Not only that but when something went wrong he sent it to his shop and had it fixed the same day sending out a tow truck to get it so I could get back on the road that same night. I got ahold of them Saturday morning, I had the pleasure of working with Nick, I told him my circumstance, I need a car delivered that day to some friends who found out their car was no longer drivable, it couldve fallen apart, literally. My son went there to test drive a vehicle he seen on line. We got there and was greeted right away but not in a pushy matter. We test drove then went in to discuss the price and left with the knowing of my son will be purchasing the car! They are getting it ready for him to pick up. Just purchased a 2010 Ridgeline. Nick and the team were great to work with! They were willing to honor a previous lower price, and threw in a short term warranty so I could have my mechanic take a closer look at a potential issue and bring it back if something turned up. The Ridgeline wasn’t ready for two weeks during which Nick was easy to communicate with, he was patient, and didn’t try to push me in a different direction. Buying used is always going to carry some risk, but this was about as smooth as I could have hoped for.

Purchased an suv and was told it was inspected but to find out it had NO oil in it and started knocking. The suv NEVER got inspected. SUV went back for inspection to find out it also needed wheel bearing. Went to pick up SUV and it still is making noise in the right wheel. The employees there were rude and no one including owner wanted to take responsibility. Beware of buying a vehicle.

Worst experience Ive ever had trying to buy a car Had a deal worked out with the salesperson the vehicle had Break issue so was Going to maintenance to get fixed Was told by a salesperson it would take a couple of days and he would give me a call I waited three days and gave them a call maintenance was running Slow because of sickness So they would take care of it first thing Monday And give me a call Monday afternoon no call So I called them the next day So it would be another 3 days because nothing had been done And being told will call you no call again So I called themAnd left a message for somebody to call me back the next day No call back again So now were at 12 days and I had to call them to find out they sold the car to somebody else So please do not give them your business

Worst place to buy vehicle!! The lady that works there was laughing about getting an extra 1000 off some kid and the transmission was broke and something about dust. She didnt know I heard her and I came around corner asked to drive a truck before I pay and she said after you pay you can drive lol what a joke this place is. Please save your hard earned income dont shop here they are ripping people off.

Wow. What great service. A + all around. After going back and forth for about 2 weeks, these gentlemen kept in touch with me and stayed very professional. After I had 2 other deals fall through at other dealerships, these guys worked with me through the whole process. They matched us with a great family vehicle( only minor things wrong that I can easily fix- former mechanic) its a definite upgrade from what we have now . Great price. Great service. Well let me start here . one of the guys there said that i had something on my record but when i went to another dealership it was not an issue. They didn’t even mention it .Lastly the dude said that i didn’t make enough for the payments. but i most certainly do, i make more than i need for the payment & insurance. so honestly if you want overpriced cars with a lot of miles i suggest this place . i don’t recommend this place at all if you want a decently priced car.

Not that anyone will care about this review but I am writing it anyway. At first I thought my son got a great deal on his car and he was happy. Two weeks later it was put into the shop and had to have $1390 worth of work done on it, it was as if they didnt even service the vehicle! I EVEN LEFT A COPY OF THE BILL IN THE MAIL BOX! Of course we couldnt bring it back because they dont offer a warranty, The salesmen never said anything about a service contract that I would have told my son to purchase!! Now again new issues are creeping up.....Yes, I realize he bought a used car but really?????

Very positive experience. Other dealerships pre approved us only to drive over an hour (average) to find out they couldnt get us a vehicle. Found a nicer condition vehicle that cost more than other cars we looked at and we were fully approved. They did not pre approve us. Three rivers automotive took weeks to run through everything, rightfully assume we were truthful people about our downpayment and full approved us! They worked with us and were very nice. Ill tell others out there if you budget right and put aside a little money per paycheck to have a a good down payment for a nicer vehicle, monthly payments are lower making your vehicle nice and affordable. Our credit was below 600 and we still got approved!!! Its fully possible to get full approval from Three Rivers Automotive, if you are patient, wise with budgeting with a lower credit score. You heard me right, LOW CREDIT SCORES. if they see you making an effort to boost your credit and have a reliable job and show your serious and responsible with you finances, your better car is waiting for you here! Didnt show details of vehicle. when I asked about all the damage to vehicle that wasnt disclosed and they had no answer . I asked for price reduction and they said no. so I left. they seemed like they was trying to push the sale fast with out anyone noticing all the issues to their vehicles. alot thier vehicles are wrecked and need to be in scrap yard.

Stop in and test drove a beater car, ended up not getting it. My impression of these guys as if they are extremely honest and forthcoming with information about their vehicles and I would trust to buy a vehicle from them in the future.

I was only here for a few minute, but the man I talked to seemed sorta shady every car I asked the price for he said its umm... $6,000 and no cars have a standard warranty but you could buy one oh and they dont have a mechanic but the guy does do his own work

Dont buy here and dont trust Aaron Vergon the manager. My girlfriend bought a car last month. When she purchased she told Aaron that the brakes were bad, he drove it and said it was just her getting used to it. He said drive it over the weekend and call him Monday if it was still an issue and he would get it looked at. She called Monday and he said she bought it As Is. He would not do anything. We called her credit union and they referred us back to the dealership. Everytime we called Aaron (3xs)he would argue with us and always have to have the last word! The brakes were shot in the front and we spent $280.00 to have them fixed. This was the sleaziest car lot. If you want good service go anywhere else!!!!!
