Fantastic experience! I was looking for a spot to relax and read for a few hours last Saturday, and Dwell fulfilled my need. The spot was clean, the coffee was delicious, and the biscuit sandwich was amazing! I ate it up so fast that I forgot to take a picture of it. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. There is also plenty of room to sit, which was reassuring for me when it comes to future visits at busier times. I would recommend!

Really cool place to come and study. They probably have the most outlets that Ive seen in a coffee shop which helps to find seating. The biswich was really good too! The biscuit alone makes this place definitely worth revisiting. Ended up with a marshmallow latte whichbwas surprisingly good! Nice and light with just enough to sweetness.Ill definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get some work done in a quiet environment.

Do NOT use Dwell for catering an important event. We paid hundreds of dollars for them to provide coffee at our daughters wedding reception last month. They showed up 45 minutes late, dressed like they had just rolled out of bed. They were extremely slow, and didnt provide the agreed upon selections. Then they shut down early! Unbelievable!I will say that for the few people who stayed in line long enough to get coffee, they seemed to like it. But...not good enough. We have made repeated attempts to contact the catering portion of the company to notify them of this poor service. They did not respond or make any attempt to understand where they fell short. (Pictured is the unacceptable attire for the event, as well as the long line)

This is one of my favorite Fort Worth spots, and is becoming a staple. Every time we’ve come here we’ve had excellent service and food. Everyone is really nice. I am a bit of a biscuit critic, and I love their biscuits! We typically order way too much here, because it all looks so good. Recently we got a sugar cookie, pecan, and cinnamon roll biscuit, not to mention traditional biscuit sandwiches. Coffee is good. Not a huge fan of the gravy or aoli sauce. Atmosphere is bright, clean, hip and inviting.

Good tasting coffee, convenient location, tasty biscuits (although they no longer offer the jalapeno biscuit), inconsistent service. You just never know when their hours are shortened for the day, when they dont have any more cups available, or their machines are down to take credit cards. One visit, their machine was down so my husband had to go get cash from an ATM machine at a gas station nearby but by the time he made it back it was 2:02 and they said it was too late to give him a biscuit sandwich (even though we were easily there 30mins before 2 prior to leaving for the atm), they stop serving them at two. I thought that was extremely poor service.

I keep it real. This place is great in every aspect but not perfect. For a grand opening there sure was a look of dust everywhere, to include the light fixtures where they prepare your drinks. Yes, you read that right, dust was falling from the light fixtures into the drinks. Still should this be a reason to not go here? No, it is still worthy of an amazing drink! Great food that is light on the stomach too. I would come here again if it wasnt so far, if I am around the area then this is a must stop.

My first time ever experience here was amazing. The drinks, sausage biscuits, and cinnamon roll were amazing. I went here with my gf in March. The sausage biscuits were huge. Just like the pictures on their social media. We moved to Dallas so they don’t have any locations over there. We came back to Fort Worth a month later because I was craving it. We did the $20 deal. 2 biswiches and 2 drinks. When we went to pick up the meal since the whole covid 19 situation. When we saw our meal we were a bit disappointed. The sausage biscuit wasn’t like the first time. The biscuit was flat and more like square shaped instead of round. Overall it was smaller but the flavor was still there. We thought maybe it was just that batch that day or because we did the $20 deal they gave us smaller ones. The drinks were still good. Now another month later being today that we went back since we wanted to give them the benefit of doubt, that it was just a bad day the second time. This time our experience was horrible. We ordered on the app again and decided to try ordering for the biswiches on their own instead of the $20 meal deal to see if we would get them the way we got them the first time we visited. That’s $7 for just ONE sausage biscuit. We got drinks as well. We went to go pick up the order after we placed it since it’s just 10 mins away from us. I get off and there was some bags already on the counter but of course I’m going to ask to see which one is mine since it was separated from the drinks. There was a guy that was in the back which I’m assuming works there and he was leaving and looked at the bags and took one and left. One of the girls saw me and attended me. I let her know I was here to pick up an order of 2 sausage biscuits and 2 drinks. She looks at the counter and doesn’t see it. She asks the girl if our order was there and she says yeah it was. They reassure me not to worry that they’ll make me a fresh order. So I end up having to wait again for my order. My gf was waiting in the truck for awhile. I went ahead and ordered 2 regular cinnamon rolls to see if they had any since on the app they only give you the option to order mini ones. They give me my order and we go home. When we opened the bag it was such a disappointment. It was literally more biscuit than anything. The sausage biscuit on one of them was so flat. Flatter than the ones you get a McDonald’s. Then I go on to see the other one and it doesn’t even cover the biscuit itself. It looks like a quarter but 2x the size. And it’s so FLAT as well. I paid $14 and waited twice for THIS! Did I get any discount for the inconvenience? Nope, because I understand things happen. But to recieve what I did was not worth the money or wait. In total I paid $34 with the tip for a trash meal. The only thing that was good was the drinks which was just $10. Was I full off of this meal NOPE. I could’ve used my money elsewhere and gotten full but I decided to give Dwell a third chance. NEVER AGAIN. They changed the quality of the biscuit and size. It’s smaller and the biscuit doesn’t look like it used to. But hey they keep the prices the same. Lowered the quality and size, but still charge $7 for it. You can get a meal for this price somewhere else. I didn’t mind the price the first time because it was worth it. Now it’s like they’re trying to push out low quality food for the same price. They could at least lower the price too. Save your money! You can see from the pictures my disappointment. The other pictures are exactly how they were the first time. These are other peoples pictures for comparison to what I got today or you can see how different they are from other peoples previous google reviews.

Same 4.5 oz cortado but instead of espresso they use the matcha concentrate with water

Nice place, but had to take one star away for having only one restroom. Now this is my personal pet peeve... If you have a coffee shop you should offer all of the sweeteners (white, brown, blue, yellow, pink, etc.). For a premium cup of coffee (or tea for that matter) the sweetener makes all the difference.

Where you dwell is where you live, hopefully its a place of Peace, Joy and rest. Dwell the coffee shop is definitely a place of joy and a peaceful fun place to spend your time. Theyre Biswitches are amazing and I believe, are my favorite breakfast sandwich from any restaurant anywhere. The sausage biscuit is just tremendous and I can scarcely get enough of them. If you need some calories and are not in the middle of some kind of low-carb low-fat diet, try the sausage biswich, with which you will fall in love. Whether you eat it right when you get it and its hot or you save it for the next day so the flavors of the real cheddar cheese into the sausage get a chance to merge into the biscuit, its a great way to start the day.

Ordered the sausage biswich and the biscuit itself was good. I personally love those biscuits that get a slighlty gummy melty texture in your mouth and this one did exactly that. The sausage itself was waaaaay too thick for my liking. Literally felt like I was eating a hamburger it was so thick. I ended up cutting it in half and throwing away the remaining meat. Wasnt a very flavorful sausage either, and kinda just tasted like beef.Additionally, the cheese was pretty salty as was the aioli so it was just an overwhelming salt flavor and not much else. Id definitely buy the biscuit on its own, but would not get this item again.

Then, the next cool thing are the biscuits - I didnt get one, but they look really good. And lastly, the coffee is done right. I got my usual Americano and it was perfectly extracted. As I have mentioned in my other coffee shop reviews, if you have a LaMarzocco machine and its not tuned right for extraction, I will give a place a bad review. Not this place. While I could understand that, I feel the opposite. Instead of saying nothing, like most other businesses, they have made a choice to at least try and put a smile on peoples faces. Dwell has a convenient location on the edge of TCUs campus. The interior has so much natural lighting and plenty of tables and chairs.I will caution you that if you are not a tcu student, you may feel overwhelmed by all the students inside. During certain hours, you may not be able to find a seat.Despite being flocked by the TCU crowd, I enjoy their extremely fast service and coupons that are sent out via Facebook and email. I have received two free drinks already since they opened and I frequently get buy 1 get 1 coupons for their biswich or biscuits. Speaking of biscuits, I liked the jalepeno cheddar one!The hot coffee drinks and iced chai tea lattes are good. The iced coffee was a little weak on taste. I also tried a lavender latte for the first time here, and although I wasnt a big fan, I loved how it was presented in their in store mug and saucer.Overall, its a no brainer to come here especially when they are offering good, free coffee. The baristas are hard workers and will correct any drink that is not to your liking. Bonus: they offer oat milk!
