The night shift obviously doesn’t know how to do their job! I had to get up early get my baby up early to drive 40 minutes to get a tow hitch put on my car just to find out that they don’t even have the parts no one called me! I guess make sure you call yourself the night before to make sure they have what you need!

Very friendly staff. Filled my propane tank quickly. Were not warring masks. Would shop there again.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS DEALER! Very rude, give your reservation to other customers. Limited resources, offer no solutions… difficult to deal with, lack of knowledge about process or products! We had an extremely poor experience and even worse customer service!

Terrible service, I brink back my rental truck with the same amount of fuel as it was given to me, the same amount that was marked down on the online service when I inspected it, and I was charged massively. I guess I was expected to fill their entire tank for them, because it was pretty close to empty when I got it. If I am ever forced to use Uhaul again, which I will certainly do my best to avoid, I definitely wont use this location ever again. Hopefully the other locations wont try to cheat me.

Terrible service and thieves. I rented a moving truck from this location, filled out the online forms when inspecting, noting that the fuel tank had less than 1/4 of a tank of gas. I returned the truck with at least as much gas if not more than when I was given it and charged ridiculous fees because I didnt fill the tank for them. This experience has turned me off of using Uhual in the future and if it ever comes down to me being forced to use it again, it wont be from here, because this location at least is only after stealing money from their clientele.

Called to make an appointment for a wiring harness install on Sunday and the person told me that I could come in same day for drop off service. I get to the store and the attendant says there was no one on site to do an install, they would only be there on Monday, I asked what time could come in to get it done and they said that they open at 7 and it would take 30 minutes. I came in at 7 AM and had the unpleasant experience of dealing with an extremely rude service tech who said he was too busy to help me and that I’d just have to deal with it. Think twice before you deal with these incompetent fools.

Team was a great help getting me setup with the proper hitch and getting it installed. I will be back next time I need any hitch work done.
