The yogurt is delicious of course, toppings were full, and the place is clean. Customer service, not so great. We walked in and there was a heavy set African American lady on her phone at the register, we asked for whipped cream and full of attitude and eye rolls, and when I was saying thank you, I got nothing in reply. Maybe with a little customer service training, it can get that 5 stars.

💜🐸 Mrs. Linda Had JUST locked up the store when we pulled up...she went above and beyond when she saw the disappointment in my little ones face. She opened back up just out of the kindness of her heart. Definitely not expected but most definitely appreciated!! 💜🐸

Im always a little disappointed when froyo places dont have Mochi. That being said, this place was much nicer than some other sweet Frog locations that I have been to in the past. The cake batter froyo was great. If youre desperate you can connect to Einsteins wifi and its usable but not the best.

I came to get some frozen yogurt at 8:30 pm and the place was closed.The lady that works there was ready to go home cleaning, she obviously didnt care about costumers. While I was typing this another three cars came and they werent able to get yogurt.

Most awesome experience if you love ice cream LOL. Only two flies in the ointment, the pineapples were going bad, and the price was a little out of my budget. But the frozen yogurt was off the chain delicious and I would go there again.

The employees were really nice and respectful. They had plenty of options in frozen yogurt and goodies to put in your bowl. This location is right next to TCU. The parking wasnt the greatest and is right next to a 4-way intersection. I can only imagine getting in and out of the parking lot during rush hour.

Very small selection, they did not even have oreos when we stopped in. One flavor of boba, and no cheesecake, either. I would recommend a place that had more options for sure. If you want just yogurt or light, very typical toppings like sprinkles, youll be fine.

Gabby the Manager on duty was super sweet and provided a friendly experience for my daughters and I.

They closed 15 minutes early and I didnt get my yogurt. I was thoroughly disappointed. I even made eye contact with the employee through the window.

This is the worst Sweet Frog I have ever been to and regretted taking my daughter. You have 5 young girls behind the counter whispering . Never said a word to us other than the price for the yogurt. Rude AF.
