We just went through the drive thru and the guy working it knew his stuff and was very nice and helpful! I forgot to order my iced coffee with creamer and he was so nice about it when I asked if he wouldn’t mind adding some because I forgot. All our food was warm and drinks were on point. Definitely recommend this location. It was fast too!

This is my local Starbucks ☕️ Today I had a double shot espresso for about $2. First time. It was a good experience, and now my brain is buzzing like a bee. Can’t wait to try more items!Edit: Also tried a small latte for about $3. Perfect on this rainy day.

This is the Starbucks to go to if you want to avoid a long drive-through line; I have never encountered the typical 10 + minute wait here. Good service also. That being said, they seem to close earlier than the website hours indicated so if it’s near 9pm or later you’d better call them first.

Stopped to use their wi-fi. I suppose their products are good theres always people coming and going. The drive thru stays reasonably busy. I access the internet here some. Have sat inside. Its a nice quiet, calm place to sit and sooth your mind and nerves.

This Starbucks is my jaaaaam. I always mobile order before leaving my house and it is always ready when I arrive. The crew and management are literally outstanding. It’s my favorite part of my morning to stop in here and my coffee is always perfect. You all get gold stars from me 🥳

I really like this place! I just moved to the area and this place caught my eye as Fajitas are one of my favorite foods. Its so good that I came three times in one week and Im not ashamed to say it! The fajitas were hot, flavorful, and service was great.

Without a doubt my favorite Starbucks. The crew is always friendly and on the ball, and Zee always greets me by name and gets my order right without even asking. While Starbucks is a huge company that can sometimes feel a little too big, this store definitely feels like a home corner shop, and Ill go out of my way to go to this one in the future.

Always have been a loyal customer to this branch and have been purchasing frap cookie crumble for so many times and it was fantastic. But today’s shift, 06/09/2020 12:30 PM their Frap cookie crumble is the worst I have ever tasted. It’s full of liquid with a watery taste (Didn’t feel the magnitude of the chocolatey taste) and a very stingy amount of serving of that white cream on top which have never happened to me before. Most of the time, it’s like a mountain on top but today it’s more like a speed bump. Do you guys have someone new during this shift or just have a really bad employee? Just for this shift! Have no complaints with the others.

First time at this Starbucks in Ft Worth .... I was on a Motorcycle, soaked from the rain in Dallas.The first two employees I met as I entered the store, were friendly and outgoing. The girl at the register was concerned about how wet I was, and I didnt have a jacket. The young man working behind the counter not only called out my name ... but actually met me half way to hand it to me in person ! Talk about great customer service ! 5 - Stars for the Hulen rd. Starbucks .... Good Job Crew Members.

This by far best Starbucks Ive ever been to. they have the friendliest staff and the coffee is always great. Ive never had a bad drink from them. The staff also remembers your drink if youve been in there enough times and greets you with a smile and hey hows it going it makes you feel good.

I get coffee here a few times a week. Definitely one of the most consistent Starbucks I have been to in regards to making a good latte. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast. For example I went and had been having a tough day. The barista at the window, I believe was named Len, was friendly, made me laugh, brightened my day, and the entire process only took 3 minutes.

In my personal opinion, i have been through a variety of authentic coffee shops. As such, Starbucks, is one of the best coffee shops within the metroplex. Their beverages, for one, are crafted with passion, culture and exquisite beauty. The beverage i am referring to is the all time popular and my favorite of all and classic item, the Iced Caffe Latte with a Blueberry Scone. With certain overtones of vanilla and a dash of sweet blueberry and citrus, this is a beloved and cherished item i would truly recommend to all. The Iced Caffe Latte, Being renowned as Starbucks finest drink, is the finest drink Ive ever had. There were some problems with the drinks overall taste, but in the end, i had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly as well, which made my experience even better. I will highly recommend it to all who decide to have a coffee anytime soon.

Best spot for your morning, get up and go build a house, sand the whole car down by hand because you hate the 10 layer chameleon paint job on your 1978 AMC Gremlin with the 2000hp motor you just had nitrous oxide installed on, so u can not get sleep, tingly head and neck, sweaty, so u can not get rest, while staying awake, so u dont go to bed, because your staying up, because falling asleep isnt gonna happen while operating heavy machinery while getting drunk on the job. And thats just before noon, because babysitters only get paid 2$ an hour and free range of the refrigerator and the cable TV. But hey, at least they will never find out that all your top secret NASA FILES about never going to the moon because your already there.

I really like this location. Employees are usually friendly and are more helpful than at alotnof other locations. The products are usually very good and second only to the university drive location.

USED to be the Best SB around. Friendliest morning staff. Fast. Always get my order just right. Not lately. Always in a rush without a smile. Rude at times at window. Try to be friendly while waiting and you can be looked at as crazy. Life sure is changing for the worst. Fast over friendly. Changed to McDonalds next door. Cheaper coffee and always a smile.

Too small, noise level is high

First off, we arrived at 5:30AM, and had to stand at the door (because it was still locked!) until someone dragged their feet to open the door. We ordered two coffees and two breakfast items and BOTH coffees were not what we ordered, and breakfast items tasted off. I could not believe the standards off this location! Highly suggest an intervention on this location. So disappointed!!

I go here once or twice a week and today my order was totally screwed up and it has been in the past and i just went with it.. Today I called and was spoken to like i was trash and the smart aleck girl told me i got what i asked for and when i told her i didnt she said we are at our peak and you can come back and get something else.....well, that would be fine except i am at work...will find me another starbucks

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the DFW Metroplex... and Ive been to a lot of them. What makes it so great is the staff, really. They are super friendly and always get my orders correct. Its a nice little store, works better than the one just down the road from it in a bigger shopping area. Though the only downside to this store is its location...nestled at the front corner of a little compacted strip, theres not a lot of parking. I dont think they ever expected the kind of traffic it gets, but thats ridiculous considering its close to a lot of popular places. Still, Im happy with this particular store and the pros outweigh the cons.

This location gets a lot of my Starbucks budget because its closest to where my BFF works on Saturdays. Iced caramel macchiatos are like glitter in the friendship glue.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! Service is rude and SO slow. Staff is always doing something other than helping customers leaving usually one person to make drinks while other staff is doing something else. Serving the customer should come before anything else. I cant tell you how many times Ive overheard the manager talking down to employees or conducting employee related manners in front of me, its so uncomfortable. Its no wonder their staff is unhappy. Go somewhere else.

Almost anytime I come to this Starbucks I’m in line in the drive thru for anywhere up to 15-20 min, I regret it every time. I know Starbucks drive thru’s aren’t always the quickest but that’s just insane to me.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employee attending me in the drive thru was beyond rude and offensive. Didn’t acknowledge me at his window until 5 min had past, when he acknowledged me he apologized for being rude in the intercom but yet continued to be rude. Will not be going back to this place.

Never in my life have I seen a Starbucks employee disrespect her customers the way I saw it last night.A friend of mine decided he wanted a coffee late last night and went through the drive around 8:55pm. He ordered his drink, pulled up to the window and standing there is this woman with blonde frizzy curly hair who looks as if she just smelled the worse smell of her life. The look on her face was one of someone who really hates their job.She opened the window, asked for payment and when my friend told her to keep the change she ROLLED HER EYES and SLAMMED IT into the tip jar.The best part of the whole experience was when she said Sorry it took so long, lot of the stuff was put up, since, you know, we close in one minute and all.That chick better thank her lucky stars that we were in a company truck that night. The last time I checked, one minute till close means that I still have one minute to order a drink! It means youre still open!! Im not walking in 5 minutes till close asking you to cook me a well done steak!!! Quit your whining!My friend did call up to the store after we drove off hoping to speak with a manager but supposedly there wasnt one on shift at the time. Which is a little worrisome. You let a rude employee not only serve your customers, represent your company but also have management responsibilities like closing a store????You do not make your customers (who just spent over SIX DOLLARS on ONE coffee) feel like they are a huge inconvenience. I dont care if you hate your life or your job. I dont care if you are not happy with the tip you received, say thank you and roll your eyes after we drive away. Dont slam it into a tip jar and scoff.I will be calling up to the store today to complain. I wont be coming back to this location ever again and to be honest Starbucks...I may just kick yall to the curb altogether. I visit many starbucks in the Fort Worth area and this one is my least favorite by far. The costumer service is mediocre, since they are not as attentive as other starbucks. I normally order a fetta and cheese wrap in the morning for breakfast and twice I have received a wrap that is still very cold at the center. I normally are on the go in the morning so there is no way that I can go back and get another wrap. I may not be visiting this starbucks anymore.

I have given this Starbucks too many opportunities, but every visit has taken significantly longer than any other Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I do not think the management staffs them adequately for the amount of business they receive. I don’t think it’s the baristas fault.

Overpriced most likely because they want to call themselves Baristas, so I usually get a $2.11 small cup of coffee that they like to call tall.

Loud staff, rude employees most of the time. The manager sits at the tables and talks loudly and gets up and down repeatedly disturbing other people. Go to avoca or buon giorno or the starbucks further down Hulen.

The customer service here is horrible. I will not be back anytime soon. I placed an order in the drive though. The person either couldnt hear me or was not listening. I know that its hard to hear via drive through but really know your menu please.
