My national sales person did not communicate to me at all through the process I’m very disappointed in United rentals

The staff in the front office were extremely accommodating (Vic). Preston in the shop was also very helpful in finding parts and hooking up the trailer to our truck as well as showing me the in and outs of the equipment that I rented. Thanks guys, you are a breath of fresh air in a world full terrible customer service.

[PLEASE READ] While the lift we used could have had a better battery, this company DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY SAFETY HARNESSES. Being a certified forklift operator and not receiving one is very concerning. WILL NOT be renting from here until something changes about that. 25+ feet up and no harness? Sorry but no. Safety SHOULD ALWAYS BE #1 shame on you united rentals.

Delivered here they have a spot out front in the parking lot by the road out of the way that you can park. They are in by 6am thru the week. Great group of guys very friendly, clean facility.
