My salesman Hollywood was completely honest, transparent, and awesome. We talked about trade value and honored it. Worth the 4 and a half hour drive. Recommending to my family family to go see Hollywood! They honored A-Plan pricing when others wouldnt.
Terrible. Horrible. No good. Very bad dealership. Dont even think twice about taking your car there for any type of work/service. We were lied to time and time again. They had our car for 10 weeks and didnt do a thing with it. We were fed a line week after week. Their customer service is appalling. Not one person in the service department, not to mention the general manager when made aware of the situation, had anything to say to help make the situation better or help us to get our car fixed. Could care less about customers loyalty and business. Nearly 3 months dealing with this issue and no car. Countless hours on this issue and in the meantime paying on an expensive vehicle we didnt have. Ford should be ashamed of this dealer carrying their name.
Chad Coffey is a great salesman and continues to take care of his customers after the sale. Anytime we need anything he always goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. He has a great personality and very professional, but yet makes you feel comfortable as a customer. We would recommend him highly to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Power Steering failed on 2012 Fusion. Under Warranty took 15 days and half a dozen phone calls to get it fixed and back.

I went online to find comps for a truck that I wanted to buy. I found a better truck at Hubler, for about $5k cheaper! I hoped it wasnt too good to be true. I called to see if it was still there (it was) and my wife and I made the trip to see the truck. On the way, Chad called a couple times to see how our trip was going. We were coming from 3.5 hours away, so we appreciated that. When we got there, the truck was waiting, cleaned, and everything we expected it to be. I talked with Chad and took the truck out for a spin. It was exactly what I wanted! The only issue was a chip in the windshield. I mentioned that and they took the cost of a new windshield off the price! I got the price I wanted, the payments that fit my budget, and a truck that I absolutely love. When it came to the price, we agreed on the price before talking about payments. They didnt try to come up with payment ideas that make you pay much more than the actual price. I really appreciate that! I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone! Well worth the drive!
Great purchase experience! After shopping at other Ford dealers ended up getting the best deal at Hubler! The sales person was top notch and the Finance manager Jared prepared our paper work in a timely manner and got us very competitive interest rate! We’re extremely happy with our new truck and would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
Whent with my brother to this place. Long story short they showed him a car and I looked at it and pointed all of the problems with it. Chad said they will fix all of the issued I pointed out and for 5k I thought it was fair. My brother went back the next day to get the rest of his paperwork. Well they didnt fix any of the issues just wired one headlight to the other and then refused to fix the other issues saying its out of budget. On top of all that they refus to give him the paperwork that shows where they agreed to fix these issues. Chad is a liar and they all are crooks!
I’ll never buy from this place they sold a truck to my mothers law who’s 65 and my girl that was for me when I was out of town. It needed a rebuilt rear differential the transmission fluid needed flushed and recalibrated and struts all the way around they would not budge on fixing any of it never said nothing about it up front to rip somebody off like that is bs. When you sale a vehicle for 25k I’d think you would tell the person if there was a issue and you would fix it once you got called out on it also all the tires were bad and every one leaks air. Trust me people this place will rip you off, 4K down then had to turn around and pay them another 3800 to fix the truck and I still need to buy new tires try that with bills and a fat truck payment. Can’t stand this place never again. Problems out the gate like that for a 25k truck think about that.
Bought a used car less than a month ago from Chad Coffey and its already needing repairs and I call to see if there was anything they could do and Chad didnt seem care, thats what upset me the most.
Scam artists. Sold me a $10k 2012 Ford taurus with a broken water pump.Scheduled a time for my mechanic to come in and they put it in the shop for complimentary tinting at the time i scheduled. So my mechanic sat for 4 hours before leaving without getting to see it.After being well assured by the salemen that the car had been well looked over, and was in great condition with no problems i bought it anyway.Noticed a valve cover bolt missing, and itStarted leaking immediately after buying it. Took it to a ship, estimated 2500 in repairs within 2 months.When i went into the dealership to confront this they litterally laughed in my face. And said that i should have had a mechanic look at it.I will be looking into a lawyer. Theyll hear from me again

We went there by mistake thinking we were at a different dealer but we got greeted by chad who was extremely nice we bought the 1st vehicle we test drove and when we said we were cash buyers they almost fell out of the chair when we pulled out the cash and said write it up we ended up buying a 2nd vehicle that day cash as well unfortunately we werent able to test drive it because it was getting worked on when we did drive it noticed a couple of issue they fixed 2 of them and said they would fix the other we still ended up buying a 3rd vehicle for cash from them we were able to test drive and love it 2 out of 3 are awesome the 3rd im sure they will take care of the issues like promised but i blame myself as much as them for the issue since i didnt test drive no one knew about them they promised to fix and judging from everything else they have done as promised im sure they will fix nothing major as far as issues just minor things
I spent about $30,000 for a couple of vehicles paid cash and the 2012 Buick Enclave I bought cash out the door ended up having transmission problems and was temporarily fixed by ford hubler in Franklin and they did fix anything as was told was fixed. So I suggest dont do business with ford hubler in Franklin and do not deal with Chad. Chad didnt tell us about the issues it had and lied about issues that I wasnt told about.

I went in to get an oil change, and I asked them to check my cabin filter. The sales manager talked down to me like it didn’t need checked. They ended up replacing it, but the left my passenger seat filthy (dirt everywhere). Overall horrible customer service! There was also absolutely no sanitizing or anything like that going on (in the middle of a pandemic). I do not recommend this place unless you absolutely have to go.

First of all I had an appointment at 3:30pm yesterday that I missed due to my current vehicle being worked on. So I expected to wait a little bit or may not have been seen immediately but that wasnt the case. I showed up around 5:30-6pm. I was I wouldnt say greeted but asked if he could help me by Josh Reed who turns out is the guy I was suppose to have an appointment with. I went in with a friend who is a mechanic so he could look over the car or cars I tested out. When Josh had us come in there was a nice very expensive car in the showroom and my friend commented that it was really nice as he walked over josh made a comment something along the lines of yea 98k dollars nicer than what you came in to look at today. I was kinda in shock that he acted like that and actually said it. I tested out a Jeep Compass limited first which is the whole reason I even drove 45 minutes to Franklin to test drive a car. Well turns out it was a crossover and Im use to big envoy or Acadia or jeep grand Laredos. So when I came back I immediately told them the check engine light is on but I took it to auto zone to have the codes ran. I then had them reset and drove and had them reread. Well there were 3 codes that showed up that were not originally there. Hmmm sounds kinda shady to me. But anyhow I took the car back told them there were codes as I started to say this another guy was with josh when we came back his name was alex mcqueary he interrupts me and starts to try to tell me what the codes are for. I interrupted him right back and said look I dont like this car Im not buying one with a check engine light on. This car is $3k but that is not my spending limit. I have cash I need something bigger like the size of an envoy or Acadia or Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Something nice comfortable but reliable with around 150k miles or less. No more though what can u show me. They show me a Ford Escape that is almost the exact same size as the Jeep that was too small. I took it down the street and back and couldnt get out of there fast enough. The anti lock brake lights were on the traction control light was on. It acted weird when driving my mechanic friend said hell no to that car almost immediately especially after I got in and liked to have slid right back out of the jacked up drivers seat. I parked the car and walked to my friends car and here come mr mcqueary asking what he can do I said nothing you guys have proven I dont want to buy a car here he asked what was wrong with the Ford I stated I didnt like it its still too small, the seats jacked up, it has lights on and has something wrong with it even though there little sticker with a check mark was on the windshield. I get in the car trying to leave and mr mcqueary walks with the car as Im backing outasking what can I do can I lower the price on the Jeep. What will you offer me for the Jeep etc. I was baffled at his behavior. You may as well have said he chased the car out of the parking lot begging like a bum. The thing that burns me the most is that the cars I looked at mind you they knew I was coming to look at the Jeep. The Jeep was not cleaned out the back compartment door for the spare tire was warped like someone had something sitting on one side that was way heavier than should have been on there. Its plastic. It would have taken an hour tops to pop it out let it sit in the sun to unwarp and put it back in and it was dirty too. Also the heated seats on driver side didnt work. Probably a fuse. The little things that would show me hey this sales person is actually doing his job. He wants my business no matter how much money I have or dont have. But NO I saw nothing of the sort. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER buy from Hubler Ford Franklin. Oh and an added note they have an Acadia, multiple Jeep grand cherokees and larger SUVs on their inventory list online. Inexcusably poor quality dealership in my honest opinion. BUYER BEWARE!!! SHADY BUSINESS.

I give this place one star only becausei had too. In order to write a review. Have had a really bad experience. I purchased a vehicle from this place. The vehicle was used. Had some issues. We told them we would pay the amount they wanted us to if they was to fix the issues. I purchased over a month ago. The issue hasnt yet to be taken care of. They keep trying to pay us 150.00$ instead of fixing the problem. The problem is definitely valued over 150.00$ . This is wrote up in the contract that they agreed to fix.
They gave me everything I asked for on the vehicle! Added car wash.. filled gas tank..fixed the side panel..This is the second vehicle I have bought from them, and both times it was my favorite vehicle (both Chrysler town and country)! Great customer service!

Dropped my car off for service. I paid over the phone and ask that they place the key in a specific location. Went to pickup my car after hours to find receipt in the seat but NO KEY. After a 40 minute trip and to have to go back home without car I am not very happy. So, on a Saturday morning I will have to make another round trip because someone did not pay attention to detail.
Ralph roller is great guy! Very honest and helps in any way he can. unfortunately we didnt get the truck but he was very helpful and full of useful Advice. Left happy And grateful.
I want to thank the the men that helped me to get a lein release from the BMV. I needed a title for a 15 year old truck and BMV needed a letter from Ford credit. The men from Hubler went out of their way to help me.
Sorry this isnt vehicle related. I am one of the residents that lives behind your building and I have been biting my tongue for over a year but cannot anymore due to the fact Im expecting a child in a few months. Your hours say you are open 9 to 6 however someone is always revving engines by 7am and at 11pm at night. This is becoming intolerable..many neighbors are very upset at this and I just had to say something. If it continues then
I worked here for a few months, absolute worst place to work at, the service manager took his temper out on me multiple times, I requested raises multiple times because I had all the training done and never got any only to find out they hired multiple people in at higher than what I was asking. If youre looking for work and this is your only option then apply, otherwise save yourself time and stress and go elsewhere
DO NOT GO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I cannot believe Ford allows this place to use their logo and represent them in any way. Where to begin...lets just say if you are expecting to have a modern, clean, and nice Ford dealership for vehicle work and or purchasing, you will be sorely mistaken. I made the unfortunate choice when my car broke down that I had it towed to the nearest Ford dealer. Well I should have paid any extra on my tow bill and taken it to ANY other dealership but they were the closest. The service department is he most inept bunch of people I have ever seen. You would have more organization at a riot than in this place. Charlie, the service manager, if you can call him that, will argue with you about doing his job and getting warranty information in place. I had to call another location and Ford themselves before he would acknowledge we had a warranty. And then he wouldnt call them because he said he didnt want to wait on hold to talk to them. Plus if you have a warranty, they will balance bill you for the difference. I have had lots of work done over the years and not a single person at Ford has ever to date balance billed me for above and beyond what the warranty paid for. I guess they arent a real Ford Dealership. I have purchased two brand new vehicles and one used from another Ford dealership, but this treatment and way of doing business has me questioning whether I will ever buy a Ford again.Stay clear of this place and go anywhere but here.
Wont ever take anything back to them to get worked on. Had a vehicle fixed and it has been back 5 times in 3 months. And they take there time on warranty work.
Bought a truck, got it home, next day wouldnt start, had to have it towed back to them they fixed it but had to go back and pick up, left the lot with bed cover on, by the time I got home bed cover was gone. They think it was stolen. Driving on the highway. Really
Took my Ford 150 in for service and oil change. About a month later, my engine started knocking a little bit. When I did a little inspection, I found out they did not put in all the oil. They filled if half full. Oil pressure was reading okay, but have very little oil in it and my truck has never leaked oil. I would not buy here or have my vehicle serviced there again. Bad customer service as well.
Horrible customer service. As soon as I signed the loan it was non existant. Spent 25k+ and you would expect quality service spending that kind of money. Would recommend the managers getting into a buy here pay here they would be better off. Had several problems with the car alot I tried to overlook but went to do an oil change and nobody would touch it since there service department messed the plug and pan up. They did fix it but it was like pulling teeth out of a crocodile with tweezers for pliers. Thought of just selling the darn thing back just so I dont have to deal with any warranty issues down the road.
After everything transmission issues still persists, missing gas, empty anxiety medication bottle, SD card taken, catalytic converter missing or replaced w bad one, driven 25 miles to where?Service people were very nice, only upside.
Never set foot in this business, yet they got/bought my info from a third party threw Lending Tree and ran my credit without my knowledge or even an inquire. The man I spoke to on the phone made sure I knew he had a form saying he could. But, then admitted it was poor practice. Which it is, as I will never set foot in your dealership except to ask for this form that I will be asking the state AG office about.If this is how you market to people, you need a new line of work.

Overall the person that scheduled my appointment was very kind and I expected to come in for a recall on Friday. But instead of calling me and letting me know that they werent going to be able to do it. I came in to find out that they scheduled me for an oil change which was never mentioned in the phone conversation. Its incredibly frustrating to schedule your time around something for it not to be followed through nor done correctly.Such a shame.

Knowledgeable, if youre in a hurry youre in the wrong place. Ford vehicles have specs and Matlock adheres to them. But, Im never broke down and I vacation with my Fords too....

Was involved in an auto accident in Indianapolis, my car was towed here for repairs. Had my car for 3 weeks and within a week of receiving my vehicle from them it is back in a different body shop. I dont even think they put my car on a lift to look for damage they just took a quick glance and fixed what they saw at that moment. Very disatisfied that the remaining damage was so easy to see if you would have actually looked for it.
They did an amazing job with assisting me. Mr. Boyd did an amazing job and was very respectful and honest.
I called today to ask for a quote on an engine swap. The man working the service desk told me he could quote me for the labor but needed to wait until the parts guy returned for a price on the motor and that I needed to call back in an hour and a half. I asked him if he could wait until the parts guy returned, get the price and quote and then call me back. He told me he was too busy to do call-backs and that I needed to call him back.Poor customer service from a one minute phone call. Basic tenant in the customer service line of work, violated. Ill find another repair shop.

Purchased a truck from this dealer with an agreement to repair an engine leak at my expense. Original quote was for $432 after the price going from $432 to $2000 then to $2500 then $3000 and finally $3500 to which I though not very happy about the situation agreed to pay for this major overhaul since I was guaranteed not to have any more issues. After less than 2 months and 1500 miles or so the truck brakes down to which they refused to fix unless I paid even more money. When the possibly failed part was one in which was to be repaired or replaced the first time. Dont go here, Its not a smart move. I hope you can learn from my mistake.
