Away treatment me with respect and always gave me a call and let me know when my prescription was ready. It seemed to have things I needed when other pharmacies didnt.

I have been customer at the Franklin Rite Aid for 20 years. Today was the first unpleasant experience I have had there; which happened to be with a floater pharmacist. However due to great customer service (as always) from Carol the situation was defused on my end. Thank you Carol for your compassion and understanding.

The worst

On more than one occasion, I’ve sat there for well over a half hour in the drive through waiting for someone to come over just to be told they messed up or it’s not done, why tell me one time and I give an extra hr any ways just in case just to be told it’s still not done. Will be switching pharmacies.

I can always find anything I want here, the best store ever!!..
