I looked around at the furniture for about 15 minutes without being helped or assisted with service. It was hard to even locate the desk to even seek help its ducked off in the back. Once receiving service everything was fast and simple when checking out. Other than that there is a decent amount of good furniture for reasonable prices if youre on a budget. Also they have a used furniture section upstairs for a cheaper price than most retailers still in good condition. With the used furniture it becomes discounted every week if someone hasnt claimed it yet. I would suggest going in store to view the selection per seeing other reviews stating problems about not receiving correct products and inventory is different from online selection.Update : my delivery was correct and delivered 2 days later . I’ve seen other reviews about delivery mishaps, so you may get lucky and get the one you actually night .

Not the same T-Mart as in back in the day T-Mart! So dont look for that experience, product, Gems. You will be greeted by stares and silence. They pick out the good they get from around and about and sell you over priced JUNK. that business approach is not successful. its not the same Forth Worth period! Its like an invasion or something. And the jewelry! OMG! its the same jewelry from 1995 😳. That really broke my heart! Guess the glory days are long in the past. 😒

In the time of Covid, Im trying to purchase furniture that will be delivered to a nursing home and Im doing this remotely from 2.5 hours away. The worst! I bought a mattress from T mart brand new out the box. I waited 5 days to sleep on the mattress to make sure its was inflated completely and the chemicals were out. Slept on the mattress for a couple of days but I started to itch all over. I thought maybe the sheets on the bed were the problem, so we replaced all the sheets with new ones and tried sleeping on it again. A couple more days went by and again I was itchy all over even in my hair. I bought a topper and even within a week I started to itch again after that. I have rashes over my body from the mattress so I called the store to report and see if i could exchange. Of course, because of covid they are not willing to do a return NOR and exchange on the mattress so they recieved free money for a mattress. Then she stated she was not getting any complaints on the mattress from other customers. I am not other customers and they probably didnt buy this same mattress Im sure. I also had my parents over and I let them sit on the bed and after sitting for about 10 mins, they started to feel itchy without me telling them the issue I was having. Smh. Never again!.POS

I came in a few days ago and although it was packed Melissa took the time to help me find a bedroom set that was right within my budget and to my liking! She was so patient and made me feel as if her only interest was getting what made me happy and had me satisfied. No pressure and totally honest. I am in love with my bedroom set and will definitely will be back for more stuff!

I ordered a twin mattress set for my daughters birthday (paid in full, including delivery charges) to be delivered on a Thursday. I called at 4:30 to check the status and was told it would still be delivered by 8:30. Never came, no call, nothing... I called them Friday morning and was told the truck had not arrived with my order the day before, but it was there now and I would definitely receive it by 8:30 pm. Again I called at 4:30 to check the status... told it would be delivered, not to worry. Ok... called AGAIN at 7:30 and was told it was on Joses truck and he would be contacting me shortly. No call, no show.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, not to mention my daughters surprise new room was completely ruined. Dont buy from this company. I wonder how they would feel if any of them received this type of service? I guess they just dont care.. :(

The furniture itself is fine, lots to choose from. However after repeated attempts to pick up my furniture order they told me it was out of stock and offered store credit or a full refund. I decided to pick something else. When I went to pick that up they were helpful with loading it. Once home I put it together and it was the wrong one. Now I have to pay a restocking fee and bring the furniture back. Basically their communication is lacking and service is subpar.

I went in today and yessica was awesome! She was very attentive and was able to get me a great deal on some bunk beds with mattresses for my kids; I didn’t spend more than $350 that was including delivery and set up!!! Definitely recommend them. Thank you Yessica😁👍🏻

I called this place to see if they had a daybed. They gave me one price on the phone. When I visited the store, they tried to make me believe that the price that was quoted to me on the phone and I had seen online not was the price that had been there all the time and had not been changed and increased. I was ready to purchase furniture but I will not deal with such deceptiveness

After my husband went in and was RUDE, the guy Josh made everything ok with an calming attitude. I applaud him because that is what you called remarkable customer satisfaction! Delivery was quick, and the process was overall easy. The only issue I had, however, is that its been difficult for me to navigate the website and app. I wanted to alter my payment plan so I could pay sooner, but the formatting could be improved for future reference. I would definitely do business again with them.

So we resent it back just to be brought once again the wrong table !!! I also had to keep calling and asking what time the CORRECT table will be delivered and they would give me such a gapped out time frame . You would think if they have messed up 3xs they would put you on the priority list but they didn’t. And once they did bring the correct table it was out of the box and looked like it was the display table .

Theyre a good company and easy to work with but its a major setback that you cant get anybody on the phone when you call. Its like impossible. Meanwhile, my order was incomplete when they brought my furniture and all they could say was that well bring it on a later date and I havent heard anything back from anyone. This has been almost a week ago. Somebody needs to always be there to answer the phone because this is important. And my stuff isnt leased. We paid cash, so Id like my chest one day....

I called T-Mart early Wednesday morning to look for a dresser & bed. Melissa was so helpful when i called to ask questions. When i arrived that evening to look around, Melissa helped me then as well! I found what I was looking for & for my budget! I will definitely be back & hopefully Melissa is here when I do.

I went to the jewelry department. They are good and have Reasonable prices for ring sizes weather going up are down on your rings sizes. Plus you can wait for your jewelry repairs.

Cheap delivery....as far as not adding fees for difficult deliveries.If theres any safe possible way to get it through your door...theyve got a few guys who will do it. most of the time they will accept your credit card, and they sometimes have very interesting inexpensive used furniture and are usually a few dollars cheaper than anyone else.

I have tried to get someone to tighten my table I am paying on for almost a year now! I get the run around and get told they will call me back! But they don’t! This is ridiculous! I paid for delivery and set up. I talked to someone about the table being loose the same week and I was told someone would come to fix it! They did not! Last month I called to explain my issue once again and I was told they would call me back! Never got a call back! I called today and finally got an answer! Option one I can take it to them so they can fix it! I dont have a truck I paid for delivery for a reason! Option two: borrow a tool to do it myself! Once again I paid for assembly because I am not aware of how to assemble furniture! This should have been handled a year ago! They don’t care About quality or customers! They just want your money!

I went yesterday to Tmart to purchase a twin bed and Im very satisfied with the experience. The sales lady was quick to help me and everyone in the store was very friendly. I pulled my truck around back and two gentleman loaded the items and tied down the box spring and mattress. This was my first time at the store and will differently go back again.

I recently called and visited this T-Mart location. I must say both my experiences with Melissa and their manager Jose were great. I had all my questions answered and even purchased a sectional with them. I will definitely recommend coming to them for all your funiture needs.

Great people to help you and great prices. Just one thing that is not settling well with me right now. I have had my sectional for six months now and one month after I had it delivered one of the back braces came loose. I called them about it and they said yes they can take care of it but it may take some time cuz they are in the middle of Tax Return season. I understood and waited. That was March when I called. It is now August and I still have had anything done about it. I called a few times and they said the manager will get back to me. I have yet to hear from him. If you want quality than you may want to spend a little more money elsewhere. If they get back to me and get it fixed than I will update this review and let you know how quick they got to it. Other than that I probably wouldnt recommend this place to anyone as of yet.

Great experience. Very good prices. Honestly the best prices I could find in a real store, (not internet with no faces, and nobody to voice concerns to), I may have ever found. I bought a bunk bed set, with mattresses, for well under a grand! And they are nice! Good directions for assembly, nice construction, my kiddo loves it and I can see that it will last for a long time. The delivery guys were super nice, and even brought it all the way upstairs for me (bad knees and a doggone heavy box) to his room, which was much appreciated. I tipped them well (I hope), and I couldnt be happier!
