Hi,Family Dollar Store was nice the young man that was working at the time helped me with finding Super Glue. I passed it up several times by accident. The store was nice and clean. But, the front door is still NOT fixed. Yes, customers can come and go freely. Its been more than two months plus and counting.

This is the 2nd time I’ve came and they weren’t open during posted store hours . Won’t answer the store phone.. employees on FaceTime while working. Very ghetto lol the management obviously don’t care

Employees were busy talking and on their phones and wrong me up for more than I purchased, I went to get the correct amount back, employee proceeded to rings up the entire store first then get to me. At this point I just wanted the entire purchase returned and I went down the street to Walmart. You live and you learn, close isn’t quick, Walmart was down the street, faster and cheaper.

Worst experience ever. Lady at the front would not let me use the only two coupons I had because of the amount on them. She said it’s a scam even tho the coupon never states you can’t buy the product pictured in the coupon if it’s the same price as the coupon . Super rude and not satisfied with my visit at all.

This store is always clean. There shelves are stocked and there staff is above average for this neighborhood.

Shame on you for closing during the blizzard when the roads are basically no problem to drive on. Nobody needs food right? Nobody needs a pair of Jersey gloves to keep their fingers warm right?

The store is never open on time. They have attitudes seemingly all the time. Management is ok but has her days as well. Seems like its never anything in stock.. needs work thats all Im going to say.

No ice cream,looked like getting ready to reset the freezer doors. Store was actually clean.

I always have a great experience here. I use their app to save extra money. I shop around and their prices can beat Walmarts, especially on name brand items. The people running the registers are always very nice. I dont know why people say bad things about this Family Dollar, sure its not in the best neighbourhood, but people are friendly. And yes, I know it has been on the news here and there... but really what store has not these days.

Good service... get place to go if you need a few things. you my pay more than Walmart but the time you save not being in long lines is priceless

A bit crowded with the spacing of aisles and usually has product still in cases on the floor, but as with all Family Dollar stores, you can find what youre looking for with ease. A bit understaffed, but associates are normally friendly. Clean enough and I can usually get in and out pretty quick.

Terrible customer service.I was told they gave cash back, when I got to the register to check out there was a sign saying no cash back and when i asked about it she got an attitude and was speaking to me like we were in the ghetto.Very Unprofessional

I went in to this dollar store today and purchased two items which I used my debit card for. I swiped my card the first time. Every time I make a purchase I receive a text on my phone. My text came through while their system was still processing. The cashier asked me to swipe my card two more times. I explained that the purchase has already gone through. I asked to speak with the manager whom was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL! He starts yelling stating that I will be refunded. I still had to pay for my items in cash. I will NEVER GO BACK DUE TO THE DUMB EMPLOYEES!!

The system is good especially if you dont know your way around it helped me a lot I dont know where Id be without it moving out to a new place and Fort Worth I dont know nothing about for work so moving out here was a whole nother experience a good experience but a different experience and it helped me get around help me navigate around the city help me find different spots appointments jobs so if you going to use it itll be the best system to use

It is in a convenient location to run in and get a few things quickly. The store is well organized and most of all, the employees are friendly and helpful!

Its convenient and close, they carry a lot of grocery items, thats a plus since there is not a grocery store close by.

Treating teens like criminals just because they are teens is not ok! I witnessed 3 young men be verbally accosted and accused of stealing. It was proven they didnt steal, yet the attendant continued to accuse them.

Super rude cashiers, if you have a bad attitude you dont need to be working with customers.

Im from this neighborhood, I was raised here, and been here 23 years now. The corner store across from this store was always the closest store to my house, so we were really excited for this family dollar to go up.My first experience was a nightmare and I dont think people should be treated this way. My husband and I walked up to the store expecting to just grab a few things, me specifically... those little hair conditioning single packets that are about $1.50. So we walk into the store, go our separate ways, me to the shampoo aisle. after standing there a moment I overhear a woman employee speaking to a male costumer asking where he could possibly be headed, and that she had been watching him on the camera. Now, this was in somewhat of the middle of the store, I dont know how quick she could have gotten to him from viewing a camera in a back room, but what she did next I know she didnt come from a back room. Almost immediately following having the conversation with the male customer, she came jetting up my aisle so quick I thought she needed me to get out of her way. I told her excuse me and then turned to look at her since she had actually come directly towards me. When I made eye contact she had stopped next to me, I said Hi? She then looks at me without responding, looks down at my purse, and back up and down again, turns and jets off away in the direction she came. I felt weird but there was no reason to just turn and leave right away since I was still looking there on that aisle. after a minute I wanted to at least find my husband. When I came out of the aisle she met up with me again stopping me with a maam! to which I responded.. She went on to tell me she thinks that I had stolen something and if I had then would I please give it back. I asked her why she would think that, and she told me she was watching me on the cameras! Which couldnt have been anything but a lie because if she had been she would have known I didnt steal anything! So I asked her would she like to look in my bag which she did practically snatching it off my shoulder. At this point I was p*****! I made sure to thank her for digging through my personal things. When she found nothing she rudely shoved my bag back at me and declared she would then go find my friend. We were meeting someone there and it was hot outside I didnt want to walk outside to wait but when I told my husband what had happened he went to clear his name with her and then told me lets leave. I made sure and got her name she is supposedly a manager, though she THINKS shes something with much more authority and apparently either psychic abilities or a dead on intuition. Her name is BARBARA.This experience has just angered me so much. How could this woman for no real reason at all just accuse and embarrass me right in front of the front desk and all the employees and several customers. Living right down the street from this store would have made me a regular costumer. I Will have to still go in this store on occasion but now I dread it because of how she made me look!! I think this was completely out of line and someone like Barbara shouldnt ever be given a manager position. A total misuse of authority.If this or a similar situation ever happens to someone else at this family dollar, I think you should all leave reviews as well.

This dollar store is pricy. But when they have sales they are pretty good deals especially if you have the coupon app for their store. . In the John T White area they are conveniently located and have no competion to drive down prices . Pricy as they might be I am very glad that they are one block away from me .🙂 Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and the manager Barbara is very nice and runs a clean store that is well staffed and plenty of product on the shelves.

Not too crowded usually, convenient place to grab something rather then dealing with a larger store.

Diryl is always so nice, friendly, helpful and always has a smile when I walk in. I can find everything with ease, its fast and convenient. The location of this store is great for the neighborhood and its parking lot is well lit.

Yes it has all the things as any other family Dollar, but pulling up to the building feels so good and ghetto.

Stock Items in isles make it hard to shop the store. I like the items stocked but the blocking of products on a Sunday afternoon seens not to be a good time.

This store is well stocked and professionally managed. Its very clean.

Most of the staff were friendly. They had what I needed and I was helped with trying to locate what I went in for. The cashier was very dry as if she didnt want to be there.
