I used their parts kit for a Bridgeport 2j head rebuild. Everything worked great and the machine works like new! I had to call their customer service line for a post-rebuild vibration issue. Heather told me exactly what to do, and it worked perfectly! They saved me hours of debugging time with their website and a phone call. I wish every company was like this.

The H&W Machine Team are incredible.the support from these guys/girls are incredible.If i could afford to ship/repair my Bridgeport mill there i would in a second. the parts are always in stock, pricing is great! and again the team there is fantastic. i have spend a few bucks there and i get treated like i spend 1000$s of dollars there.keep it up H&W Team!

Their service, quality of parts, and price are good. My complaint is they really ripped me on shipping.I checked the shipping price through USPS and the cost was about half of what they charged me.A one pound package, very small box was $23.69 from Indiana to California. I guess the handling was the expensive part, or UPS. At this point I am very reluctant to purchase anything else from their great catalog.

I sent my Bridgeport Milling Machine Head to H&W for a rebuild. I was treated like Royalty. I spoke to Debbi on a couple of occasions and she was outstanding in answering my queries and providing a clear path forward in the rebuild process. The crating that they built was outstanding. I live in a remote Canadian community and the cartage can sometimes be crude. It arrived in pristine condition. Thanks H&W

Virginia is an amazing and patient rep who tirelessly took all my questions in email and passed them back and forth between the mechanics. Barry and and the rest of the rest of the mechanical staff rebuilt my machine to a better than new state. I would (and will) go back to H&W for anything I ever need in the future!

I bought a 1963 Bridgeport J Head that was in need of some serious TLC. The folks at H&W were great to work with. Parts I bought through them were great. Customer telephone support is also very good. Cant say enough about the company.
