Purchased a part for my Infiniti G37S convertible. Staff was friendly both on the phone and when I went to pick up the part. The part that I received was exactly what I ordered.

The service was excellent. They were thorough and made sure I got everything I needed in one stop. I appreciated how professional and easy they made the entire process.

After order was placed i was asked for confirmation of my Vin number to correctly confirm proper order placement. There was a discrepancy with the part I though I needed. The crew at Infiniti OE Parts Direct identified the correct part and canceled the wrong order so a new order for the correct part could be placed.

Boo. Their listings/items dont match what you get. Poor service. If you are ordering dont expect to get support or service if you get the wrong thing. Buyer beware! Go to infinitipartsonline instead they are much better.

Part came in a timely manner with no issues. I would definitely recommend this site to people.

Ordered mats from them showing a picture of dark gray (charcoal) colored mats almost black on their picture. What I received was light gray/stone almost off-white mats, COMPLETELY different description and picture. Contacted their customer service and they told me I had to return them and pay for shipping. Terrible service. I wouldnt order from them again.

One of the few places that has a phone number and helps select the correct parts. They even send you a quote to your email address and all I had to do was click “place order”. Great pricing and fast shipments. Will use again.

Terrible, ordered a part and still haven’t came & I paid for expedited shipping.. & it’s not even the usps’s fault I’m sure everyone is aware of the issues the usps is facing so why ship with usps if you know that? & top of all that no one is replying to my calls or emails. If this isn’t robbery i don’t know what is.. never ordering anything off these guys again.

Great price and the people were so helpful. Will be doing business here from now on for all my infiniti oe parts.

Awesome customer service and actual form infiniti parts as if you buy them straight from the dealer but substantially less
