Great symptoms service a little slow would not acknowledge i was standing there anyway great place to link up and do work best spacious also
Spacious place, not a coffee drinker but their Mexican hot chocolate was delicious. Sound level at 10 am on Friday with a moderately full room was still low enough to make conversation easy.
Edit: I decided to give it another shot, because of the glowing reviews. This time I ordered the iced mint mocha, and iced caramel crunch and both are fantastic! Not too acidic or bitter, and just the right amount of sweet. Im really shocked because my first experience was so bad, but I guess Ill skip out on the cold brew from here. Im not giving 5 stars just because of my last orderSuper bummed out because I got coffee here and was super excited to try it with all the fantastic reviews and high star ratings. I got the meltdown and a cold brew. The espresso is so acidic, and the cold brew does not at all taste smooth, more bitter than anything.
Their latte’s are delicious... like so so good. I’m a stay at home mom, student, and homeschool teacher to my daughter; they give me exactly the boost I need to be able to wake up and focus on everything that is going on in my home. I love Starbucks, but Common Grounds has definitely come close to becoming my new go to instead. I’m obsessed with their latte with syrup, and my daughter (who isn’t old enough for coffee) says their hot chocolate is better Starbucks, and has so much flavor. I’m going back again today 😅
Love this place! So many great places to sit and work or chill and the drinks are delicious. They also have a super friendly staff.
Common Grounds is one of my favorite local shops. They NAIL the seasonal menu + rotating drink options, not to mention the wide open vibe, cozy seating, accessible charing outlets + reliable wifi. Whats not to love?
Spacious. Great coffee. Super friendly
Common Grounds is my FAVORITE TCU-area coffee shop! I love their seasonal menus, the friendly service, and there is so much space to study and hang out! It is a bit of a further walk from campus, but it is so worth it.
I was looking forward to go to this coffee shop for the first time today but the parking situation was very mediocre. There isnt a single parking lot available for the customers of this coffee shop and there are no parking signs all over the streets so there basically arent good parking options for someone who wants to be able to sit and hangout for more than just 30 minutes. I had to leave and try a new coffee spot.
Drinks are awesome and people are friendly. Excellent spot to just chill, study or hopefully when things get back to normal some live music as well! The sound equipment looks top notch! Let me know when youre open for some talent will definitely be back again!
My new fav coffee hangout spot. Beautiful and chill aesthetic. And the coffee is amazing.
We decided to try this common grounds because we’re baylor bears that recently relocated to fort worth. the interior is cool and our drinks were actually delicious (even though they had no idea what a milky way was 😭). but the baristas were rude and not friendly at all, which is NOT the baylor common grounds experience. super sad at a place that could be great!
Weve been coming here almost everyday and I think its the absolute best place to study at.
I like this place because of its inviting atmosphere. Its cozy inside. But unfortunately I dont think I will be studying there anymore until Covid is over, it was a bit too close for comfort for me inside. Its pretty crowded at the tables and 90%+ of people are not wearing masks while at the tables or while going from table to table. Just thought I would give a heads up! Still really like the place and hope to be back once things get a bit safer in the world.
Best coffee Ive ever had! Awesome atmosphere and great service. Get the White Fang Chai and a Cinnamon Cruffin!
Amazing oat lavender latte! Lots of space to social distance, loved the environment. I also had the everything bagel 🥯 and it was great! Highly Recommend this place!
They have limited hours during the times of the year TCU students are off. I wish they were catering more for the rest of their neighborhood, not just TCU. I certainly would come more often for coffee if they were open before 8:00 during the week, and later than 4:00, even 5:00 on Saturdays.
Bright open atmosphere. College crowd filled the place, so not much social distancing. Many were studying or doing work on their computer, while others just socialized. Its gonna really be a great venue for live music when Covid is out of the way. They have coffees, teas, and a few baked treats that are tasty. Parking is limited, but most patrons probably walk over from the TCU campus.
Multiple upbeat areas, quiet, clean, large rooms and access to the latest technology and the staff are super friendly. I used this space exclusively due to the proximity to our jobsite and all that downtown Fort Worth has to offer. They also make amazing espressos. Excellent experience.
One of my favorite coffee shops downtown Fort Worth. Huge room and lots of space to study, read or work.Sometimes it’s challenging to find parking on the street. You may have to walk for a bit once you find a spot.
Incredibly chill and great place fore large scale events.
Had double espresso and latte delivered since Ive never had coffee from this place. Huge mistake. Coffee was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. Threw it out instead of finishing. Was my first and last experience.
Probably not a bad venue, but an odd space for coffee. Specialty drinks were eh, same with the standard expresso drinks. Acoustics of the space really suck the air and privacy out of a conversation, but if youre just studying and you have a good pair of headphones, Id say its a pretty good vibe with fair aesthetics.
The parking situation here is a nightmare. It forces you to park in the residential area to the south, and that is not good for anyone.I am a fan of cowboy coffee and the no bull. However, their drinks are not very consistent yet and vary wildly depending on who makes them. But thats something I think they will be able to fix with time. Their Waco and Woodway locations are great, and I am looking forward to this location finding its footing.
Such a great place to study at!
Great customer service, coffee was good and atmosphere was great! This place is state of the art, and reasonably priced.
Drinks a little pricey.chill atmosphere, usually busy with students.nice bathrooms.
Loved it, great location, plenty of room and great coffee!
Great coffee and awesome space!
So glad there is a second location. Yum!
Great atmosphere
Favorite place to study, favorite coffee in town.
