We had a foreign built CNC saw that had a processor fail. The machine builder gave us one option: purchase a new processor for $20,000+ dollars. ENI had us send the board to them and within three days we had it repaired and back in the machine for less than $800. Couldnt be happier with the customer service or work that was done; very professional and prompt.

Mr Landrum wanted something done basically for free because he thought he was told that on the phone.

Never had anything repaired, sent to them and negotiated a price and then verbally was given an additional discount only for them to forget they told me that when the estimate to repair came.
