Love this place! The staff were really nice and even told me all about their beans when they noticed I was checking them out. My americano was delicious.

This is the only place we go to get coffee. We buy our whole fresh roasted beans and grind them ourselves before making our coffee. They do offer to grind them for you too. The freshly made hot latte is fantastic.

Nice coffee shop vibe. Decent coffee/cold brew. Fast preparation. Friendly. Menu seems small. Pastry options and appearance aren’t really that great. But I will definitely be back for a simple coffee fix.

Avoca serves great coffee, and the bar staff is very friendly + conversational on my last couple visits. I love the paintings and decorations at the location near 7th street, however, the lighting and furniture setup felt a little uninviting. This is also a little more pricey than some other coffee locations in Fort Worth, at least for a dirty chai latte. Their hours are also somewhat limited, although I dont fault them for business complications due to staffing issues or COVID.

Place is a little hidden. I’ve driven by several times in this area and never noticed it. With that being said, it’s actually pretty spacious inside than I would have expected. The feel of the place is great, especially if your looking to get work done. Definitely the spot to come read a book or study. Coffee tasted great. Looking forward to coming back!

Cute little coffee shop tucked away on Foch street in FW. Almost a blink and youll miss it but you dont want to miss it. Super friendly staff and really tasty coffee and espresso drinks.I also really like the decor. Its warm and inviting and cozy to the max.

Im the first to admit that a mocha is about as far as I go for drinking coffee. But, this place is top of the line in my opinion. The mocha (pictured) is actually better than it looks and it looks amazing (my poorly placed hand puppets aside).The store on Foch St. has a more quiet feel than the Magnolia location and, therefore, is more in line with my tastes. The service was excellent and the staff friendly. The baked goods looked great and if the look-to-taste ratio of the coffee is indicative, theyre a must have.

This is a nice location. I stopped by for a soy latte. The Barista was sweet. Service is good. Nice vibes. Good interiors.

Tried this cafe for the first time. My friend and I enjoyed the outside picnic tables. The iced tea blend was delicious. My friend ordered a vanilla latte and loved it.

The my latte was perfect and the people who made it were super nice. Ill definitely be back. I ended up also buying a bag of coffee beans, which was 13$, after trying the latte. My friend got a chai, which was wonderful. We didnt realize this initially, but theres additional parking behind the shop.

We try cold brews in different places. The one here was average.

Their beans are kind of pricey compared to other local roasters but their quality is excellent. I recently bought a bag of the Chiapas blend and had great success making cold brew and espresso.

Best coffee in Ft. Worth, hands down! Always quick, friendly service. Coffee is bold, robust and wonderfully flavorful with zero burnt taste. Sometimes they do darling (and Insta worthy) latte foam art. Their mocha sauce is out of this world! For about the same price as a Starbucks, this is absolutely worth paying a visit to. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The coffee is OK, still prefer the drinks at Ampersand down the street, especially their r.f.m.e

Fantastic customer service. Nice, knowledgeable, and very cool people. The environment is lovely and very woody. Ambient sounds and nice music make is a prime place for studying/business meetings/quiet lunch break/etc. The only caveat for me is the pricing. A bit steep for my taste, but the quality is great!

I had their hot chocolate with almond milk! So good! They had other choices like hemp milk and regular milk too. Great place to study and work on your laptop. Clean gender neutral bathrooms! Indoor and outdoor seating. Places to put your bike too!

Wasnt bad but not great either. The largest coffee was TINY for the price and not any better than most. Some of their items are unique which is the edge they are trying to market but it is just not good enough for the prices and their large being like a kiddie size. The ambience is nice and clean but comes across drab at the same time. The service is friendly enough once they acknowledge you and start your order but until then its as if you dont exist. Overall unfriendly and awkwardly silent from entrance until order, no music to take off the edge. Employees demeanor were overly serious, cold, and dismissive. Not a single smile or sense of fun/happiness observed of any employee during visit. Lots of room for improvement.

There is parking in the back if you know where to find it. Pretty spacious area with inside and covered outdoor seating. Made a pretty decent cappuccino. Would go back but maybe try just a regular coffee. Friendly service and quick service. Definitely worth a try!

The baristas here are friendly and accommodating. Being near TCU, I noticed lots of people at the tables with laptops and study gear. The atmosphere was chill and unpretentious, and of course the coffee is amazing!! My favorite drink is the iced mocha with coconut milk (they do also offer hemp, soy and almond milk as alternatives). The espresso is rich and slightly nutty to me. Perfect place to stay awhile or grab a quick drink to go!

Went to study and a worker (Austin I think his name was) brought me a black coffee when he noticed I didn’t buy anything. Really nice gesture! Makes me feel welcomed and not like they just want my business. Definitely coming back and buying something next time.

Cool space, good coffee. My friend raves about their lavender scone, but I didn’t get to try it this time ^^ We were just stopping in but many patrons seemed like they stayed for hours on their laptops or meeting with friends.The door is a little easy to miss but follow the scent of coffee and it’ll take you down a long hallway to the cafe.

GREAT place to get some work or studying done, it is very quiet and clean. This location is lacking some of the social and fun vibe that the Magnolia location has, but as a remote work person this location works very well, plenty of outlets. The coffee is really strong, with sometimes a punch you in the face robust flavor.

Avoca coffee is hands down some of the best coffee Ive ever had and its always consistent at each place I have it. Delicious and creamy lattes and the decaf is also an absolute delight.

The baristas are so sweet. I always get the New Orleans Style - such a simple, delicious drink.

Best coffee l have had in a long time and it is freshly roasted locally. My daughter compares it favorably with the Heart coffee shop in Portland OR. The hemp milk was particularly interesting. So was the Cortado, served in a shot glass.

This is the kind of shop that becomes your local haunt. I work remotely and spend most of my days at Avoca chatting with the staff and enjoying the quiet setting. The staff is amazing and the hemp milk mocha frees me from the restrictions of lactose senstivity. Try out the cream cheese muffin.

I actually was only able to drink water while I went, but my friends said the espresso based drinks were very good. Awesome atmosphere and spacious. Nice patio area with good seating as well.

Excellent coffee that is enjoyable black. They do have a variety of espresso drinks as well. The atmosphere was pleasant. It was crowded with people on laptops. The space is fairly small and parking limited.

I absolutely love Avoca. Came on a pretty calm Saturday and had a latte while doing some research. Their coffee is top notch and the location is much calmer than the one on magnolia

Favorite place for coffee in Fort Worth by far. Everyone who works here has great energy about them and its contagious throughout the environment. Damn good coffee and way better than stopping at one of the many overrated Starbucks nearby (so please stay away if the impersonal, overcrowded, basic, subpar coffee shop is your preference).

Best coffee I have had in Texas so far. Cold Brew is amazing. I havent had their food yet, but it all looks good too.

This location is the second installment of the infamous Avoca coffee roasters we first came to know from the Fairmount District, so you can expect the same level of wonderful experience and quality of coffee drinks here as well. On the plus side, this location is slightly smaller and fewer people know about it, so its slightly quieter here compared to the Magnolia location. All in all, this place provides a delightful coffee shop experience, which is a fresh breath of air as compared to most mainstream venues like Starbucks.

Great coffee, eats and great wi-fi. Unlike the other Avoca this one provides self-serve water from a fountain. I wish they didnt keep it so cold and itd be nice if they had slightly more eats and offered a different cake!

Found my Starbucks replacement. This place has the hip artsy atmosphere that Starbucks has lost. Great coffee, their bagels are real bagles, not a hamburger bun with a hole in it. Great service and friendly with a young hip clientele. Its quiet and it has great a internet connection. I will be using this place for work when my apartment gets too noisy. Great place to study too. Good riddance Starbucks!

I had a wonderful New Orleans Cold Brew while visiting Fort Worth. The baristas were super friendly and also suggested places to visit nearby. I would definitely visit Avoca again!

I tried to order two espressos to go for my 8 hour road trip and was informed that the owner does not allow espresso for to go orders. He feels espresso should be consumed within the first 10 minutes after brewed and will only allow of expressos for dine in.Keep your expresso buddy, you lost a customer.

Yesterday I came in and ordered a cortado and a cappuccino. The cortado seemed on the small side and the cappuccino was quite large. The coffee was good, despite the odd sizing. We asked the barista if their retail Ethiopian was a washed or natural because it didnt say it on the bag. They told us it was a washed coffee, but when we brewed it this morning we realized it was a natural coffee - not what we were looking for. For a shop that roasts all their own coffee, it was disappointing that they werent better educated on their own product.

Were from out of town and found #Avoca while walking in the rain. Employees were very nice, coffee was delicious and you get pictures in your coffee foam.

Friendly Staff and quick service. Plenty of seating inside and out on the patio. Parking in the front of the building can be difficult at times, but there is a parking lot in the back of the building that is usually available.

Cool little coffee shop great alternative to your run-of-the-mill hipster coffee chains. Like you know the one... Rymes with par schmucks ;) they offer a great cortado!

I have been to Avoca a lot and while it is definitely better than chain coffee shops, it is just an average cup of coffee to me.

This is my favorite coffee in the DFW area. The baristas are very good here, and are quite friendly too. Anytime Im in Fort Worth I always try to stop at Avoca because its just such good coffee. If youre looking to try new things, ask for hemp milk in your coffee, I think it has a really interesting taste to it!

Avoca, as an artisnal coffee roaster, seems to craft the gold-standard for coffee in the region -- and this is their second location. Nice ambiance, some covered outdoor seating as well as plenty inside, and as always, the most expertly crafted cup o joe youll find around. They also have teas and some other misc of course, but get yourself an espresso, straight, of each roast to really enjoy how varied they get! Avoca espresso comes with as much variety and character as wine does!

First time here and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. We ordered the chai latte and iced mocha, enjoyed both.

If I lived in Fort Worth, I would be here all the time, studying and drinking great coffee. Great space and ambience.

No doubt the best coffee around West 7th. Lots of seating space, friendly baristas and nice atmosphere. The pastries selection is not up to the level of everything else.
