Carlos gave us great service and got just what we needed

Went to purchase 20 of 1 1/4 x 3/16 steel strap, which would have only cost me about $17...IF THEY WOULD HAVE LET ME BUY IT....I was denied because the salesman said their policy is that they wont sell warehoused products without a minimum sale of $100. The salesman was nice enough, but IMO this is just a bad business model as far as customer service goes...if you have to charge an extra $5 to cover the cost of paying the stockroom guy to walk back and carry the steel to your car, then charge the fee...dont just send the customer packing because he doesnt want to buy more than he needs.

Got here at 11:30 am untarped unstrapped watched 1 truck ahead of me get unloaded waited over an hour to get pulled in to be unloaded finally had to go find someone that told me it would be after 4pm this place is a joke
