Ive had nothing but Top Rate service from Diane (Inside Sales). She always responds to my quote requests within seconds and has answered any questions I have about the material to the fullest. Considering where the market is right now for raw material, Norton Metals stays at one of the lowest and is very competitive in pricing. I will continue to recommend them for any material needs.

****BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES ****Sales guy not helpful.... when I pulled up to the gate 5 people checked my ticket and after waiting for more than 55 minutes I finally got loaded.

I purchased metal from Norton last week, Jessie helped me no problems at all. He E-mail my estimate as soon as I got off the phone with him. He took care of my order when I came in all went well with sakes. It took about 5 minutes before the started cutting metal (no problem), all was well good cuts within specs. Thanks Norton, Thanks Jessie.

Worst customer service from any metal company I’ve experienced! The only reason I bought from here was location convenience. The way they treat their customers you would think we’re asking for charity. Also completely over priced! I invite you to look at Main metals, momentum metals and other companies in the area that have far more competitive pricing and way better service!

Dont waste your time or money!Shopped here for years as it was close and convenient, rarely got in and out in a timely fashion. Salesman have little knowledge on actual dimensions of product. I cant get sales people to call me back and they sold me material they didnt even have in stock after several calls to verify dimensions and inventory. Wasted a whole day of my time and fuel. Ive spent my last cent there.

No returned call, order angle iron sent my employee to pick it up he came back with 3x2 rectangle stock I Said angle iron .... no refund on cut stock.Oh Really. !!!?No more of my business for the incompetent sales persons .Dont waste your time and $.

Not very customer oriented. The salesmen do not (to my knowledge) return calls, or even answer their phone when it rings. They do, however, have a wide and varied selection of metal; and they have good prices. They do not carry galvanized tubing (though they can order it, Im sure).

They are not flexible with there delivery times. Had to get a reset to get unloaded

I recommend NOT buying anything from this place. Their customer service is a joke! I never leave negative comments but this place deserves it.

If you are delivering here know that they only take deliveries between midnight and six in the morning and dont think youll be getting unloaded at midnight because they let their regulars and their own trucks go first. Worst delivery Ive had in five years of driving!

The service is terrible. I needed 31 metal poles primed. The salesman was completely unhelpful in getting this done and dismissed my needs - even lying to me about the cost and time it would take. Ill never shop at Norton Metals again.

If you want to buy from Norton metals, make sure you have plenty of patience, they dont care how long you sit on hold and getting them to call you back is a challenge too. They must have a few big customers they care for because they dont seem to care about anyone ordering a few pieces of metal.

It is unfortunate and sad that this store does not respect you as a customer, I have been buying materials here for 3 years in the last purchase, I went to collect some panels and the driver of the truck folded my trailer, I did what everyone would do, talk to the supervisor. He said well fix it, but you cant buy more here.
