The guys there were incredible, helping save the day when my window fell off track and I needed it propped up so I could drive my daughter around safely in the cold temps. Will absolutely be back!

This place was a godsend to us. My husband was doing a road-readiness check before leaving on a camping trip, and discovered we had an inside back tire showing the steel belt. They were able to get us new RV tires and get them mounted right away - and it was mid-afternoon when we called them. They will be our new service center for our diesel truck after this.

The managers name is Matt and really knows how to take care of his customers. He helped me every step of the way and also was very nice considering we talked a lot over about a Weeks time. The alternator blew on my Nissan, which was just replaced in April, so under warranty, I was owed ANOTHER replacement. I took it in on a Friday, they told me the part would need to be shipped to them first before they could do any work on it, after inspecting the van for half the day...I call once a day as the days pass, although, Im left with more questions than before. Fast forward to Tuesday. They call me at 9:48 am & I call back at 10:15 am. They said I needed to confirm this, that, & the other thing & promise to have it done by tomorrow morning... Well, cool! Finally, I thought.Call Wednesday in the morning & they tell me theyll be in contact. No word from anymore so i call 20 minutes after close & Im told that its still not done but should be by afternoon the next day...The next morning I call & the mechanic answers. He tells me that he had been off the day before & Tuesday I had confirmed the work too late for them to get started so basically, they had not touched the van for 2.5 days. Im to the point of losing my mind, & the guy has an attitude with me and blaming me for the delay...By some miracle they managed to get the van done by closing & we picked her up. Fast forward again to 2-3 days later & Im sitting up at the stupid auto shop again because the power steering fluid is draining exponentially! Like 3 bottles between the few days...So the pic is of the quote they gave me to ”fix my power steering” but almost nothing they listed on the quote has ANYTHING to do with the PSF...I will never go back to them. They wasted so much of my time and money & didnt even live up to the AAA warranty like they should have. I would rather drive hours somewhere else to be serviced than deal with them again.

These guys are the best. I was here a few days ago to get a nail out of my tire. The guy who works the front was on the phone with a customer he told the guy come in the store. So when this customer got there he talked to him for a few minutes then said smile, the customer did so. After this customer left he told another Employee the reason he did that is because the customer was slurring his speech and he wanted to make sure he was not having a stroke.. This is true customer service someone you dont know but are concerned about. AWESOMENESS...

Bob sumerel in Middletown, Oh is a good place to go. If your vehicle needs major or minor repairs. The staff is polite very knowledgeable. Prices are a little on the high side. Your vehicle is getting the best attention for your buck. So I wont complain about price. When the quality of their work speaks for it self.

So much confusion here. We requested a specific tire that was not in stock but was assured that they could be at this location by Monday morning so made an appointment for 4:30pm.The tire ending up blown in a pothole so had it towed in, calling to advise of the situation and that would be there as soon as possible.Arrive at 5:07 to be informed that no one ordered the tires and they want to sell us tire brand we do not want. With no choice in the matter at this point, we make sure that the tires we wanted on our vehicle were ordered and would be put on in the following day.That was done by the following afternoon and they clean all wheels.I wanted the 3 tires that were not damaged for a project but did not receive.

They are great to deal with, great service and prices totally beat Monroe for sure. If in Middletown just ask for Travis

Service is excellent but the place is constantly busy. It is best to schedule an appointment and drop the vehicle off. If you decide to wait youll be there a while, plan on 2 hours. Oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours due stripped out lug nuts on new/used vehicle I just bought. They replaced them free of charge.

I was traveling through on my way to Tennessee and my Jeep broke down. I can not praise their professionalism, hospitality, courtesy and genuine concern enough. The manager, Josh, was super kind and was going to stay as long as it took to fix my jeep. It ended up they could not fix it that night, so Josh helped me find a hotel and ride to the motel. I returned the next morning and they was right on the job. You just dont come across such caring people and quality service often these days and all of the Bob Sumerel technicians deserve kudos for being such caring gentlemen. Thank you all so much for making a stressful situation bearable and helping me. You definitely went above and beyond and I cant thank you enough.!!!!

I have worked here for over 5 years. Without a doubt the best repair facility Ive ever worked at, and I have worked at almost every major shop in town. All the employees, from the technician all the way up to corporate REALLY care for their customers. AAAs goal is not to make the sale, but instead to build a lasting relationship with every customer that walks through the door.

I visited this establishment to get a new tire sensor and the staff was very quick very efficient and very friendly. The waiting room is nice and comfortable with a TV to watch while you wait. If you are looking for a one stop tire shop this place has everything that you need.

They do good work., But I waited once from my appt time 10:00 am which I was early. till 1:00pm for an oil change. Dont be in a hurry.

Unfortunately we had a problem with our truck on are way to Florida so we stop here and the manager Chris was really helpful and courteous. He help us right away and got us on the road like 1hr 1/2. Very honest I defenetly recommend this place.Chris thank you so much again!!!

They came to the rescue! I got a huge screw in my tire. I went to a tire store near me one hour before they closed, and they said they couldn’t help me (even though they had 3 bays open and no one in front of me) I tried another place who told me to bring it there, and they too said it was too close to closing. We called Bob Sumeral, they said they too were about to close in 15 minutes but told me to come on out and they would stay open to help me out! Josh was the guys name. He ended up staying a half hour later to help me out. This was above and beyond service and I will NEVER go anywhere else again!

YOURE CRAZY IF YOU BUY YOUR TIRES ANYWHERE ELSE! First and foremost, these people wont invent services or products you need to purchase like the other guys will. If they say you need something, YOU NEED IT! Had a bad vibration on my recently purchased 1997 F250. The tires looked fine (Armorall can hide age well) but had been ran underinflated by the previous owner and had some weather cracks in the tread. I was aware of the cracks but I didnt notice the crowned wear. They recommended new tires and that fixed my problem.TIRE BUYING EXPERIENCE:1st Id like to mention the 10% MILITARY DISCOUNT (USMC 10/97-10/02). Thats a big chunk of change when buying tires for a pickup truck!We all know what we want; the cheapest tire you have(a.k.a round holds air), OR cheap but not to cheap (middle of road no warranty), OR The best ____ tire you have (a.k.a Moneys no object), OR The cheapest decent ____ tire you have with a decent warranty (top end of a middle of the road tire).Yes they might be 30 or 40 different tires that fit your car, but their knowledgeable salesmen are great at narrowing it down to 2 or 3 based on the type of tire, your specifications, and budget. I ended up with a set of AT tires with a decent warranty that not only didnt break the bank, but it didnt take long to pick out.ALIGNMENT EXPERIENCE:I cant afford any more free alignments so I went here. They checked my alignment AT NO CHARGE found that the diagonal castor was barely over 1 degree off, but explained to me that it wasnt a big deal since it wasnt off by a whole lot. Said they would align it if I wanted them to do it but it wasnt necessary for safety, steering, or tire life. The other guys wouldve slammed me with parts & labor $600-$700 more because it was imperative that I fix it.(When talking about the other guys I have to use a lot of restraint because Google wouldnt appreciate it if I cussed on here)MISCELLANEOUS EXPERIENCE:Bought a cheap aftermarket solar-powered TPMS for my wifes car. The other day I stopped by and asked them to check the calibration. They explained that they were REQUIRED to check the calibration of their digital tire gauge periodically and they would be happy to help me FREE OF CHARGE! Their tech brought all 4 tires to EXACTLY 50 PSI. This involved loosening a brass nut, unscrewing the cap, removing air from one overinflated tire, then painstakingly adding and subtracting air until the gauge read EXACTLY 50 PSI! (Not 50.1 or 49.9, FIFTY) With his help I was able to find out the tolerance of my new TPMS system.OIL CHANGES:It shouldnt matter where you get your oil changed right? WRONG! These people dont use cheap oil filters (Fram) with a paper media like the other guys! (Look up YouTube videos showing filters being cut up to reveal their contents). My next oil change will be here because I WOULD BE CRAZY IF I WENT ANYWHERE ELSE!

Ive been going to this local Bob Sumerel for a while now when I need something done to either mine or my fiancés car. I felt that Ive always been treated fairly and that the staff was friendly. However, my car recently had a new-to-me transmission put in it several times by a shop that was recommended by my warranty company. After they installed the last one, I was left with a couple of noises that werent there before the install. I dropped my car off at Bob Sumerel before my trip to NY and when I came back they had fixed everything free of charge because it was just something minor like loose bolts or the exhaust hitting the tunnel brace. This past experience has shown me they are willing to go above and beyond for the customer even at their own expense and that is hard to find nowadays, especially with anything automotive. They have earned my loyalty as a customer and I will continue to use them for all of my automotive needs!

I would have givin them 4 stars if it wasnt for the off-putting, unfriendly service writer that i unfortunately had to deal with when i came to pick my tire up. I dealt with Travis the first time he was very knowledgeable about his job but he was busy when i came and had to deal with another guy John I think.

They gave an excellent price for 3 AAA memberships. I would recommend checking with them before you buy a membership anywhere else.

I had my car towed here after it broke down while driving home from work. While the employees were nice enough they tried to charge me over $900 for a job that wound up costing under $500 at another repair shop. In addition to that, when I called the shop to let them know my car was being towed elsewhere they neglected to mention that they were charging me a $60 diagnostic fee and when my tow arrived they were unable to take my car, further delaying my repair. While the staff here seems nice enough, if you’re on any sort of budget stay far away from here.
