Went here with the wife. Wasnt thrilled about it at the time but it keeps me from having to sleep on the couch. That said, it was a quick and painless experience. Even got some sweet smelling foamy soap on sale... No complaints!

It smells great in the store. Shopping assistants are plentiful and helpful. Items are clearly labeled. If you want candles, hand soap or body wash in fragrances from fruity or clean smelling to spicy and exotic, this is the store to go to.

Smells so good as long as you dont stay too long. One of the associates was very kind and trying to help me find a scent that is similar to a favorite of mine that is seasonal.

What more can you say about the semi annual sale. The staff was so helpful and even took some time to hunt down my favorite scent which was out of season.

I will NEVER come here again! Theres NO reason that it should EVER be an issue to get 2 extra small bags (gifts for elderly women)when youve spent over $200 in this store. I felt a lot of prejudice from my cashier & will never spend a dime here!!

I had never been in this location, but found the employees to be very helpful, the layout of the store more appealing than others, and the availability of products to be excellent! This location was close to Cheesecake Factory entrance, so very convenient.

This is my favorite Bath and Body Works location. They have a separate White Barn area for the candles, and the location is so big compared to some of the other stores. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have become a regular there, and am disappointed when I have to visit one of the smaller locations.

Too expensive

New COVID entry directions not very clear and then employees stops you and basically refua snto let you go any further until they explain things and rudely I might add. Never had bad service here until today.

Average customer service, the arrows they want to follow are placed incorrectly. Theres a point near the registers where the arrows do not allow you to enter the line between the arrows and ropes 🤦. Some of the workers seem to hover over me as if I was a shoplifter, their demeanor changed when I pulled out the Amex to pay...typical.

Friendly even to those that just arent in the know.

Love the $10 off $30 coupon. Love the body sprays. Due to allergies and asthma I cannot wear a strong, heavy cologne. Bath & Body Works body sprays are light.

I love their candles, they smell great. However they are starting to burn wrong and I cant figure out why. I am trimming the Wicks and doing everything Im supposed to do. Staff member recommend that I scoop the wax out of the candle and put it in a wax burner because thats what she does so apparently this is a big problem. But I pay good money for those candles because I want a candle. If I wanted to burn tarts I would use the burner and I just dont think I should have to use a burner and do all that extra work for something that is supposed to be a candle.

Freaking love Penny. She made my shopping experience amazing. She’s funny and very knowledgeable. I only purchased $70 worth of stuff because of her. She needs a raise.

Employees were helpful I wish they would have prices lowered also on there glass bottles I had my basket loaded thinking they were also on sale so I had to leave without those at check out.

The last two times Ive gone recently havent been the best. The employees seem oblivious to the customers or they are avoiding or giving off that they are annoyed with customers. The check out line is also something that causes confusion and frustration and I watched as multiple customers just left because of the disorder.

Whats not to love about Bath & Body Works? So many friendly employees. And the soaps, candles, body washes! Always something on sale. If your favorite item is not marked down, just wait a few weeks.

The associate was VERY VERY misleading about the buy 3 get 3 free. I specifically asked if I buy Mens cologne, lotion, and body spray, do I get the same free. Her response was YES, YES, YES. Got to the register and was rudely informed, cologne was full price and only the cheapest item was free. The misleading wasnt necessary I was buying the original 3 items regardless, but didnt need to purchase the 2nd set.

I have always loved Bath and Body Works but after what happened there today I love it even more.My 8 year old son broke a candle. There was the (obvious) crash, the collective gasp, and then silence. My son is a very, shall we say, intense/spirited child and I feared what would come next would be quite unpleasant for all involved.Except it wasn’t.The staff there couldn’t have been kinder nor more empathetic. They quickly swept up the broken mess and assured my son it was no big deal and even talked about what a cool kid he was for picking out candles with his mom.Angry meltdown averted. Phew.Thank you to the lovely staff of B&BW for showing such kindness to us during an embarrassing moment for my child. This very tired mom appreciates it immensely.

I think I should buy stock with the amount of smelly stuff my wife buys here. I must say though, anytime folks come to the house, they comment on how good it smells. And this is with a dog, 2 cats, a chinchilla, and worse, 3 kids.

The staff at the Galleria Mall in Cool Springs is outstanding! I rarely go to the mall for anything, but i am a customer for life at this store. Awesome service.
