Wayne PC Tech is great. They replaced the screen of my Huawei phone. I called other places and they wouldnt touch it. When I called Wayne PC Tech right away they told me it will take 3-6 days to get it done. The back of my iPhone XR broke, I just wanted it fixed because it was bothering me. $191.00 to custom order the back glass, it took two weeks for them to get the glass in. After telling me a week. Once dropped off phone it was done in about 4 hours which was great. After I received my phone back, my front screen was not working properly. I couldn’t text, or my volume buttons were not working. The next day while on vacation the back glass broke again. It had a protection case on it. I take it back to see is there anything that could be done, partial refund or something. I was going to take it to Verizon to pay the $29.00 to get it fixed. The money wasn’t the problem it was the principal. The worker gets smart with me, saying well take it to Verizon which I should have done at first. He says well I don’t know what to tell you. That wasn’t a solution. Bad service.

Nobody in Ft Wayne could fix my phone. I took it to Ceasar and he ordered a battery for it. Great price and had it fixed. I am rounding up other stuff to take to him. Cant say enough!

Words cannot begin to describe how happy I am right now. I thought my new Xeon project was going to be dead in the water when I found out the x58 motherboard I bought was an early x58 motherboard that didnt support the later Xeons for the socket. During my research, I discovered a modification that would allow the motherboard, EVGA X58 SLI, to support these processors, the Westmere mod. To make the board compatible, a 0 ohm resistor needed to be moved from one connection to another. These resistors are absolutely tiny and I had no way to reliably do this modification myself.Thankfully I found Wayne PC Tech. They did the micro-solder job for me at an agreeable price and the board booted just beautifully. Windows 10 installed without issue. The motherboard doesnt even look modified, it was done so professionally. I will absolutely be coming back in the future for any computer micro-soldering needs.

Highly recommend. The first time I used their services they were able to recover over a decades worth of photos for me I attempted to transfer to a large hard drive. I had taken it to another shop and spent hours on the photo with the drives customer service techs but they both were unable to get them back. When Wayne PC was successful I brought them in a phone to see if they could retrieve my my deleted photos from it as well. This time they werent able to do so but only because as it turns out (slaps forehead) they were never on the that phone to begin with. My mistake but man did they try. When I shattered my screen last week I went back again. Its never cheap but my memories are priceless and they are at the mercy of what manufacturers charge for parts. Regardless they are competitively priced and always so friendly and fast.

I dropped my phone for repair and less than 15 minutes later I get a call saying that there was a crack on the back of the phone and wondering if I wanted them to go ahead with the repair because if they took the back off it would probably crack worse. NO, there was no crack on the back of my phone when I handed it over to them. They insisted it was there. Fine, whatever. As long as it doesnt affect my phone, I dont care, just fix the phone. Did they fix the phone? NOPE. So I go to pick the phone up and he shows me the crack. Yeah, that crack was most definitely NOT there when I dropped it off. And he was still refusing to admit he did wrong. Even went as far as to say he took pictures of it before they started fixing it to show me that it was cracked. RIDICULOUS! There is absolutely no way to prove they took that picture BEFORE they started working on it. If they would have just owned up to their mistake of cracking my phone it wouldnt have been a big deal. But they had to lie and try to make me sound like I didnt know my own phone. Plus they still charged me after all that. I am NEVER going here again.

I had them fixed my phone screen and they damaged the phone and still charged me $300. Took them over a month to finally get it fixed and the phone is damaged. And broke the glass on the back of the phone. I have before and after pictures and will be contacting an attorney. It was a very expensive phone in prestine condition besides a broken screen and the phone was destroyed by them. I already filed a complaint with the BBB. I will also tell anyone and everyone I know not to go there.Update they did give me a partial refund but I will never use them again

They had my phone for over a month without any contact unless I called them.With the exception that they called to ask about my phone after they ordered the wrong screen. They damaged my phone and admitted to damaging it. Gave me $20 off which is a drop in the bucket to the fact that I cant fix what they broke my wife posted about it on her Facebook.... these guys found her and replied to the post.. who in the hell Facebook stalks their customers??? Update: after talking with the BBB and filing a complaint, we came to a mutual agreement. I got half a refund and i got to keep the screen.

I had a great experienced with them. I called several other shops and either they were way more expensive or wouldnt work on my Mac laptop. I called Wayne PC Tech and they told me to take in. This business is a waste of time, dont bother with them. New phone or not, if you dont know what youre doing tell the owner that and give them their money back, dont damage it even more and then only deduct the tax.Everyone would be better off just going to any other place.Not professional at all!

I left my phone with them to get fixed when i cracked my screen. No problem. The next morning after the repair was done the whole left side of the LCD screen was glitching out and the screen color was changing to blue. When i took my phone in for a refund i was told that in order to get A PARTIAL REFUND, not a full, i would have to have the old cracked phone screen put back on. I agreed to this because a cracked screen is better than an unusable one. When the cracked glass screen was put back on the phone didnt work at all and i wasnt even made aware that it would be like that prior to agreeing. So in the end i didnt even get a full refund, my phone was worse than when i brought it in initially, and i had to buy a new one. Do not do business with them.
