Terribly unprofessional. The lady that answered the phone was awful to me, and told me that I couldn’t get a quote for cabinets because I didn’t own the company I work for. She then transferred me to a sales agent, she apologized but it was one of “I’m apologizing because I have to” I still sent them plans of the house and what I was looking for and never heard back. We will be happy to take our business elsewhere.

When we first heard about C&S cabinets I assumed it was like any other cabinet company, boy was I wrong! This family owned and operated business is top notch from top to bottom! From Dale to John to Rachel, I always get my orders on time every time ( 20+). I have no issues with recommending this outfit to anyone. We need more companies like this!

I sent a request for a quote. No response. I visited their showroom and I did not receive good service. It seemed like no one was interested in helping me. I finally tslked to Dale. Told them what I wanted, even gave them a list of cabinet with sizes. Its been some time now snd still no response from these people.

Awesome service and great craftsmanship, I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 and have yet to be have let down. Keep up the great work !!!!!
