This place must have no manager, at least not a professional one...Cashiers that literally just walk away from you saying I have to go to the bathroom after already acknowledging you and started checking you out.The pharmacy cant even tell you when your prescription will be ready despite having 8 hours to fill your prescription. Cool, then please dont tell me it will be ready when it wont. Then when I get there you cant even tell me if itll ever be ready....Just stay away from this headache.
Absolutely the worst Walgreens I’ve ever dealt with pharmacy wise. Extremely slow no matter if their is one person in line or twenty.
The pharmacy at this store is a disgrace. We never use their pharmacy because it costs about 4x as much for the same medications at other pharmacies, however this is one of few that flavors medications for children. We had been getting medication filled at another pharmacy and flavored here for 4 months with no issues. When we went for the 5th month, the pharmacist tech refused to so it so I asked to speak with a manager who was flat out rude from the get go. Basically called me a liar stating they have never flavored another pharmacys medication. Long story short I had to have him pulled up a card transaction from a month prior to prove to him I am not a liar. He refused to do anything to help one last time since I already filled the medication and couldnt fill it again. I asked for a store manager afterwards to let her know my displeasure and she was ignorant and unhelpful. I will NEVER return to this pathetic excuse of a store. No wonder they charge more for prescriptions for the same medications/insurance - they have to make up for their abhorrent service that keeps more people away.
February 25, 2019Attention Walgreens Shoppers: I submitted a prescription to Walgreens and was astonished to learn that the price is four (4) times higher I was paying for the same drug, same quantity and same dosage at another pharmacy.The pharmacist told me that the higher priced drug was due to the contractual relationship between Walgreens and Humana, my insurer. Humana denies Walgreens comment and states the higher price is because Walgreens is charging a higher price than the previous pharmacy, and Humana’s contractual arrangement with Walgreens is a non- issue.
I have not had one good experience with this locations photo printing.This one woman would turn the button around so i didn’t not know to push it to have her come over. She saw me standing there and preceded to do what she was doing until someone finally told me to turn the button around and hit it. Even after i waited an hour for my prints because it said it would be ready... they still were not.This last time i was just in there, i rang it and a different woman still took awhile to get over. After not being able to find my order i offered to submit it again because i “have places i need to get to.” (Like i said) she still looked around places i don’t know why my pictures would be at and then after submitting because i needed to get the heck out of there; a manager came out to help me.I’ll stick to Meijer next time.
