I was looking around for couches recently and Big Lots has the best deals. I honestly can’t tell the difference between the $1,8000 at a fancy furniture store or the $800 from this store. They had more couches that fixed my liking here and so much cheaper. I did not hesitate to buy this couch. It’s going to look amazing in my house. See pictures for the couch. The employees were also very nice and let me look around at different couches and change my mind. They work with you to help you get what you want. I will be buying from them again.

What can I say? Its a BigLots.This store is clean and well organized. The associates I interacted with were nice. A little longer wait at the check out than there should have been but that was other customers.I guess my 4 stars extends to the changes in all stores as a whole in respect to pricing and stock.But if you are into BigLots, it is a good one.

Its really a good store for some things. Example: a TV wall mount is only $9.99....you cant find one anywhere for that price!

Typical big lots. Cashier was nice....One employee made me feel some type of way... since I rode my backpack there I had my backpack on.... I was taking pictures of water bottles to send to a friend a decide which one to buy... The guy creeped around the corner like he was trying to catch me stealing something, and asked if I needed help... when I told him what I was doing he stayed standing there and told me I had to keep my bag at the front of the store... And then he stayed watching me walk to the front...I understand that there are certain policies, and maybe it’s his job to be suspicious of everyone? Idk I just felt some kinda way bc I never did anything suspicious nor ever reached in my bag... i feel like they should’ve told me that when I first walked in the door, and I wouldn’t of taken it so personally....

Similar to Targèt...you walk in for one item you leave with much more...lolWent in for curtains and also got fruit snacks, dog treats, clearance items, plastic spoons, a couple movies and after Christmas deals.I bought quality pillows 5yrs ago and theyre still providing good nights of sleep.

Great deals and a great return policy. I got a speaker and when i got home it had been opened and was missing some components. Went up the next day and was able to swap it with no hassle.

I called to get some info regarding what type of heaters they had, we’re having a winter stormHere. I asked about space heaters, electric blankets, and heating pads. I spoke with one associate who left me on hold to ask another associate. Then Corey got on the phone, he wasn’t properly filled in, so I asked him if they had anything like what I was looking for and Corey was EXTREMELY RUDE. The most rude. It was so uncalled for. I was asking Corey for clarification on what they had because he didn’t really answer. He answered about one but not the other. And then when I asked him about the first, which was a heating pad, Corey hung up in my face.I had a nice tone, and he sounded upset from the very first answering. His attitude and behavior was so uncalled for. And I remember that another time when I was actually at this big lots I person he was a rude then. I know we all have bad days but this was unacceptable. Big Lots, please do something about how employees understand customer service.

This place was clean well laided out. Not much traffic but it was only a little after 11am. The Cashier was so sweet and always smiling very helpful. Store shelves was a little bit of a mess in some parts probable from the day before an most likely didnt get cleaned up. Being as you did have merchandise Stockers was great. You really needed one more person on duty just to walk around cleaning shelves. It not only helps us Customers and makes your store look better. Love the new look . Great Update for the store .

Very nice and alot different than the old big lots I remember. Its more of a mini target now!

Always disorganized, its essentially an overpriced cornerstore that sells furniture and almost expired foods.The credit card is a scam and the biglots rewards card the only real good thing about going here.The management are unfathomably rude for no real reason if you have any actual complicated questions. Just find Cory and if he realizes that you will call him out hell proceed to either bother the hell out of you or avoid you completely.

The store was neat, tidy, and kept up. The employees on the floor were very friendly and helpful. The girl behind the register that helped me get a rewards card and all of the savings it offers was very personable and informative. Overall, I had a great experience at this store!

Beds sheets, rugs, comforters, pillowcases and different grocery items cake mix, brownies,salad dressings and others sauces.

I can usually find unusual and unique items here. The prices are pretty reasonable. The stores usually clean and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming. Ive never had any problems with the staff. Theyre usually very friendly and helpful. Or theyre quiet. Either way theyre not being rude so there we go. I would definitely recommend checking this out at least once. And give yourself a chance to look through the whole store because there are little awesome deals in little nooks and crannies.

They always have great deals, and I enjoy ordering online and picking up in-store rather than trying to hopelessly search for it on my own. Ive gotten great seasonally-themed items and snacks plenty of times from this location.

My niece fell in love with this stuffed 🦄 unicorn they had on display. She didnt want to leave the store. Told her she keep playing shell be riding the unicorn home she quickly got in line lol. But great prices and selection. Great for last minute shopping also.

Great remodel! They now feature furniture in the middle. The lack of tall shelves in the middle helps the whole place feel more spacious. Good change.

This place has the best furniture you can find. We went to Conns and their furniture was just super pricey and not what i was looking for. They both use progressive leasing..so i decided to go to big lots and was able to buy 2 couches, a kitchen table with chairs, a desk, a chair, a rolling cabinet...all in rustic wood.. Couches are leather.. Needless to say i walked out with home decor..and the rep Veronica was amazing! I was approved for $1500 credit and i got so much! Had i gone to conns..i would of only bought a couch! I love big lots and i can not lie 😉😊👌👌👌 fyi... Do the 90 day cash option!
