Maybe the person in the previous comment was confused...I haul for a living and have rarely, if ever, had a more knowledgeable and nicer contact with a shipper. They not only gave me exact measurements and weight of my load, they helped me with the best directions to and from the facility. They also loaded me within 10 minutes of my arrival which is very uncommon.If everyone was as kind, helpful and accurate as this, it would be a better world to work and live in....Most likely the broker or the driver were to blame. Both should have asked for weight and dimensions and determined that the load was oversized. If the broker knew the size, he may have not told the drive, since an oversized load always costs more to ship........

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THEY TOLD THE BROKER IT WAS A LEGAL SIZE LOAD. I GET THERE IT IS 11FT TALL. THEY SAID IT WASNT THEIR FAULT BUT I WASTED FUEL AND TIME DRIVING 150 MILES TO GET IT. THE WOMAN IN THE OFFICE WAS A TOTAL B#@/%. MY ADVISE IS TO NOT TAKE A LOAD OUT OF THERE UNLESS THEY GET THEIR S$#/ TOGETHER.
