If you’re a coffee lover this is a perfect place. If you love ordering flavored/sweeter lattes or frappes- this is also perfect for you! They have a long list of signature lattes including a Samoa cookie flavored latte which is what I ordered.The employees were so vibrant and kind. My husband and I ordered a 20 oz frappe & 16 oz iced Samoa latte with an extra shot and it was about $12 before tip. Not bad at all!

Big coffee shop with outdoor seating patio, regular coffee indoor seating, with a bar in the back. The price was worth the cost and the drinks tasted amazing. Definitely will be coming back here everytime I come to Fort Worth.

Best coffee in Fort Worth with the best people. Ive been coming here since they opened and hands down they have the best drinks. Additionally, their customer service is through the roof great. The minute you walk in the door they have a smile on their face with a how are you today? Beyond that, they have built an interesting concept with their nightlife. On the weekends after having your Ampersand coffee during the week, come out for a night of fun with your friends where Ampersand turns into one of the best nightclubs in town. Great staff, amazing DJs and never a cover. Highly recommend. A++

I went here about a month ago because I thought the name was cool. Did not disappoint! There were not many people in the back space. There’s tables and a bar and spots for working or relaxing. The vibe was super chill and the lights were dim and soothing. The coffee was delicious and strong but not overpowering. The service was excellent and everyone was super nice and helpful with questions I had about the menu.

A must visit local coffee shop in Fort Worth. Great hospitality. Great service. Most importantly great drinks. Plus, there’s a party in the back on the weekends. What’s not to love!?

Whenever I visit a new city, I love to check out the local, independent coffee shops. I’m so glad I found Ampersand. If I was here longer, my goal would be to try every drink on the menu. I had the lavender vanilla latte the first day. So delicious. I would have liked a smidge more lavender as it was subtle but that’s my personal taste. Today I had the amazing Black Rose latte. Locals, you are very lucky to have this café in your city!

I was staying at a hotel right by here. I stopped in on my way in to work today and really enjoyed my Americano. The staff were also super friendly especially considering I walked in right after they opened.

This is definitely a coffee shop with some personality! Walking in I didnt expect for the space to open up the way it does but its nice you get past the front theres a whole lounge with a fully-equipped bar in the back!I ended up getting a Matcha Doodle which is a unique spin on on snickerdoodle and matcha which I ended up really enjoying. The baristas were really dope! Very informative and fun.I love the are because its walking distance from bars in the area so I can see a trip here potentially becoming a bar hopping situation.

Ampersand is a beautifully furnished coffee shop and bar crafting some really creative and dazzling drinks. They make some unique specialty coffee drinks, some with booze, and all are so delicious. I recommend their cocktail drink with mocha and mint.

Just wanted a dessert after dinner and enjoyed an impromptu stop at a coffee/smoothie/bar last night. Great smoothies (I had a PinaColada), very good coffee, and entertaining staff. The barrista was prompted to surprise one of our party with a surprise flavor smoothie and the result was delicious. We even got to enjoy some of the delicious jazz music eminating out of the actual bar area while we sipped our drinks at a picnic table out front. They apparently have started this jazz on Wednesday nights. Wish I were in the area longer just to get more of that!

Wow. What a cool spot. Have been wanting to come for a few months and we were excited to see they were finally open! They have an incredible layout and setup. The folks are super friendly and they use some high quality ingredients, and roast their own beans to boot. At night it turns into a dance club and bar. It’s too cool. The setting is cozy and the music is quality.

I manage a small doctors office and am always looking for ways to praise my employees. We tried this place for the first time, IT. WAS. AMAZING.!!!!! We got Nutella Frappe, Caramel Frappe, and Oreo Frappe. They were so good. This will be our go to when we need our 3pm pick me up!!!!!

Attractive façade, nice porch area, nicely-done interior, ample seating on patio and in the back (may I was there when it just wasnt crowded), delicious drinks. Pastry and croissant selection are paltry, average-tasting and probably overpriced. Staff seem mixed, either eager to please or as though the customer is a bother. Customers mostly seem to be the 20s/30s obnoxious yuppie-hipster (yupster) crowd. (Im in my 30s but cant exactly relate.) I recommend that you come, enjoy a cappuccino and just enjoy the patio.

I ordered a Americano. Water to coffee ratio is about medium if you like it stronger ask for less water which is how I ordered it so it was perfect. A great cup of coffee I forgot to look at the roaster.Fantastic customer service the girls that were working all had a great sense of humor. There were a couple other restaurants right next door but didnt check any of those out, but worth a visit for coffee and taco date.

Was looking for the perfect Irish coffee to warm our spirits on a cold January day in Fort Worth. Visited the Ampersand on Bledsoe and ordered the Caskmates Campfire and the Cup of the Irish. The dusting of cinnamon perfected the Cup of the Irish ... both selections were amazing!

This place is so cute.Cafe in the front, bar in the back, photozones in almost every angleThey have a lot of interesting latte options which makes you want to come back to try them all. The hazelnut turmeric latte was good. It definitely had the golden haze of a turmeric beverage. Ive only had golden milk as a turmeric drink so referenced to that i didnt really taste the turmeric..or hazelnut. The drink still tasted satisfying and different from other lattes ive had around town.The mango smoothie was the unassuming star. It tastes like they blended up an entire frozen mango and nothing else. It was fresh tasting and not too sweet while still being a smoothie. The peach one was sold out at the time so that may be good too.The croissant: so buttery, so good. The turkey: really good. Overall it consisted of simple but great ingredients which made a naturally satisfying sandwich sort of like the simple baguette sandwiches sold at mom and pop bakeries in paris.The restrooms are cute. They would be even cooler if the locks would work easier. Seating in the front is scarce but the back bar area is available during the day for extra seating. There is an unpaved parking lot behind the building that is free.

Got a Cinnilla coffee which tastes like a churro, sooo gewddd and I also tried a strawberry banana smoothie which was so flavorful and delicious, a bit sweet but so good.For all you IG models, it’s very cool and aesthetic so you can take cool pics of your coffee and what not hahaI love going further inside where it’s got a bar with dope vibe and music.Honestly never been to a coffee shop like this...and I loved it!

Excellent coffee, friendly staff, clean shop. It’s on the smaller side (not a couch filled coffee shop, if that’s what you’re looking for) but they’ve got lots of bar stools seating at the window, with great light. They have a great deck for extra seating, too. Highly recommend! I will definitely be a returning customer.

My husband and I love looking up new, innovative places to grab some espresso. Its our first morning here in Fort Worth and the baristas here made it a good one. Personable, knowledgeable, and definitely patient while I browsed their unique selections of espresso mixtures. Ultimately I went with a hazelnut mocha with Turmeric. Yes, thats right. Turmeric. I never would have thought to add that to a drink but man, oh man, is it delicious!

The coffee the wife and I had was great! We were slightly disappointed in the lack of food options but definitely recommend going here for the coffee.

Delicious latte and beautiful space. I enjoyed a business meeting here the other morning and it was nice and quiet. Plus the bar area was open and we had plenty of space to spread out and chat. I will be coming back! Especially since there were several dogs inside and it seems to be a dog friendly establishment. How cool!

Finally made it to the West 7th area location. I was shocked at how small the coffee area is and wish it were much larger. The area felt very crammed and when a line formed there was little space. Even the employees seemed a bit tight. The back room is very dark and includes a large bar. In the evening it turns into a club and it most definitely shows. The tables and chairs are extremely worn as a result and I personally would not want to return to that. College students may like this atmosphere but it is not for me.As for the coffee I chose the snickerdoodle latte. The first few sips were delicious but the sweeetness soon took over and it was overly sweet and I could only drink half. My husband had a honey latte with half sweetness and it was overLy sweet for him. They use Nature nates honey which is good, however, I it would be nice to see a loccal honey being used.They have a ssecond location that seems to be focused as a coffee shop and not a night club which may be more enjoyable.

Great coffee!! Probably one of the best lattes I’ve had in a long while. Definitely way better than Starbucks. You can taste the time and craft that went into making each drink. Prices are about the same as Starbucks but I rather support local craft shops and hope you do the same!

First time in & I was very impressed with the menu. It was hard to decide but went with my go-to Dirty Chai-Did not disappoint! So delicious! The employees all had masks on & there was Plexiglas separating customers from workers. I appreciated that. We sat on the patio because it was a beautiful day but the inside looked really cool. Will definitely be back

Worked out at la fitness and then decided to try a drink at ampersand. I took the guys advice on a decaf hazel nut breve. Wow! So good!

This place was very nice on the outside and inside. The outside had a black and white theme while the inside had like pink and black inside. The atmosphere inside was very calming a perfect place to hangout with friends or to chill alone. The place doesnt have very bright lighting or much natural light inside so its hard to study inside. The drink I got was the snickerdoodle latte. It was very sweet I wish it was a little less sweet I couldnt really taste much of the cinnamon. The staff was really nice. This place was very nice and cozy I would come again!!

Ampersand is my new favorite coffee house -- its small when the patio is closed due to weather, but they make awesome drinks and its pretty nice when the weather cooperates :-) Coffee and all sorts of creative caffeinated drinks abound, and are all very well crafted. The boozy drinks are also quite creative if you like mixing your vices! Parking in the rear is actually hidden enough that its never been full for me.

Coffee is as great as expected. Efficient service.

If you’re into unique and classy coffee, Ampersand is the place to go. There is a great variety of drinks to choose from. My favorite drink is Black Honey. It’s a latte flavored with activated charcoal and honey. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. And, the cafe has indoor and outdoor seating, which is very nice!

I tried this place out on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered a doppio cortado, which was the perfect balance of smooth-coffee-bold-goodness. I like the location and environment of this cute coffee shop, I especially appreciate the patio that boasted a fresh lumber scent from the bench & bar.The volume of the music created an atmosphere that was less then hospitable to a productive studying session. Keep that in mind if youre looking for your new favorite study spot and have troubles focusing with loud music going on in the background like me.Cheers ♥️

This is my regular coffee shop for a reason. Every time I come in, whomever is behind the counter is cheerful & helpful. If not tending to another guest, they’re polite & create genuine conversation with you, as they’re making your drink. The place is always clean, even the restrooms! The front is bright, open & airy, while the back end is dim, cozy & chill. The atmosphere is so comforting & everyone’s so respectful of others around them. Can’t wait til COVID fades away, I miss the secret club/bar on weekends, it’s the best near 7th!

They took a risk to try something different and it has come to fruition in a place that is not only a good idea but also does everything extremely well. Depending on the time and weather, your experience at Ampersand can be completely different, from hanging out with dogs and a group of friends on the patio, having a great cup of coffee and intimate conversation with a friend indoors, or venturing through the geometrically mysterious wooden doors to have an awesome time after hours. I recommend going back multiple times to experience all the different facets contained in Ampersand that make it a truly unique space!

This is about my favorite little coffee shop. Each of the baristas are so personable and treat customers as friends. Each drink I have had there has been made to perfection, usually tweaked just to my particular tastes. Often they offer fabulous suggestions as they have gotten to know my likes. Its a great place with nice atmosphere to hang out alone or with friends. The background music is the perfect volume, not too loud.

Delicious coffee and a fun feel! Ampersand became my #1 coffee place in Fort Worth on the first visit. I like that they have seasonal drinks because I never know what flavors to add. They also have good deals if you sign up for their rewards/texts.

I love the atmosphere of this place! Their knowledge of coffee is amazing. My favorite drink would have to be the RFME. It literally is the reason for my existence. The only problem is the parking but that’s just a sad fact of this area of town. You definitely need to check it out though!

What a gem of a place, I enjoyed my iced coffee but Im excited to come back in the winter to try something more traditional, its a tiny space but manages to still be a nice spot for a quick study session or for a good book. The staff are engaging and care for the city and customers, makes an all around great experience. Love how close it is to the museums!
