Extremely upsetting! My payment cleared my bank not once BUT twice! My bank confirmed there are no pending charges. Yet this place is stating that their third party payment vendor hasn’t released the funds. Now this was an ACH which is basically cash. I get text message updates, but No phone call to tell me that they haven’t been able to solve the issue with their payment vendor. Now my appliances will not be delivered. Again how is that my issue?! Why hasn’t the management contacted me directly?! Yet They deducted the payment twice from my account! I have a new house with no refrigerator or washer/dryer. The fact that $8K has been taken from me and I cannot get my appliances has to be the worst place to buy from. Definitely do not feel they value my purchase and have not taken any extreme measures to ensure they correct the issue with their payment vendor.

Fantastic experience. Our salesman was Alfredo and greeted us the moment we walked in. We were gathering info and prices for our new home. We drove two hours to see what “the big city” dealers could do. He spent about an hour and a half walking us through all options. We planned on visiting two more large competitors in the area. That was a waste of time. We went back in the afternoon and bought our entire house of appliances from them. Excellent prices and super easy purchase. We even bought a mattress!! We had no plans of buying everything today but felt so comfortable about the situation and the prices and the experience that we just bought it all. Very very very pleased with TEXAS appliance and Alfredo. Ask for Alfredo and he will take great care of you.

By far worst experience I have had dealing with a retailer. Missing parts, damaged merchandise on delivery and fridge went out within two weeks. Had to take off work multiple times to to get items installed due to missing parts. Very very disappointed. Would never use them again and strongly encourage others not to as well.

I am a return customer though it has been a bit (1998) when had my kitchen remodeled and bought KitchenAid appliances through Texas Appliance. When I sold the house a year ago, all were still functioning well. My friend, Drew Brown, now works for Texas Appliance and I needed a new mattress, so thought of Drew and his new position. He is very happy to be at Texas Appliance and his enthusiasm for his job makes the shopping experience more enjoyable. Plus all the other employees were helpful and friendly as well.

So originally I gave 5 stars, but Im changing my mind. I paid for installation and my dishwasher is still not connected. They came with the wrong hose/connect and I havent been able to get them back to my house. They came unannounced the next business day and of course no one was home. And they left the big empty box my dishwasher came in.

I walked in with my wife yesterday. Was greeted and pointed in the direction of the washing machines by an employee. He said he would help us momentarily. 10 minutes later we left with no help. There were ample employees and the store wasnt very busy. I guess its because we are in our early 20s and they assumed we did not have a lot of money. But we went to a different store, got helped immediately and paid cash.

Ask for Mark. We were needing kitchen appliances for our new house and our salesman was Mark. He was very knowledgeable abt all the carriers and the different appliances. His knowledge saved us valuable time. He spent several hours with us, he didn’t rush us and he took interest in what we were looking for and the price he found was reasonable and within our budget. We left for lunch to give him time to research and when we got back he went through every item for the kitchen and I got the color white which was difficult to find on my own and it will look better in our kitchen than silver. I have never met a better sales person in my life. Very professional and humbled. We live in Odessa Tx and we would come back to again to see him.

The prices are competitive. And more importantly they know their business and want to help. Lowes can not say that. They were not knowledgeable or they ignored us.

Five weeks and $15K later - nothing. Not even an update from the salesperson, Will H. We stopped by two weeks ago and he blew us off with no projected timeline for delivery. Will be asking for a full refund today. Truly disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Everything we bought was delivered, either broken, wrong color, floor model(paid for new) or missing parts. I felt lied to and cheated about everything I bought from them. I warn you not to try your luck with a positive experience, you will be disappointed.

My wife and I went to Texas Appliance to purchase a refrigerator, washer and dryer. Do to circumstances beyond their control (US shutdown) they did not have a huge selection of refrigerators available. We did have a choice though (they werent completely out!) that we were happy with. Tim was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We did end up buying a new refrigerator, washer and dryer, and two mattresses. We left feeling very satisfied that we went to Texas Appliance.Update 12/2020I have to say the after sale customer service is terrible. It took 2 months to get the correct mattress bases for our bed. First they delivered the wrong size when they delivered the bed, then a month latter I received 1, (our bed requires 2). Another months to get the second one.By chance I called to check the status and was told the delivery was going to be the next day. Well I had to work and my wife has a mid day appointment so I requested an afternoon delivery. Okay, I will give them the message, I was told. Well, the next morning I get a call, You are scheduled for delivery today between 9 am and 1 pm. I said that no one was going to be there until after 12:30. My wife called, told them no one is going to be there until after 12:30. She was told there was nothing they could do. She spoke to the store manager who is absolutely worthless. The delivery driver will call before they arrive we were told. The last two deliveries we received, there were no phone calls. They told us they were not given a phone number to call. They ended up calling me @ 2:45 and said they were on the way. After my wife had to cancel her appointment that she made 3 months prior.If I hadnt by chance called to check to get a status update, we would not have known they were going to deliver that day and no one would have been home.Texas Appliance has no problem taking your money, but forget about anything after that.

They greeted us quickly and were very helpful with finding what we wanted. We were even able to take it home after checkout. They helped load and off we went.

Sales guy was very helpful and friendly. Also he gave me $100 off the price @ check out without me asking. That was impressive.

Quick and easy

Great service and I was surprised at how low the price was for the refrigerator I purchased. I searched prices at the big box stores and none of them were as low as what I found at Texas Appliance. Also they had the one I wanted in stock at their warehouse where everything i had considered elsewhere was back ordered anywhere from 1 to 3 months.

When we decided to purchase a second refrigerator for our garage we went to Texas Appliance based on the great experience we had with them two years ago when we purchased our kitchen appliances. This time was no different. Cory found us the refrigerator we were looking for and at an excellent price. He was professional and took care of business quickly over the phone. We look forward to doing business with them again as we start to plan our next project, an outdoor kitchen.

Awful customer service from Andrew in Bryant Irvin, Fort Worth store. Bought an inexpensive dishwasher for my rental. When tried to install it would not work. Called today to see what my options would be in a black Dishwasher and there were none which I understand. I tried to get from this person some options that would still have some black on it and he was like I don’t have time to give you the options. Looking at their website is useless because it won’t tell you if items are in stock or not. Will be returning this and looking for some other place to get a Dishwasher and friendly customer service.

Very nice, quick solution to a dead washer. Though the computer system crashed, had great conversation and looked around while waiting for it to come back up. Though would have liked an earlier installation. These are busy times. They will try to reschedule earlier if possible. To heck with the Big Box stores, this is where I will get my appliances.

Found appliances I needed online, compared prices. Texas Appliance was very competitively priced. Would always rather do business with a locally owned business. I made 1 call spoke to Will, he called back in 5 minutes, I told him what we wanted. Paid and my new Kitchen appliance package will be delivered and installed next Tuesday. It could not have been easier.

Texas appliance has done it again. Two weeks ago our daughter needed a refrigerator fast! Wayne and his crew worked to make sure she got a great deal and the perfect fridge for her needs. Followed by a speedy and no hassle delivery and disposal of the old one. So, when our 16 year old fridge went out we returned to purchase one for us.
