I had to get a jump from AAA and needed a new battery but AAA was unable to sell me one. So I went to AutoZone. Javier and Shane were extremely helpful in making sure I got the correct battery for my vehicle. Shane ended up installing it for me and got it done despite the old bracket breaking due to corrosion and me having to get a new one. The new one wasn’t quite the right size so Shane ended up widening the whole with one of his tools! All in all a wonderful experience!!!

Don’t buy battery at Autozone. Purchased a battery spring 2019 that was manufactured in March 2019’ see photos. It just malfunctioned and will not charge. Autozone advertised a two year replacement warranty. Took it back to Franklin Tennessee Autozone today and they would not replace or even test the battery. Had a similar issue a couple years ago with a battery I purchased at Oriley Autoparts and battery was replaced with no issues. Wished I had gone back to Orileys.

I had a part i had to return & get my $ back but some type of way they did it as a swap/exchange. So i had to call & explain all of this & go back up there another day to get my $ back. I gave them 4 stars cuz even though the whole situation was frustrating, the 2nd time i went to get it fixed the managers were very nice, fixed the refund, & were apologetic about all of this. Overall, my experience was ok just ok.
Cute market with a huge selection. My kids loved picking out a few things to try. I was able to get the stuff to make bubble milk tea at home - that was cool!Well be back soon, though we dont often get outside of Franklin!

Stopped in last week for help diagnosing check engine light issue. Chris at the store was extremely helpful. He told me how to use their equipment to pull the engine codes; printed out the diagnostic, and diagnosed the problem. One new gas cap later and a few driving cycles and CEL was off. Had stopped by other stores who could not help because of covid procedures, but AutoZone has figured out how to be helpful in unusual times. Will go out of my way to go to AutoZone in the future.

If you work on your own vehicle, this is kind of the place you need to go. Prices usually seem fair and reasonable unless you want to wait for your part online for days at a time. And hope its correct and not have to return it. But Im a firm believer in supporting my AutoZone, Advanced Autos, and OReillys alike. Each one has its advantages as do each have its own disadvantages. AutoZone I like because its easy to want to browse and look at all that necessary stuff as well as the fun unnecessary stuff it just makes shopping a little bit more enjoyable. Advance also has someone of the same Vibe but with a little bit more experienced staff I feel at times. And the Rileys being the least entertaining to shop has the most advanced stuff usually to get you what do you need right the first time.

I have been coming to this autozone for almost 20 years and have generally been pleased with the service but the selfishness of the manager today was inexcusable. My studio is 1//2 mile down the road and I had a bad battery so I walked with my battery to the store to get it tested. (No small feat). It was bad so I bought a new one even though it was $49 more expensive that advance auto which is usually the case but because it’s more convenient as it is closer I just went with it. I asked him to please drop the battery off for me At my studio which was literally just down the road. This is something that autozone has done for me in the past. They’re usually very good about delivering a part especially if it cost over 200 bucks and weighs a ton. The manager said that he’s not doing that right now because “I only have one driver and he needs to be available for commercial deliveries”. There’s nobody on the road right now hardly anybody in the store and so he was expecting me to just carry that battery all the way back to my studio. It’s very disappointing. Eventually a customer helped me and took me back to my place. Took him 2 min. So sad that after so many years of loyal support for the shop that they would do this to me. Sad day.

Ill never go any where else for my car needs. They were so nice and helpful. They thought my needs werent possible with my budget but they did some research on my cars age and found I could save some money but not quality.I recommend them to everyone and will use them when I keep upgrading cars
Customer service is always great at this location. They just recently moved into this new building so the sales floor is real nice. Clean and shiny. Everyone at the counter is always for help and help you feel comfortable with whatever question you may need. Also their rewards program is great to get as it helps when you buy car supplies regularly. For our car needs its the only store my wife and I visit in town simply because of their fantastic service.

This is a great store. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable about auto parts and services. I had an air filter that was wrong and they were able to quickly help me find the correct air filter without any effort. I would go back to these guys anytime.

Did a battery replacement for my car. The only reason I did it in AutoZone was completely dead battery and Costco didnt have necessary size on site. The cost was $75 higher in AutoZone. No installation service, but they were kind enough to provide tools to be able do it myself. If not the urgency I would not recommend to replace car battery in AutoZone.
This is a newer store, so obviously the store condition is top notch!The sales associates are very helpful. They brought the best staff from the store that was closed just down the street, so that was awesome.They always have what I come for, and they are very willing and happy to assist in anyway possible.
Long time AZ customer here…Came in to buy a new battery / alternator and was sold the part after they looked me up. The employee was courteous, above and beyond helpful as we determined battery and/or alt replacement. They were slammed so I threw in the battery, they came back and rechecked. Bad alt.Armed with the part, I took the car to the mechanic and they asked me if I was sure if it was the right one as there are two different models - 100 and 130 amp (I wouldnt know, Im not a real mechanic or a part expert). So I call AZ to verify, explained what the mechanic said, left my VIN, and they told me theyd find out and would call me back (never heard back).I call AZ again and happened to get the manager, J***, who quickly revealed his attitude as I asked him questions about it. He said, How would I know, I didnt sell you the part. My response in essence was, Youre supposed to know that - I am in your system and youre the parts expert.” “I’m your customer.Annoyed, condescending and inconvenienced, he tells me to call Toyota to figure it out.Last time I checked, managers are supposed to be responsible for the employees, set an example and own the situation. If the other nice gentleman that day made a mistake, it wouldnt have been a problem. It would have been an easy swap. But to give your customer a bad attitude, make it “their problem” and have them go figure it out after the sale is another story.Saw another review here and I’m not the only one with this experience with this particular “manager”. Maybe it was just a bad day for him. Or, maybe not.O’Reilly’s is just as handy.

Store is clean and well laid out. Employees will ask you if you need help. If you need help or advice its a good place to go. If you know what you need there are less expensive places to shop.

Not helpful in the slightest here with a newborn and they refuse to install the brand new battery we just bought from them definitely sticking to advanced auto parts
When I walked in, I was greeted and ask what I was looking for. Showed the employee a couple of auto bulbs I needed to replace. The employee took me directly to the bulbs and they had what I needed in stock. The bulbs fit perfectly.

Apparently a manager they are just not exist someone hit my car while I was in the store and they would not help me at all told me that they cannot get camera footage also hung upIn my face multiple times. They are extremely rude .

Friendly service, matched the Walmart price on 2 yr warranty MPV battery with Duralast brand that was nearly retailed at AZ for 2x the cost. I came in today (02102018) and David helped with installation of my headlight. I went to several other stores who lifted the hood on my Terrain and said it was too complicated. David said, “oh, these are like the Arcadia’s” he turned the tire (does not require lifting the hood) and got right to changing the light. It was raining and cold and he never complained nor gave any sort of hint as though I was bothering him. I really appreciate your help David! Thanks.

Myself and my husband both called to double check on a price of a starter. We were both told the same price of 126$. When we bought the part it was 170. No one ever informed us we would be charged for the core charge.What if I wanted to keep my old starter? When we called to talk to someone we were told it was policy.Now what exactly is the policy to quote one price and charge another?If they had said its 126 with a core charge of 40 it would have been clear. But employee failed to be direct.In any case ill take my business elsewhere now. Orielys is closer anyways I just always trusted auto zone.
Had situation where I bought rotors and brakes and it took $19 off bc it was a promotion. I took back the rotors bc I bought the wrong ones. I wanted to do an exchange but the manager Juan explained that I had to return them completely and buy what I needed. He turned around and gave me a discount on the new ones which I didn’t request he did that at his own free will thinking it was a courtesy but it wasn’t because a couple of days later I’m going over my receipt and seeing that I didn’t receive the correct amount back. I go in this morning and he explains to me I did not get the entire amount back bc it was a bundle deal and it took $20 off. Well I explained to him that he did not remind me or explain to me that had happened with the original transaction. Him and the sales associate where ride to me with matter of fact attitudes and were careless and did not care to understand or make it right. I got shorted a few dollars more than the discount when I returned the items and I should not have had a full $20 off of my return when I wasn’t even returning the entire bundle. Biggest issue of it all for me is this could have all been avoided if Juan had of did a simple exchange instead of making me return the product and buy it back. It’s been nothing but confusion and instead of apology for the misunderstanding he tells me “Well the price is different bc you got $20 off bc it was a bundle”, Then I said ok I didn’t know I bought a bundle I added those items to my order individually and you didn’t explain that to me when I came in to pick up my order or when I came to do and an exchange which you wouldn’t allow you made me return the items and by them back. “He replies saying well it wasn’t a problem that day when I was helping you”. First of all I work on customer service and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated today. All he simply had to do was take the time out to nicely and patiently explain the receipts and explain to me what happened. Being rude and dismissive wasn’t the answer. I not once got upset but I did explain to him that i came in the for understanding and I wasn’t blaming anyone or saying anyone had did anything wrong I was coming in there seeking understanding or and explanation. I’ve never been so disrespected not sure if it was bc I was a woman or what but the way I was talked to and treated today was unbelievable. I thought I had been cheated, which I have been, but they did not care nor did they take the time to understand or listen to me. I will never ever buy anything from autozone ever again bc if that experience my entire family shops there frequently but they no longer will bc of this experience. The customer service at this Franklin location and Spring Hill is horrible. All the men are rude and disrespectful to women and they don’t feel obligated nor does it seem to be required by the company to have or give a good customer experience or give good customer service. Juan should learn to be more respectful and teach his staff to do the same. They were impatient, once again disrespectful, condensing, and by Juan saying “it wasn’t a problem then” as if he had did me a favor. First of all I didn’t ask or request for him to change the price on what I was buying the second time, he did that on his own and told me after the fact and I explained that to him. I didn’t care for a discount either time, I didn’t even care about the difference in money on the return. I came in there thinking I was shorted on my return it was his job to be patient, assess the situation and explain to me in a peaceful and respectful manner what had happened and explained the itemized receipt. I simply would have just been happy with that alone.

My guys have always been phenomenal over the years to me. Im trying to get my ol Cadi back in the road. So I needed a oil, oil filter, air filter, transmission fluid, alternator, windshield wipers, etc. Got everything for about $ 260.00. They even made sure I had everything now to the ounce. Im so thrilled!

Do not get Duralast alternator, went through 3 on my Honda pilot within 5 months. Service was great, however, and they upgraded me to the Denzo alternator, which would have cost me $90-100 more. 4* due to their excellent service! Lose Duralast!
