Worst mangonada Ive ever had it was completely frozen, took an hour to thaw and then tasted like slime and freezer. Also had no fresh fruit like i asked.I also got a strawberries and cream, the yogurt was sour and rotten. Very disappointed i was excited to try so much here but got the opposite of what i viewed before coming.

I love the bionico and the chamoy apples the most but the crepes are delicious as well. Ok love all the different fruits.

Hubby and I stopped by for anniversary dessert. We shared the chocolate crepe. Hubby had the prepared clamato. I had a pineapple papaya agua fresca. Oh so good!!!

The water was warm and I had a hair on my drink.

I ordered elote in a cup and we ONLY got corn with cheese and optional chile on top... No lime no mayo or anything, just cheese.

I’m rating this a 3 based on customer service and time! the food is always delicious.It was a busy Sunday as usual but 5 customers got their order before me which my ticket number was number 1 they kept calling everyone after me, after being there almost an hour I went up to the counter and asked if my order was almost ready, the girl said they are still working on your frappe meanwhile the frappe and rest of my order had been sitting there for more than 30mins. I pointed that out to her and she said oh ok let me check, I was missing my kokiloco at this point I’m not happy with the service anymore so I asked her if she could please switch one of my items since at this point the chips were already stale (my frappe was not a frappe anymore more like an iced drink) she said oh okay let me ask. No apologies from none of their customers they seemed upset that I got upset from being skipped multiple times and no apologies what so ever. I used to love this place but now I might just double think going there.

I love kokitos!!!!! Love going in and everything smelling so good, everything is Clean and very decorative. Its hard choosing what to get because there is so many yummy options. But I do have my favorites!Oh and there homemade creme is the best!

I like the treats here, its the way they operate that is such a problem I do not go back. They have no idea how to wait on customers or line them up in this tiny place. If there is something I dislike, its feeling awkward as I spend my money and thats what happens here, especially during Covid. They need a manager.

Checked it out for the first time and I was really pleased. I ordered the corn on the cob with hot Cheetos and loved it. This place was real chill yet fast paced. I go here all the time now to get my corn fix. I might have to try one of the many beautiful fruit cups they have.

So I ordered 2 coconut and one mango iced drinks they serve. I chose to have them with no chili for the mango and with lechera for the coconut one. They were so good and plan to go back.

The customer service was extremely horrible. I came to visit some family members & we decided to get something to eat. I’m from Chicago and we aren’t even rude like the associates here. The girls need a better attitude and be put on check . If you clearly can’t be nice with customers then don’t work with people. Simple as that. No need to roll eyes when i simply asked nicely to change something if it was ok .

These are my people super cool. Me and my family make this a twice a week trip sometimes 🥴🥴🥴. The drinks are amazing. And everyone is really nice and inventive.

I went in the day time and asked for zanahorias rayadas the girl said they didn’t have that anymore luckily another worker over heard and said ‘yes we do’ so the girl who originally said they didn’t have it anymore huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at me. No loe I went back three time in a roll but in the night time and all three times the younger girls said they only shred carrots in the morning. The staff with the exception of one lady is really rude and lazy.

There are a variety of options to pick from so that’s great. The service is slow and some times they don’t have the best attitude, which contradicts a sign they have that stated “be nice or leave.” However, sometimes the service is good over all. They don’t make you feel welcome as soon as you go in but they do their job, they are a group of young girls. I went in a few days ago and they didn’t have Mangos which is practically 1/2 of their menu so I left, but there’s other options to pick from.

Fruit is always great! Service could be better. I let our cashier/server April know that the times that google showed were wrong for future reference. She said she wasnt in charge of that and proceeded to be rude to us. She let our order sit there while we waited and people after us got their food. Our order was wrong and when I asked her to fix it she didnt seem to care. Other than that everything is always delicious.

Terrible place to visit the ladys were very rude and stuped sorry but it is. I ask if they can put some gummies on my rusa and they say NO i ask why and didnt have any answer for me. I told them they need to make customers satisfied and dont care at all will not visit anymore ask if they can charge sepreatly and didnt help at all. They are loosing customers for something very simple.Hope owners do something about it specially when they hire people who dont know how to be nice and make customers satisfied. Of course not coming back they need to remember they are OPEN because of CUSTOMERS.

Place is THE BOMB...first discovered it down there on camp bowie. Bought a mangonada from that location and was obsessed; didnt want to go anywhere else lol. When i found out there was going to be a location opening down the street from my house i literally could not WAIT for it to open. Now that its open, if my kids and i have to do laundry in the same shopping center we ALWAYS stop by there for treats while our laundry is washing/drying. The fruit and yogurt cup is EVERYTHING!! A+++++
