**update**The company did come out and remove the grout that was cracking and replaced it with caulk. They were also willing to install a new floor and discount it about 30% which was a very nice gesture. I decided to not proceed with a new floor and they then offered to refund me some money due to the damage. In the end I can say that I am overall happy with the project and that once we got a few wrinkles ironed out things turned out nice. I do appreciate the good communication they demonstrated throughout the process.**update** The backsplash installers used grout along the tile to counter joint. I didnt notice grout was used vs caulk until multiple cracks began to appear.Price was competitive.However, the backsplash installers did damage my floor when they moved the stove back against the wall.

GREAT experience! I had relatively minor damage (my vinyl “wood” floor was destroyed and my lower kitchen cabinets were damaged) from the freezing storm this February and first had a terrible experience dealing with a different company. Because my job was not really a big one, no one wanted to give me the time of day.A friend of mine told about modish designs and got me in touch with the Owner. In spite of the fact that modish was just as busy as everyone else, he treated me like I was equally important as a 100k job. Not only did Modish end up saving me about 30% over the previous company I dealt with but he finished at least a month before the other company would have.Great prices, great work, great company.Highly recommend.

We recently did a remodel of our home and were very satisfied with the work done. We had new carpet and wood flooring installed throughout the house and the work was done quickly and looks fantastic. We also had 2 bathrooms remodeled and couldnt be happier with the work.From explaining the process to helping pick the materials, these guys were awesome. We had everything completed within about 3 weeks time, which was really surprising with the amount of work we had done. Thanks to Patrick and Alfredo from Floor N More... We tiled a kitchen and breakfast area, with adjoining hall, laundry room, guest bathroom, etc. Approximately 350 sf. The overall experience as excellent.Patrick was very informative and honest in discussion our tile flooring options, the advantages of different materials, and installation considerations. I was impressed with their material prices, and their installation charges. Very competitive. We will use them again for other properties.Alfredo installed the tile, and I cannot say enough about his workmanship, attention to details, cleanup, desire to do a good job, and his attitude. Adam and his team renovated our entire house, including placing engineered hardwood throughout first floor as well as carpeting upstairs. I was initially even skeptical at the low price quoted which included installation, especially compared with three other quotes which were significantly higher. However, his team was able to finish the job in record time, without compromising on quality. I get complements all the time on my floors and carpet, and have since used him on other projects with the same efficiency and excellent quality.

I just had new carpet installed throughout my house, and couldnt be happier, from the first appointment when Patrick came to my house to the installers (which were absolutely amazing), to the finished job. Very professional, cleaned up when through, hauling off the old carpet. Couldnt be happier, I love, love, love, my new carpet!! They just did a complete master bathroom remodel for us and did a great job ! The prices were very reasonable. the quality of all the supplies were good and all the workers were wonderful. I am definitly going to use them again for my spare bathroom.

They did a excellent job! Worth every penny! The work crew they sent was very good guys. They are very good at what they do. They removed existing flooring and installed hardwoods. I even messed up on the final day when they finished and I accidentally got two foot prints on the front door area. They sent out guys to fix my goof. I would highly recommend them an dwould use them again with out a doubt.

They just finished installing my solid wood floors through out the house, the floors looks amazing and the installers did a great job. the price was very reasonable and they beat 2 other bids that we had without even knowing it, i highly recommend Floor N More.
