Beware of the scams these crooks try to pull. I will never return or recommend this company for cell phone repair. What a fiasco!I took my phone in because it was not charging due to a loose connection at the charging port. I was informed that there would be a $10.00 diagnostic fee to have it inspected and if I had them fix it, that would apply towards the bill. I waited in the store while the owner took my phone apart and confirmed that the charging port was loose and that he could solder it. The total bill was $58.00 and I was out of the store within 45 minutes.The next day my phone was having the same charging problem so I called them to find out if they would repair it again. I ended up leaving a voice mail message and my call was never returned. I later returned to the store to inform him that my phone was not able to accept a charge and that I would like to have them fix it. The owner refused to fix it again without charging me full repair price. I argued that my phone wasnt fixed properly the first time and he finally agreed to look at it for the $10.00 diagnostic fee and that if it could be fixed that he would take care of it for that price.I left my phone with them overnight and received a phone call the next day that is was ready for me to come and pick up. When I arrived to the store, the had a bill of $35.00 waiting for me. The owner was not in, but his employee, who was there the night before, would not give me my phone unless i paid the $35.00. I explained to him that the agreement was that if it could be fixed, the $10.00 was going to cover the repair. He argued and said it was a diagnostic fee and said I had to pay it before he would release my phone.I further explained that I never received a phone call about further charges or repairs and that was not our agreement. The argument got very heated and he refused to call the owner and said he had no way to get a hold of him. When I began to call the police, suddenly he found the number for the owner and went to the back room to talk with him. When he came back out, he had a silly grin and said I could take the phone and no further costs would be incurred.After the very uncomfortable confrontation, I returned home to charge my phone and guess what...? It wouldnt charge! So $68.00 and a very unpleasant experience later, my phone is still broken and they have lost a customer.
