Can we give 6 stars??? All the 5 stars reviews are deserved. I just had my first visit here and it was phenomenal and as painless as waxes can be. The staff and techs were amazing and the place was extremely clean.

This was my first time going to Brazilian Wax and already after just 1 time, I cannot recommend them enough!!I just got a Brazilian, half legs, arm pits and eyebrows done by Christin H. and she did such an amazing job!! Christin made me feel such at ease and like we were long-lost friends catching up. Ill definitely be coming back to her again and again!My eyebrows look amazing(along with everything else)! We chatted the entire time and while I do have a very high pain tolerance, this was literally THE BEST experience and least pain Ive had from a waxing session!The studio was super clean, the staff very friendly, and the complimentary drinks were a nice and unexpected touch.Definitely 10/10 and I will be recommending her and this studio to everyone I know to get waxed!

Faster, friendlier, less painful and cheaper than that other waxing place. You ladies know where I’m talking about. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I will definitely become a regular customer.

This was first waxing experience! The place was very well kept and had great staff! I got a bikini wax done by Madeline, she was such a sweet heart and made the experience great! She even gave me awesome advice on esthetician school since I plan on going! So thankful for her making me feel great and comfortable through out the appointment! 10/10 recommend!

Today was my first time getting a Brazilian ever. When I got there everyone was super nice and McKenzie was my aesthetician and I think she did a great job at everything. I told her it was my first wax and we just talked through the whole thing which really helped plus she was super encouraging. The receptionist (I didn’t catch their name) was also super sweet and helpful which calmed my nerves a lot since I was new to everything. I’ve been going here for a year now and LOVEIT! I get a Brazilian wax. I tried a different place and worst decision I’ve made. Keleigh is AMAZING and does a great job making you feel comfortable. This was the first place I tried out and wouldn’t recommend any other place. The staff is very friendly and nice.

I am so thankful I found this wax studio. I have had a couple of Brazilians and they have not been the best experience. I felt comfortable and loved that I was able to feel more at ease. I also tried the jelly mask after my wax and it was amazing. I highly recommend this place!

Hands down the best place to go for a wax! I have been to other local wax spas and can easily say The Brazilian Wax Studio in Cool Springs has the best vibe, staff and services. The wax they use is significantly less painful in my opinion and doesnt irritate my skin. The staff are phenomenal, very warm and professional. The atmosphere is pristine and elegant. Lexi is awesome, she puts you at ease and is very efficient!

You can’t beat the pricing here. The waxers are super sweet & waxing is quick. My favorites have been Hailey & Larissa. They do a great job. I had an issue getting in to be seen as a walk in appointment a few weeks ago & they went out of their way to call me, apologize & make it right. Good customer service goes a long way for me.

I was very nervous, but Kelly took amazing care of me, and the pain was over in seconds. I feel amazing, and I set up another appointment for 5 weeks out.Thank you guys for being informative, non-judgmental, and talking me through the process to ease my nerves. I visited Brazilian Wax for the first time today, and I couldnt have been more impressed. Id never had anything but brow and occasional upper lip waxing, so I decided to start off smallish with a lower leg and underarm wax.Coming in, I really had no idea what to expect. As far as first impressions go: the facility is pristine, the receptionist was very courteous, and I really appreciated the complimentary beverages. After I was (very promptly) shown back, I definitely felt super awkward hanging out in my bra and panties in the waxing room. Thankfully, Katie immediately put me at ease. She was friendly and engaging, while still being totally professional. I was very self-conscious about my post-baby body being so exposed to a total stranger, but at no point did I feel judged in any way.The waxing itself really blew my mind, because I truly felt little to no pain. I was expecting it to really hurt, especially the armpits, but it truly was just a mild stinging sensation. They use hard wax, which Ive been given to understand is much more tolerable. I wouldnt even call it pain... more like varying levels of discomfort.All in all, it was a fantastic experience at a really great price. On top of that, I was in and out in just 30 minutes. I will definitely be making regular appointments and recommending this facility to all of my friends.

This was my second visit at Brazilian with Lexi. She did an excellent job. I highly recommend her. The staff was so nice and helpful. The whole area is just nice and clean. The staff really makes you feel right at home when they call you by name. It was just an all-over great atmosphere and fantastic place to go for waxing.

I went here for the first time today and I had a great overall experience! I had Larissa and she was awesome! This was my second Brazilian and it was the best one yet. She made me feel very comfortable and she applied pressure each time she waxed an area which made the pain more tolerable. She also took her time and made sure she removed every bit of hair. Alley was at the front desk and she was sweet and welcoming. If anyone is looking for an inviting clean environment as well as a great wax I would highly recommend trying this place!

I dropped by to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time ever. I was greeted nicely and they asked if I had been there before which I told them no. They quickly got me in and started directly on my eyebrows. Never once did they go through and ask me any questions about my skincare products. They did one brow and then the other. Then all of a sudden I hear oh no it took your skin off too! She proceeded to ask me what I use on my face and I told her then she walked over to a sign on the opposite side of the room and pointed to it continuously and said no no you must read this. You cant get a eyebrow wax when you dont prepare for it. Now both eyelids or swollen and have the top layer if skin ripped off. Very painful! They should have asked before doing anything. Ill be happy to show everybody what my eyes look like in order to prevent this from happening to someone else. Never again!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!I was recently surprised by my boyfriend with a trip to Vegas in less than 72 hours. These ladies were SO accommodating with my tight time schedule and got me RIGHT in.I love that this is a family owned business too! The entire staff is extremely personable and would do well with first timers because they can easily put anyone at ease. They also have long term relationships with clients... I thought they were joking about a client coming all the way from Florida to see them or that they have several people come up from their previous location in Atlanta to see them as well.Thais was phenomenal! So much fun and had quite a gentle approach, even with stubble. I generally have sensitive skin and this wax caused NO irritation.Beautiful new facility too!I couldnt wait to give out the cards about the business to my friends and colleagues. Now I see what the hub bub is about! Cant wait to see them next month (and who says that about Brazilian waxes lol)!

This salon took great care of me. Every aspect of my experience was shown care and respect. I never felt self conscious or uncomfortable. I was nervous, but only until I met Emily who performed my wax, then I was fine. I had no pain, only some discomfort. So if youre wanting to wax but afraid to try, please go see Emily! My experience here was as pleasant as one can be for a Brazilian wax. This was my first ever body waxing experience (other than eyebrows) and I decided to go big or go home with the Full Body Special. I was scheduled with Larissa and she did awesome! This place is amazing! I had never had a wax before and wanted to do the full body wax special before I went on my cruise to the Bahamas. As someone who was terrified to get waxed, I can vouch for this place as they made my experience very comfortable and mostly painless. Let’s be real I knew there was no way getting waxed would be painless but I was pleasantly surprised how little my discomfort was. Honestly one of the best Brazilian waxes ever! She was quick, she knew how to pull wax & place wax to minimize pain and maximize efficiency. BWS is amazing! Larissa is incredible at what she does, I went in (terrified) for a full Brazilian and underarm wax 5 weeks before my destination wedding, and then again two days before I left. She completely put me at ease, talked to me the whole way through and made is pain free and quick as possible.I definitely recommend going before your wedding and seeing how your skin reacts, I had a few bumps the first time and Larissa gave me some tips on how I could avoid that the second time and it totally worked! I felt great for my wedding week on the beach! So happy with my decision. The whole staff is beyond friendly and accommodating, and they really are the best quality!
