Great local place, polite cashier, and helpful staff. Good, if selection-limited, alternative to bigger chain stores. Where it comes up short in depth it makes up for in broad variety.

The two staff members in the store at the time were very friendly and willing to help. That being said neither of them knew anything about common hardware items. I could give specific examples. They were extremely under stocked in very common items. Some of the items might actually be there but the staff had no idea about them. I needed a few hardware items and this trip was a total waste of time I will not return.

Customer service is horrible, on two occasions the employees were rude. It is close to my home, but I will go anywhere but there. Rude rude rude.

I came in primarily to take advantage of their key cutting, but also decided to pick up some weed killer. Grant helped me in both departments and was very knowledgeable, especially on the differences between weed killer brands and active ingredients. They even have a loyalty program that gave me $5 off my purchase! Very pleased with the level of service and knowledge. I will certainly be back!

Im a loyal customer to this place. The only discrepancy, I get a $5 off Birthday card. They only honor it for the month of. They should atleast honor for that year. Kinda hard to get around this year. With the whole coronavirus.

Its a good hardware store but I got a beef with them. I was just coming out of high school I came to this location to apply for a job and the store manager looked at me and said you dont look like you know what hard work is you do realize youre going to actually have to do something while youre here. I said yes Im ready to work Im ready to learn and he wouldnt even take my application. After that year of high school I joined the Marine Corps. I dont know what that guys problem was but it was completely disrespectful and embarrassing.

Awsome! Ive gone there many times and the staff are nothing but helpful and kind!! High quality services and repairs aswell with a sizable in store stock of all sorts of things. We once had our lawnmower serviced there and it was done in a timely manner and to a high quality. The rental unit that we used in the meantime was clean, powerful, and cut well. Would definitely recommend this place

Way too overpriced. When I went, there was an employee hovering around me asking if I needed any help every 2 minutes. I kept telling him Im okay. I guess he was bored. I had a Groupon for 30 bucks worth of merchandise that I bought for 14 bucks. Spent the 30 bucks and feel like I only got maybe 10 dollars worth of stuff. I should have taken the 14 bucks to Menards. I dont know how they stay in business to be honest.

I cut the primary feed for my irrigation system. With assistance from a helper we figured out a resolution. Its not what the irrigation repairman would have done but it was a $7 FIX. Not a bandaid. Im satisfied.

Staff is very welcoming & helpful when I first walked in. I found what I needed for my project less than five minutes to checkout.

So I just left the store and this review has nothing to do with my experience.As I was kind of walking around grabbing things I need, I hear the 2 older guys complaining about customers VERY LOUD. Once I have my items I head to the counter and I tell the cashier that I felt like the actions were uncalled for. After basically just brushing off my comment I leave and can notice them talking and point at my truck as I’m in the parking lot. Get a life and if you don’t like dealing with the public/paying customers then quit!
