The employees were helpful and very knowledgeable.

Had to wait for a while because in mid-afternoon, there was only one person working. Poor guy was answering phones, bending hoses and trying to track down parts! Management needs to evaluate staffing needs. The one person working was great, very knowledgeable and helped me find a source for what I needed.

The employees and store manager have been so kind to my grandfather. He is 83 years old and a retired NAPA employee. They installed a new battery for him without him even knowing and have gone above and beyond to ensure he is taken care of. Their kindness is so appreciate. Thank you to everyone at the Franklin NAPA store!

**WARNING** if ya buy a part for your ol truck, and a coupla years later wonder what you bought and what the warranty is; well, youre just about SOL if you cant remember. **THEY CAN BARELY KEEP THE STORE IN ORDER, MUCH LESS KEEP RECORDS!!** Go to Autozone and talk to Luis.
