I had a phone that had water damage. It would not boot up. I thought I lost a lot of priceless things on the phone forever (photos and such). They took time with it, ordered a part, and had it working. The phone was perfectly functional but they were honest in telling me that it probably wouldnt last due to the extensive damage they found. Either way, it lasted long enough for me to transfer everything to my new phone. They did more than what I expected and were reasonably priced. Also, I learned this from them: 1.)Dont throw wet electronics like phones in rice (that never works). 2.) If the phone gives a warning that a port is wet, dont charge it by cord or wirelessly. Wireless charging actually makes the phone hotter which is worse. 3). Dont use your phone as an underwater camera even if it is supposed to be water-proof or water resistant.

My phone no longer would accept a charge. I called on Saturday and was greeted by a professional and friendly staff member. The price compared to the competition in the city was hands down the lowest ($149 for new iPhone X screen), they also had great customer service and I had my phone fixed within 2 hours. I came to this place because it had pretty good rating and the price seem fair compare to the price at Best Buy. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. I originally had a broken Mac book pro screen took it in, Ceasar said they will do a diagnose to see whats wrong with it. A week later, said it was a screen problem, I had to wait 2 MONTH to get my screen repair. Took it home found out my touch bar was not working and Ceasar said it was probably not working when I took it there and that I have to pay another 200 some dollars to fix it. The problem is why didnt you diagnose it right in the first place?! If I would of know I had paid $900 ish to get this computer fixed I wouldnt have fix it in the first place. They offer to get a new screen to see if that would fix the problem. Say it would only take a week, didnt get a call from them til two weeks later not a surprise at this point. I experience first hand bad consumer service and poor professionalism after they replace the second screen. The whole computer just keep shutting down on its own with the touch bar still not fixed. Called the place to ask why is it keep shutting down on its own. Ceaser said probably because they didnt close the battery tight enough. I said is your fault not closing the battery tight enough then and he says NO I will just tight it when you take it back. What?? At this point I was speechless just wanted to get my money back. They DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME FULL REFUND had end up paying $224 for having nothing fixed and driving 30 minute back and forth for 5+ times what a waste of time and money. Overall, their business was unprofessional when I come in other than Ceaser no body seem to know what is going on. They definitely do not have the best tool for testing and give wrong diagnosis. When telling them what was wrong with the computer they act like is your fault that it was not fixed. Do not do business with them!

They did an amazing job that even my son said that the new screen looked way better than before. They even helped me put a new screen protector on his phone and gave me a discount on the protector!! The first time I dropped my ASUS Zenfone AR (from waist high) the screen changed all different colors and finally went black. A tech guy from Verizon recommended Wayne PC Tech from the reviews they had online. They were awesome! For $270 (parts and labor) they fixed my screen and saved my over 3,000 pictures I had on my phone! I want to add that my phone is not a common one and I knew that the new screen was going to cost me a lot. Most of the $270 was for the new screen, NOT inflated charges from Wayne PC Tech. The second time I dropped my phone the charging port became disconnected. For $50 they fixed it. Now its going to go back again, because my battery dies quickly and at 30%. Battery is bad in it and needs to be changed. If you are in or around Fort Wayne I suggest you find the people at Wayne PC Tech, if you are having problems with your phone. Thank you!

Caesar knows his stuff! And has a kind heart at that. Less than a week till my wedding I accidentally destroyed my soon to be wifes cell phone with ALL the wedding stuff on there. He explained to my son what was going to be done to his phone and the cost prior to taking his personal information. Main focus is on cell phone repair. We went looking for a used computer to buy. They had two there, but the only employee present knew only cell phones and there were no documents telling the specifications of the computers. We would have liked to see a list at least.

The big chain repair place wanted $75 to repair the charging port on mx Galaxy S3 and would take 7 days. Frustrated, I called Caesar at Wayne PC Tech on a Saturday afternoon. He told me to bring the phone in the next day on a SUNDAY. I did and a mere TWO HOURS later I was walking out with a perfectly working phone! AND IT ONLY COST $50 AS OPPOSED TO $75 AT THE OTHER PLACE!! What a fantastic experience!

I took my Samsung Galaxy S5 Active phone to these guys to see if they could recover my precious photos after I went swimming with the phone in my pocket during a vacation. Note, this was AFTER I took it to another Tech store in town who said that they had exhausted all avenues and were unsuccessful. I didnt want to give up hope so I dropped it off on Wednesday with very low expectations and on Thursday got the wonderful call from them reporting that they had all 900 pictures and all of my contacts saved to a microSD card and that I could pick them up whenever I wanted!!! When I arrived the gentleman at the counter helped me to install the card and verified that the pictures were loading to the phone properly. He also verified that they were being saved in my newly created Google Photos account. These guys are first-rate in my book and highly recommended!
