I can trust for an excellent waxing experience.

Ive been going here for 5 years now and it has definitely gone downhill. My wax specialist is awesome and fast but the reception area is awful. The phones NEVER get answered, even if you call over and over. The late policy is 9 minutes. I showed up at 8 minutes and they refused me. I travel from Spring Hill but at this point I will find something closer to home. It isnt hard to get your phones fixed ( it puts you on hold, and then tells you that their mailbox is full) and answer them. I think there are probably better, more affordable, wax centers elsewhere. 🤷‍♀️

I highly recommend Taesia!! She is very personable and nice. She pays attention to detail and does a fantastic job. She works slow so that she can get everything, so don’t come in a rush!

Molly is awesome! Shes friendly, fast, and gets it done! Painless and no hairs left behind! Definitely will be my go-to person! Katie at reception was also great. Friendly on the phone when booking, and great customer service upon arrival!

Usually very consistent service at all locations. I had someone who had only been there about a month and she left patches of hair all over and didnt get to all the areas and tried to tell me they werent included. :/

When I arrived, the reception area was packed with people waiting for services; clearly the staff were running behind schedule. The receptionist was nice enough, but she was the only one working and was clearly overwhelmed with how many people were there. She also took a personal phone call and was complaining to someone on the phone about drama outside of work. I drove an hour to this location and really had to use the bathroom, but I was informed that the bathroom was out of service and I could go to the business next door... which was not even open at that time. So I had to get waxed with a full bladder.I have been getting waxes since 2014, so I know that my waxer did not take enough time to get my wax done correctly. She was using way too much wax at a time and trying to wax huge areas to save time, which was very painful. All of that I could forgive.... if the wax had turned out well, but it did not. I have huge patches of hair that were not removed that I will now either have to wax myself or shave, which negates the purpose of going to a professional to get waxed. I absolutely will not return to this location, or recommend this place to anyone.

I have been waxed several times, but this was my first time here, and by far my least favorite experience & results. The technique here was more painful. Lots of hair left behind even though it was long enough to be waxed, but I was too tender to ask for it to be redone. Still very tender 2 days later, which I have not experienced before. I will not be going back.

The waxer could’ve told me that she left a big slit on my left inner thigh. I’ve been in pain since 03/27/21 thinking that it was just irritation until I took a picture and found a big slit on my inner thigh! That can cause an infection! I definitely will not be going back! They tried to give me $5 and my lawyer told me not to take that.Worker hung up in my ear, I also added a photo since they don’t think it’s serious. They claimed she didn’t notice it.

I’ve had a handful of eyebrow waxes here and Molly is the best! She’s the only one I’ll see now. Such attention to detail and she really knows how to shape your brows.

I have been seeing Aubrey for years. Aubrey has done my Brozilian, Butt, Nose, Eyebrows, and even my face. There is absolutely no one I trust more than her to wax me. She has an amazing personality and is very easy to talk to. She is fast, thorough, and her technique minimizes the pain. I cant say enough about the amazing services she provides. Aubrey cares deeply about her work and it shows with every brow she slays! If you havent booked with her yet dont hesitate I promise you wont regret it!

Tonight was my first time here and I got my eyebrows waxed. I have to honestly say that I love this place! Kayli Ann waxed my eyebrows and she is so awesome! I had my first wax ever with Abby. She is amazing. Very comforting when I couldn’t deal with the pain. The staff overall was very personable.The only thing I disliked was how ridiculously cold the place is. We need blankets or maybe keep the a/c over 61?

Everytime I have gone here, the girls are so nice and personable. I have had two different ladies, both make you feel at ease and easy to talk to. Kelsey, is the last lady I got waxed by.. by far the best wax I have gotten, very thorough. Im pretty sure, I found my girl with that one!

My first experience was a great experience. I had my eyebrows and chin done and I love that their products didnt leave a sticky residue nor did my skin swell after the waxing.

One of the front desk lady who answers the phone was extremely rude to me over the phone. It makes me not want to come. This may be my last Brazillian there today because of my interaction with her. I have been going to various European Wax Centers for years. No matter the location, I have always had excellent service and would not consider going anywhere else for waxing. Kiki, at the Franklin location, is the best. She is professional, quick, and efficient. Although waxing is never pleasant, she makes it as pain-free as possible. I highly recommend EWC.

But I just had to dock this location some stars because I recently had one of the worst customer service moments of my entire life there.Before my reg May appt, I called to add on an additional service. I was told that she wouldn’t have time with my current time slot (of 15 min) so I needed to reschedule to accommodate that, but they can move it to an earlier time the same day to do both at once. Not ideal, but workable I think, okay.I arrived for my appt late, but within the Grace Period, which they offer as a company policy.There was only 1 girl at the desk, she was working with a client who seemed to be needing to troubleshoot some things (ie the desk girl was new and needed to leave to ask questions— understandable.) There was also another lady who walked in before me needing to get checked in as well, while 2 other gals were waiting to be go back. I wait patiently to allow that client their turn at the counter. However, no one was available to check us in. I figured there would be no problem since the desk girl saw me come in a few min ago, as did everyone else in the room.But as desk girl is getting up to go ask someone for help, she asks to check in those who are waiting. We’d be standing there for around 4-5 min at this point. She says to me then “we offer a 9 min grace period after your appt time, but since we’re beyond that, let me see if they can still see you.” I point out that I’ve been standing here for several minutes unable to check in due to their being short staffed so I’m sure there’d be no issue, as I was there within the Grace period.She returns another good 3-4 minutes later (still hasn’t finished checking out the OG customer at the counter btw), with another gal announcing that she was arriving for damage control. I was called up to the desk with “okay, let’s see when we can get you rescheduled.”… this was my last day off before I left the country for 2 weeks. I was delayed because my dog with cancer had a tumor (scheduled for removal surgery) that *burst* in our foyer, and I’ll spare the details. But all that to say, I was having an emotional and stressful morning, did everything I could to get there on time, while Nashville traffic was awful, offering me every red light along the way. She (Lydia? Or something like that) didn’t care, not that I got to say any of this anyway. She wouldn’t make eye contact with me and was very short with everything she said to me. She kept cutting me off and gave me another date. And apparently, my current appt slot was ALSO only for 15 min … (so why did she have me move it to earlier?!)I drive 35 min to Franklin every month bc I’m loyal to Brittney and have been to this location *exclusively* for the past 5 years now.I arrive in my grace period window, patiently wait for my turn while clearly they’re short staffed, for them to tell me that I needed to reschedule so that my appt doesn’t push back appts for the rest of the day…I legitimately have compassion for that. I would hate for them to push back everyone for the rest of the day when it was still morning especially. But how many times in the past 5 years have I had to sit in the cold tiny waiting room and wait 10-20 min for my person? Loads!! It happens!! And to be treated and talked to like it was my fault that I needed to be rescheduled when they were the ones too understaffed to check me in?!Honestly, I had very little time before I left the country, but had she said to me “I’m so sorry, we are completely booked today, and because we are running so behind here, would you mind rescheduling for another time, and we’ll comp that underarm service for you?” I would have 100% made that work.

I cant tell you enough how professional this place is. Everyone is very friendly and kind, especially dealing with guys who may be nervous about trying a service that has been primarily used by women. I have never felt awkward or strange with any of the ladies that have provided the waxing for me.

No complaints about the waxing staff however the front desk is another story. My first appointment here a month ago I was passing time in the shopping center when apparently they werent busy and meant to call about coming in early. Then 4 days ago I called about moving up my appointment, left a message but no call back. Today I call and someone answers but offers little assistance or explaination to what happened.

Will never go back again. She didn’t know what she was doing and I had to ask her to stop the service in the middle of it since I found it unbearable. And I scaped as fast as I could.
