I went in with my brothers fiance to get some makeup for her wedding. She wasnt sure exactly what she needed, but Anna was quick to help us. She explained everything we might need and was honest about what we didnt need. She even explained to us how to apply the makeup properly. We had a great experience today thanks to Anna!

I got my hair dyed here and it was the worst first hair dye experience. First they said they didnt have me on their schedule even though this was my second time rescheduling because they said the exact same thing last time. They still managed to get me in either way but she was doing my hair in between other people. Not only that, I was there from 10 am to 7pm because of how long it was taking and most of the time I was just waiting. I also didnt have my car because it was getting work done so I had to stay there the whole time and spend an extra 20$ to have food delivered since I was there ALL day. Overall, the hair dye was good but not even the color I had asked for. Looking back I was very patient and even gave a tip but later realized how bad of an experience this was.

My 14 year old daughter and I recieved balayages from Julia yesterday. I also got a haircut. I cannot say enough great things about the entire experience! We loved our stylist so much! She was very knowledgeable and her recommendations were on point. Our hair turned out beautifully! My haircut turned out great as well! I really hope Julia gets noticed for this review because she is an amazing colorist and stylist! We will definitely be going back for touch ups!

Hair salon with professional and pleasant hair stylists. Kacy trimmed my hair, gave it a deep conditioning and blow dried, all much needed. Great care taken for sterilization of surfaces while giving me a pleasant experience. I purchased my hair products upon leaving.

I was in there shopping as I always do I have spent plenty of money with this store. Mean while I do a sample on my hand of lipstick that was in sample area open to do samples with out of know where comes a very unprofessional girl see the sample on back of my hand and ask me which one I used and took it off this is fine, I get it but it was the way she was loud and then continued to stalk me threw the store .... will absolutely not be back..... Ultra beauty is located in Northcrest shopping mall. It is between Office Depot and the Shoe Carnival.

I have been to a lot of Ultas in several states and this location has the best selection, hands down.

When I walked in the store the staff was super friendly and greeted me with masked smiles because of covid. They let me look around a bit and then asked if I needed help, Which I did so I was grateful she came to me. They helped me find what I was looking for very quickly. In and out. I grabbed a few extras just because everything was conveniently located near each other.

I never pamper myself so decided its time to start. Great place and very friendly people

Good place to go for cosmetics, skin care, hair care and accessories. They have many brands to choose from. There is usually someone to help you if needed. Make sure you sign up for Ultimate Rewards so you can earn money towards future purchases.

Brought my 12 year old daughter here. First visit for both of us. She was in heaven being in this store! I was slightly afraid, due to the prices! The workers were super nice and helpful. Which was great because my daughter wanted primer, highlighter, stuff I had no clue about. The store was super clean and very well organized. I felt welcome even though I dont wear makeup. Im sure I will be spending more time and money here.

Nice store, but they hound you over and over...about needing help, which is fine but when they glance at you, then your bag. It makes you feel uncomfortable.

Above and beyond service at this store !!! Three different employees stood at the front window answering questions while I was showing them products on my phone...they filled my order in 3 minutes and even gave me a gift. Absolutely love the service ❤

Most of the associates are so busy taking care of their own makeup in the mirrors they werent tending to the customers. When there is 10 associates or more and all the product that you have to choose from it is necessary to have them always helping customers until that customer is complete. I spent over 200 today but needed a few more things and assistance. Ill continue to shop at Ulta but the Vain associates were ridiculous.

The staff were some of the nicest people i’ve ever met!! Misty did my makeup perfectly— it stayed on all night, the foundation matched, eyeliner was perfect, and my eyeshadow was amazing! Definitely a great place to get your makeup done.

I got a facial here and it was so good! The esthetician was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. She went over products with me and helped me after the service to find some makeup/skincare I was looking for. She was super nice and helpful. I will definitely be returning:)

Went to Ulta to find a product that would help brighten my skin and restore some hydration to it. Worked with Sasha and Melissa to talk about what I was looking for and they gave me honest feedback about different products which was refreshing! Sasha told me about the Dermalogica face peels and I was instantly sold. While she was doing the peel she explained the different products she was using and what they would do to my skin/how it would feel/etc. After the peel I felt like a new woman! My skin felt so refreshed and she even gave me samples to try at home of the brand. Both Melissa and Sasha really know their facts about skin care! Excellent experience and customer service!

I am probably the least consistent client Anna has at Ulta, but this Ulta gets a five star review from me! Shes such a great stylist and is always there for me whenever I need a cut, a trim, just bangs, or even when I decided to cut off and donate all of my hair! Its not that I wouldnt come to Ulta if she werent there... but I keep returning to the salon specifically because of her! Any stylist can cut hair..... but not every stylist cares! I absolutely LOVE ANNA!! Thank you Anna!I also give a five star review because a few months ago before I left the states I had an encounter with a male employee who just was incredibly amazing! I was treating myself to some expensive mascara. He did talk me out of what I was set on purchasing and I ended up purchasing Urban Decay Perversion. Im very happy that Ulta made the decision not to limit themselves to a female only staff - because this experience was definitely different and special and I left feeling both confident about myself and the purchase that he recommended. I went into the Salon for a hair care service. When I booked my appointment I was placed with a young woman who has never worked with my hair before . As the saying goes, first impressions are everything. Immediately she greeted me with a beautiful smile and a “happy you are here” tine in her voice. She was very informative and didn’t mind answering all of the questions I had on certain products, brands, and threw in more helpful information to help me better understand. This by far is the best hair care service I have ever received out of all of the salons I have been to EVER. Such a pleasant experience and because of Kacy Myers I will be a continuous loyal Ulta Salon customer! She has gone above and beyond helping me choose different products to keep my hair well maintained without being pushy like the handful of woman I have previously come across in this store. If you have not tried the hair care services at Ulta’s Beauty Salon, I recommend asking for or Kacy to be your stylist. I PROMISE you will leave the Salon more than satisfied!

This location in town is the best. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They even have me free samples to try at home to see if I like the product. Returns are also very easy here. There can be a bit of a wait to checkout but thats not a deal breaker.

Tried to check out with a coupon and was met with a manager counting down the drawer who purposely avoided eye contact with me as I waited. Then the associate asked if I’d be using cash or card and when I said cash the manager sighed and complained that i better not pay with all change. I presented my coupon and the associate was snarky and said it wouldn’t work and it didn’t when she scanned it so i said I’d pass, to which the manager responded with “again?!” Angry that I didn’t want to purchase the item.. they whispered about me before I even started walking away and honestly that’s the most unprofessional I have ever seen a retail associate be.. also- i tried the coupon online on the same item and it worked so clearly no one here knows how to do their job..Probably not coming back to this Ulta again.

I love shopping here for all my hair and makeup supplies. It is easy to navigate and someone is always there to help if you have a question. Their rewards system is good and there is almost always a coupon, with some product exceptions.

Usually I get help, unfortunately I was left to fend for myself...I needed makeup and from a brand I was familiar with but there were a revamping of the collection. So I really needed another opinion on shade matching and best concealer. I found my best shade, but was highly disappointed with the staff. There were cashiers on ever register...

I learned something new! I had never done this before. We have been on the road for 12 days now. Google got me to OD. A Young woman answered my questions. She set me up at a computer and i was able to find the pages i needed. I asked if I chose to print or if i should notify her. She showed me the correct printer and i was in business. The best part.. It all cost me 64 cents. ;)

My daughter and I love this place. They have high end and drug store brand make-up. You can test all products and they have helpful staff that will try products on you. Plus they have a full service salon. Best beauty store hands down.

Best makeup store

Im very torn about this review because I had a really great experience but then had an absolutely terrible one that completely ruined it for not only me but several other ladies. I did get my hair cut and the lady did an absolutely fabulous job and I was very happy with all of that.The second experience is actually multiple visits and phone calls. I was on a bridal party of a bride who was having a destination wedding. She has extremely sensitive skin and most products cause extreme breakouts. She decided to schedule a makeup trial at Ulta to test makeup and to see if she could find a look she could recreate at the destination. The makeup artist did a great job but thats where everything good stops. The makeup artist did not put ANY of the makeup brands or colors into the computer after saying multiple times that it would be there when the bride returned to purchase it. (The plan was to see how her face reacted to having that makeup on a full day). After a bunch of calls and run around the makeup artist came up with what she could remember. The bride spent $60 for this experience and for the names of the makeup and didnt even recieve all of them. When I called to talk to a manager she was unbelievably insincere and it was very obvious that she wasnt interested in correcting things at all or even trying to. She claimed that she would look on the cameras to get the makeup brands but didnt even take my number or the brides to call back. Im super unhappy with the whole situation, especially since I was planning on shopping there for all my future makeup needs. So that being said, I would give them no stars if it wasnt for that great hair cut.

Favorite place to shop for make up! Always has amazing deals. Join their beauty club, and you get more perks. I am in love with their brand. Its just as good as some of the higher end make up brands. Their eyeliner and mascara are my favorite buys. Usually purchasing when they are buy one get one 50 percent off. Seems every employee knows what they are talking about. Always eager to help when you think you know what you wanted. Then are standing in front of multiple choices.

Rudest ulta I have EVER been to. Made a special trip to Fort Wayne for a certain product & when I asked for help finding it I felt as if I were annoying & she blew me off. I’ll continue to go to my hometown ulta. Don’t work in retail/customer service if you don’t plan on being kind or helping customers find products. Warsaw is always kind, welcoming, & VERY helpful.

I couldnt find help anywhere. I approached some employees, they looked at me then looked away. I was finally helped by someone that was off duty. Very disappointed by how humans are acting at this time in . Just scared and rude. Not making any sense

I was asked if I needed help and the associate seemed happy to help. I was unable to find three of the things I came to the store for. Because they dont carry them. They only have them online. The store was clean they have a hair salon. I was a little disappointed that a lot of the nyx products were unavailable and they were no testing applicators or tissues available.

Great store and staff! They are very knowledgeable and the salon is amazing. My stylist told me they attend training a minimum of twice a year! My stylist was able to fix my color I got from another salon where the stylist didnt know how to do balayage plus you get points for your salon service . I highly recommend this location.

Okay so I dont want to bash this place cuz I like it but I just had my hair done there and I wasnt pleased with what I got. My hair has a slight hint of green and she left dye in my hair around my head. I had to take a shower just so it wouldnt burn. What do you know it was too late. She also held the blow dryer in one spot and burnt the heck out my head in one spot in the front. Not the greatest experience there getting my hair done. Dont think I will return there for my hair. Sorry Ulta.

Very helpful staff. When you cant find exactly what you want they are knowledgeable enough to offer comparable suggestions. I appreciate though that they carry luxury brands as well as commonly found drugstore brands.

Just in town visiting and ran out of setting spray. I looked for other products I usually buy at my local Ulta and could not find them. First word that came to mind to describe this store was dirty. Besides the lack of products and makeup smeared over products and stands, staff was friendly.

I like how nice and helpful are all the associates. I unfortunately cant give 5 stars because after several attempts I havent been able to find the makeup my skin needs. :(

They were sold out of the product I came in for and the associate said she could not order it for me. They just dont do that. I had to purchase an alternative product that wasnt what I really wanted. Perhaps my luck would have been better at the southwest location, as I did not think my satisfaction mattered.

Love the variety of the products you can buy at ULTA. Unfortunately all the products are sold at MSRP so its not a cheap place to buy products. They make up for this buy having a lot of good stuff.Ive never been offered assistance the several times Ive been there. So that kind of sucks.

Great selection of products, found what i was looking for, but if I was new to makeup, I would have been upset with the staff, they were super rude. I was super disappointed to see that even the manager, (Rhonda, i think) was rude to some older ladies, that clearly needed assistance.
