I went in and asked the employee That I wanted white platinum and no grey and she told me to get a certain kind so i did and it turned grey and went back today to ask what to do and I asked her if she does hair and she said no and there was nothing she could help me with. I will never go back there very disappointed
They dont honor their prices. I found shears that I wanted price tag said 42.99. Went to ring up and they came up as 83.99. I showed the clerk the price tag and she said nope ripped it off and said thats not happening. So they lost a sale. It was marked a certain price they better honor it. Or maybe pay attention to the pricing when putting it up.

Fantastic experience! I was in need to dye my hair along with my daughters hair. Store associate Mary was fantastic and helped me find everything within a few minutes. Highly recommended for your hair needs especially when you have no clue where to look :)
I was completely misinformed by and employee about a purchase so I called in to talk to a manager and the girl that picked up the phone said a manager wasn’t in at the moment so I simply asked when they would be in next and she continued to not answer me and tell me to just tell her and she would let the manager know and then hung up on me I currently and out of $100 do to a employees mistake!!!!
Omg. I’m not the type of person to leave reviews on anything but I need the sally’s corporate to know about the sally’s on Stellhorn road in Fort Wayne, IN - just how amazing all of their Stellhorn employee’s are. EVERY time that I go in there they all answer every single question confidentially and they are so helpful and give great advice! They always make you feel good about yourself and I ALWAYS leave feeling confident in myself. I want to be friends with all of their employees. And they all deserve raises and proper praise and appreciation. I have NEVER been disappointed there. And I’m not even the type of person to go into beauty shops in the first place. But I look forward to visiting this specific sally. Thank you!
Went in got most of what I needed. Went to check out and the girl rings up my stuff and tells me my total, I hand her a $20 and she says were not taking cash. Wow . Really? You let me waste my time and then tell me that. Perhaps instead of gossiping up front you let customers know things like that when you walk in.

3:00 in the afternoon, after sidewalk sign says open till 6 and doors locked, I called. They were training in back, so come back or wait. Sound like some bad training.
Shopped at this location on a Saturday at 1 p.m. The only person in the store was the cashier, I waited in line behind 3 people to ask for help choosing a flat iron and a blow dryer. She answered a couple of questions about the flat iron then looked at the register where 2 people had lined up and just walked away. Again, I asked for assistance but she continued to check people out as they walked up so I put the items back on the shelf and started to walk out after I had been in the store at least 15 mins. She looked up and sarcastically said have a nice day. This is only the second (and last) time Ive been in a Sally store. This has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth about Sally Beauty, especially after I drove an hour to get to this store. They not only lost a $100 sale that day, they lost a customer.
The site states open at 11 I drove an hour to get there just to find out they dont open until 12
The manager at the store was too busy talking to their corporate office about store issues, rather than help customers.
