The Store is poorly run. There are associates who dont even show up for work and still have their jobs, cuss out the Manager and have gotten promoted, dont do their jobs and nothing happens. One employee in particular shows up 5 minutes late because he was helping his girlfriend get her autistic and combative daughter on the van for school and he gets written up while the Store Manager was verbally attacking said employees girlfriends kids. This is after the Store Manager tried to fire the employee for taking mental health days. Corporate needs to come clean this Store up.

Customer Service is Great. But the stock supplies always low. This store never stock with food or necessary supplies. Cleanest and organization needs more work. I seen so many boxes in the aisles.🤦🏽‍♀️..... Yes I did returned a few weeks later. I did see improvements. I seen more employees and more stuff stocked. Awesome 👏🏽. Thanks for corrections.

Worst customer service experience in my life. Walked up with my wife was not said hello to or even acted like I was in line Chris was to busy talking about other employees then saying hello to me or my wife. She should not be talking bad about other employees on the sales floor.The store was nasty things all over the floor. You think she would be having then clean other then talking about people

After going to 3 different dollar stores, decided to order a couple things online. (Note to self next time have order delivered to the house) here is what I went through .August 12th placed orderAug 23 got email to pick up ( was charged for order)Aug 25 stopped by to get order ( had to wait almost a hour because assistant manager was checking, other employee walked out during her shift). When he we not to look he called store manager to see where he needed to look, no order. I gave them my phone number and what I ordered.Was told to call the 877 number and come back Monday .August 28th talked to Chris store manager. She sent another employee to look in the back, came back said no order.Aug 30th got email @1:10am heading saying DID YOU FORGET TO PICK UpYour order.Long story short my order was stocked to the shelf . Only reason got my order because I saw it on the shelf....

I did shop here late Wednesday evening and was tended to by a gentleman (I forgot to ask his name, but was the only male employee in the store). He was very amicable, and impressed me enough that I look forward to visiting again. The store was well stocked and clean, and parking is convenient.

Very extraordinary this Dollar tree is amazing I mean they had everything and then more and was so beautiful and so neat nothing out of place all the shelves nice and need and Im talking about the one on Meadowbrook drive in fort Worth Texas yall did that I would like to say thank you to all the employees at the Dollar general store on Meadowbrook drive everyone is doing their job.

Three employees at work and not a single one stopped what they were doing to check out. Finally just left.

It is the dollar tree so expectations were already low however, this place could improve a lot. The staff was apparently allowed to wear ear buds while at the register, which definitely inhibits the person from hearing anything the customer may say. It, in my opinion, also is a way to ensure the employee doesnt initiate conversation. Not even a Hi how are you? Did you find everything alright? Just my opinion.

Disagree. Half the inventory for art supplies, such as acrylics, and other paints were gone, the selection was horrible, the shelves were in quite the disarray as well, recently theyve been out of tampons, Im disgusted with Dollar Tree. Dont they keep track of inventory to stay fully stocked at all times? However, I rated the staffs courtesy and professionalism 5 stars. It isnt their fault theyre out of everything.

Low on inventory. I guess I went on the wrong day. Still got Birthday bags for the year.

You guys always have what our family is in need of as well as for our furry family members. Staying stocked is greatly appreciated keep up the good work team members and hands down to management, Jennifer Gomez always super helpful.

Corey, the cashier working today was so kind. There was a lady in front of us with a few heavy items and requested them to be double bagged. He said it was no problem at all and had already planned to do it.He was genuinely pleasant, some cashiers act bothered by such a small request but he was just so nice.Its honestly a rarity to get cashiers like him anymore.

It’s definitely not the place to work!! Under paid for the hassle you have to deal with. I was working for people who needed to take off or come in for someone who didn’t show up and management hires someone new and he automatically got 25 hours the 1st week and my hours was 12!! Really? One of the short fat managers are lazy!! Hardly ever talks to customers. Pathetic!!

Hello i love the Dollar store the works are really nice and friendly, helpful. Now they good food Of all kind and u can take $5o.00 and home with10 to 12 bags other stores with 2 bags for $50 .They party stuffs, school,baby stuff and ect things. Cheap things smile and good drinking waters, look they have steaks, chicken. Be blessed go and shopping for your self.

By far the cleanest, most well organized Dollar Tree that Ive shopped at in the 3 states Ive lived in! I will now travel further to shop at this store vs my normal one. Very refreshing to see everything so neatly put away, in its place, and how well maintained everything is. Visually it is great too, from a retail stand point. Well done, to this crew!

The staff are very friendly and I always find what I need. If I cant find it, I ask a staff member and they always know exactly where it is. I always go to this store.

Ive been coming to this Dollar Tree for four years. I walked in a few months ago and gasped out loud. It looked like there had eirher been a tornado in rhe store, or, a lock-in of juniour hi girls overnight! Ther floor, EVERWHERE had stuff strewn all over lile someone had just opened boxes of stuff and slung it like a vandal. Craon spilled out of boxes on the medical aisle. Gift bags just lying about un disarray. It has NOT IMPROVED IN MONTHS. A FILTHY FILTHY MESS. NO STOCK ON SHELVES OR PRODUCTS IN FRIG. Im not going there anymore.

Place is not overly clean but does have a large selection of novelty items.

Rude cashiers. And I find myself having to step over stuff on the floor everytime I go. Ill be driving the extra few minutes to go to a different one.

As usual it was understaffed for the shoppers. Was out of what I specifically went in for. Needed to be stocked & cleaned. With only 1 girl checking, nothing else was getting done. I find this in all their stores. Yet, I still shop there!

Two meals for less than $5 great money saver

I dont want nobody to get fired. I just would like that the workers are more attentive to the customers insted of just chit chatting with other co workers and not paying attention when you are going to pay they make people wait.

This is the best dollar tree I have been to. Its huge and they even have a refrigerated food section.

Its a nice and cheap place to shopping especially for those who dont have much money . You can find good things for just one dollar. Every item cost just one dollar.

This Store is near my house, so I run there to get items that I know they have.

I found what I needed but there was so many people in line and they only had one cashier very very very poor service to customers and I have to wait in line for 10 minutes when theyre the next one I found what I needed for items and then have to wait 10 minutes in line

Cashier talked on personal cell phone to friend then when asked to do her job was rude.

This place needs help. More employees or a new manager. Apocalyptic empty shelves, it is a very neglected place.
