Only plain yogurt available, two smoothies took about 7 minutes and were served in cups that were too large, presumably because they were out of the others. Pretty decent smoothie, but customer experience mediocre. Wish there were more yogurt flavors especially.

Walked all the way over because they close at 11. Its 1030, they are closed early. The worst part part was the 3 year old girl whose parents promised her desert....its not hard to keep your hours updated.

Why does your website say 11pm close? If you close earlier???

I ordered the Mediterranean flatbread thats supposed to come with roasted peppers, red onion, feta cheese, pesto sauce and black olives. I didnt want olives. This is what I got. Barley any cheese, no pesto at all. Ill never get food here again.

They have a plenty of options, good menu but my only complaint is customer service... I feel like if you want business in your shop you would hire someone who makes guest feel welcomed but that was not the case for us and the people there. Lady was very dry, looked us without saying a word waiting for us to order. Very uncomfortable. Cappuccino was NOT good. Cookies were delicious. Froyo machines were out of order

Looking for self-serve frozen yogurt. Long line for other menu items was the same even though no one was getting yogurt. Left store. No sale. Shouldve had separate line for yogurt.

Ordered through Grubhub, two hours later they inform me my order is canceled. Red Mango wont allow a delivery to my address even though im less than a mile away.

They suck yogurt machine never working and rude staff. The cookies are dry too.

I didnt know that Nestle even had retail stores. We were passing by and it was too tempting to resist. I got a cookies and cream brownie and thought it was great. Pricey though. $5 wont get you very far. Staff seems reasonable. They were polite, and somewhat friendly.

Fro yo selection leaves choices to be desired. No cake batter or cheesecake flavor. Toppings wide variety.

Staff staff staff is incredible here, and we cannot say that enough. Their are always helpful and their managers strive for excellent customer service. Also one of the few locations with red mango yogurt inside, which is actually around 5-10 calories lower per oz than most, and has a really crisp/sharp flavor because of their use of fresh ingredients.

The flavor selection is decent and the taste wasnt bad. However, there was a serious lack of toppings and it is slightly expensive. There are a lot of other options on the menu though as it is not just a frozen yogurt place.

Looks like a fun place but after 20 minutes of no line movement we gave up and left. Busy Saturday night and just not enough help. Will try again another day.

The friendliness of the staff sold me on this place. I wasnt even planning on going, but I rode my bicycle downtown to eat at The Cheesecake Factory and after being less than impressed with lunch I decided to give this place a try. They didnt get me to go for the buy three get two free deal, but I will be going back sometime soon.

Its not bad. Cookies were average but the brownie sundae is really good. Service was excellent. They also offer Fro Yo and coffee drinks.

A great place for kids! Im a social worker who took a large group of kids for ice cream after a camp activity. The staff was very friendly, kind and patient with the kids. My campers enjoyed the ice cream immensly!! This is definitelyy my new favorite ice cream place!

Actually the worst “smoothie” I’ve ever had. You DO NOT under ANY circumstances add ice to save on costs. We were the only customers when we arrived and it took the people working took 30 minutes to make 3 smoothies. My cat can make more smoothies in that amount of time and he doesn’t even have thumbs.

This is a great place for a quick treat. They have cookies, smoothies, frozen yogurt and AMAZING customer service.

They have good selections plus a froyo bar with sample cups laying out. The foods are kind of pricey, but the quality of the cookies are excellent.

Out of almost all cookies. Service sucked they didnt even know how to run the register. Ask for a cup for my little one and girl almost had a cow because she was on her phone.
